Good hotel, nice rooms with possiblity to cook (stove , kettle , microwave and fridge) . Had just what you need to be comfortable for business stay . Breakfast is good with several options including custom requests like eggs the way you want it. The area is relatively a nice area . Some nice coffee shops in the area . Gym is ok , I didn't try the 15 meter pool but it looked nice. There is also a nice gift shop at the lobby. The 2 restaurants serves good food also at night (near pool or at the Veranda) but it is mainly Indian/ Asian ... Some western options are there, mainly in veranda restaurant.

The whole experience of check in to room service was excellent.

Rooms need to be updated. They felt super dated and not very appealing. Lots of problems with the elevators.

It's a hidden gem tucked away in a nice and quiet residential neighbourhood. Every unit is a small apartment, with a balcony, separate living room, dining area and kitchenette. The rooms are tastefully organised. I almost felt guilty for not using all the facilities and being there only for a night. Members of the staff were very friendly and helpful, right from the reception, to house keeping and then dining. I think it'll be a superb place to stay at for a few days and unwind. Almost a home away from home.

Nothing major. The room wasn't dirty but could have been cleaned better, especially with clumps of long hair flying around.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was just as good as our earlier stay last year..the location, good breakfast and helpful and courteous interaction by the senior staff at the breakfast hall were all pluses..the quiet suite, away from the elevators and on the top floor were more pluses..the cleanliness and pleasant smell pervading the hallways were very satisfying and pleasing..

Breakfast was superb. The Cheff was taling care of all special requests. The staff were very courteous and attended to the needs. Room service astaff was really good. Overall great hospitality. Front office manager was very helpfull and even extended our check out by 2 hours

Check in and front office friendliness can be litt;le more. Front office staff can be trained more to attend to well travelled senior guests. Missed the last mile even though they were quite proffessional.Even after settling the entire room bill in advance , front office was insisting on further deposits for running bills which was quite annoying which is unheard in my 40 years of travelling and 5 star hotel experience. Not that I cannot pay , but insistance is not a good way of hospitality. May be its hotel policy , can be reviewed.

Breakfast option was more than I expected. They had a lot of variety. From prople who pefer only a light breakfast to proper breakfast.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The location is perfect. The staff were polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Courteous staff who took care through out my stay. Chef Vilas and rest of staff went extra miles to make sure the experience is exceptional. The property is clean and maintained well, has a nice spa, pool, and good restaurant.

They ticked all the boxes. Excellent location and the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff were welcoming and always looked out for anything that was needed.excellent breakfast as well! Wonderful stay!

Though it is business friendly, ironing board and iron don’t seem to be cleaned daily (same observation over two separate stays). Sound proofing or the lack there of - Got the ground floor corner room 001 once and had to abandon the main bedroom to avoid the light and noise pollution. Breakfast ushering is a bit hot and miss. On one occasion it went smoothly, on another the staff saw me waiting but went on slowly with other tasks, when I had to approach another inside to take me to a suitable table.

Food is good, if not great ... quite a mix of South Indian/North Indian/Western bread items etc.

I kept in the refrigerator Tirupati Prasadam (3 Laddus) and forgot to take out while checking out. After couple of hours after checkout, I called up reception requesting them to preserve it, so that I can collect it! Response was like ... "sorry sir, house keeping boys would have disposed it." They didn't even bother to check! It's fine, because it was Tipupati Balaji devine Prasadam, people who consumed it, are blessed! But what if something else like phone or other items are forgotten? Same treatment? This is not customer service for the money they are charging!

Very good breakfast, food generally of high quality and variety. Good sized pool with a small number of loungers, and gym. All the rooms are extremely spacious and have a bedroom separated by sliding doors and curtains from a living area with couch and coffee table, a useful dining table and kitchenette with good size fridge. Some (but not all) rooms have balcony. Above all, very friendly/helpful/attentive staff.

The Verandah restaurant is quite echoey, and the music volume and chosen 'genre' added to the noise levels. Would have preferred volume and type of music to be much more calming, especially at breakfast time. But there is an outdoor courtyard section which is a peaceful alternative! The Sunday brunch by the pool (with a generous variety of buffet foods) had a live singer, who was very good but again the speakers were on such high volume it was almost impossible to hear what our guests were saying. We moved tables to an area below the terrace and sat behind a speaker to solve this....

A great place for family or couples to stay .with the greatest hospitable staff starting from welcome security area to the reception or restaurant staffa and even the housekepping staffs..Well maintained and well equipped suites .

Really good location, away from chatter and noise, yet not far from shops and restaurants. Our suite was spacious. The bathroom had a nice shower stall. The kitchen section included a fridge, a cooktop, a microwave and a water purifier. Very convenient.

Food served at The Verandah was way below par. Arugula-Avocado salad was wilted, sparse and dry. The pepper mutton fry had good quality meat but the cooking didn’t bring out right flavors. The fried king fish also didn’t meet expectations.

Location was peaceful and stay was wonderful.

This was my first stay at this property. Mr Zenith & Mr Avneet Singh both were very accommodating and made it a very pleasant and memorable stay. Lovely property with lot of greenery around, the food was fantastic too :) Thank you Grand Mercure Team I look forward to visit again soon. Ms Gautam

The team made our stay really enjoyable! At the front desk with Vachana, but also her colleagues. At the restaurant: Moumita, Soumya, Vijay, Roshan, chef Devi, Sans for the dinner team But also a big thank you to the breakfast team. They all were very efficient and helpful and always with a great smile. The little shop has really nice gifts And of course very nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. The area is quiet and safe, it's easy to visit different areas taking a rickshaw or driver.

The staff made our stay wonderful From arriving by car in front of the hotel to leaving. All questions fixed, very polite, always wanting to help out. Always giving special attention. The food was excellent, good choice at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. All very fresh and tasty. I would love to come back. Great rooms, some with a fantastic view of trees. (3 stays on different days in December, so 3 different rooms)

We stayed five nights in total, for 3 people, at different dates. The 2 first nights the room was a bit smaller than expected but still very nice and fantastic view. We had 3 very big suitcases so we had to find ways to be able to organize the extra bed + space with opened suitcases ;-) The spa would need to be redecorated, it looks a bit old/cold. Sometimes there is a delay before the treatments start. At breakfast we had to ask several times for our hot drinks. We were seated outside. None of the above were a big deal It's just to be mentioned if it can help
