The room is outdated, and you have to use a back door to get up to it.

Loved the location! Property situated down a nice alleyway that had multiple breakfast, coffee and dining spots. Super easy to get a grab bike. Close to all central locations via walking or bike. The room was basic but had a comfy bed, hot shower, mini fridge, desk and air con - worked well for us during our stay in HCMC! Staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this stay.

Despite being in a windowless room, we were still woken up twice early in the morning by noise during our stay. Once from the loudspeakers outside that play announcements, and once from a guest/staff in the communal areas being loud - talking, dragging chairs on the floor, banging around in the kitchen Could do with better soundproofing or signs in the kitchen to be mindful of sleeping guests in the morning.

Low efficiency, very small fridge filled with beverages offered by the host. Little room for your own stuff.

Affordable food very nearby

No 24 hours check in. Had to wait from 3am to 6:30am in the street.

Staff was sweet only met one guy and he was on touch on WhatsApp

There was no window in the room. This was not visible in the photos and neither was this told.

Le personnel est super agréable, un accueil des plus chaleureux, la chambre avec balcon est la meilleure option. Un super emplacement pour visiter la ville!

On n’avait pas d’eau chaude, même après avoir demandé de régler le souci et l’école juste en face fait énormément de bruit à partir de 7h.

No hot water very basic, bed terrible., door was banging all night. Didnt sleep at all. Not particularly clean unfortunately.

Big, light filled room with comfortable bed. At the back of the building, so VERY quiet. Great, fast communication via reception desk and WhatsApp. Any questions or requests acted upon immediately. Lovely, honest hosts. Lane location is perfect for local life, great coffee, delicious vendor food.

Entry via steep driveway into basement is difficult with big suitcases. Shared kitchen was really helpful but not clean.

The staff was really friendly. The rooma was good and nice location in middle of district 1 and 3. There were good bah min close by.

Next to is a school and we could hear the school speacker very clearly to our room as well. So not that long sleep in the morning.

We werden goed ontvangen en erg goed geholpen met het boeken van een tour en het regelen van een taxi. Onze host stond vanochtend zelfs om 7 uur te wachten op de taxi. De communicatie met onze host verliep heel soepel en prettig. De accommodatie ligt op een rustige plek tussen 2 drukke straten in, prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen

De accommodatie voldoet aan alle verwachtingen,

- the room didn’t look like in the pictures, the walls were full of mold everywhere - there were a lot of ants on the room’s floor, crawling on my legs - there is a school next door and at 7 in the morning, for almost an hour, there was very loud music and talking from speakers and the noise was so loud that even my earplugs couldn’t do anything (not related to the accommodation itself but important if you want to sleep in the morning) - no free water (most private rooms offer small water)

Be aware that the school noise is not just children arriving, but extremely loud music etc at 7am. More simple than the photos suggest and the bathroom floods, but the staff and facilities make up for it!

Cách âm tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình , xuất hiện lỗi vặc thì tim nv vệ sinh khắc phục nhanh, quần áo gửi đi vệ sinh gắp gọn và rất thơm , chỉnh chu quán xá gần đó nhiều sự lựa chọn

Chỉ có một lối để ra từ dưới hầm để xe , nếu đi đúng lúc mở nửa thì k sao .nhưng đi lúc cửa cuống hạ 1 nửa thì cứ phải chui ra chui vào, bất tiện Đường sửa nên xe k vào dc kéo Vali hơi cực

The apartment was a good size, with bedroom separated from the rest of the unit. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The washer worked well, and the kitchen was functional. The location has many great places to eat and have coffee, and it is close to district 1. The value and price are exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and even helped us dry our clothes one time by using their dryer.

Mình đã từng ở đây một lần rất ưng ý nên quay lại, vị trí gần trung tâm, rất tiện. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoải mái. Lễ tân nhiệt tình vui vẻ.

Lối đi lên từ hầm gửi xe, nếu về khuya sẽ hơi phiền vì phải gọi bảo vệ mở do cửa đóng sớm.

Great staff, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Even did our laundry for free on the last day.

The shower was leaking massively from under the floor, meaning that it got a bit messy in the bathroom every time someone showered for more than 2 minutes. Also it's not the lightest apartment but overall good value for money.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a laundry service that was so quick and cheap. The hotel was nice but was right next to a school so every morning at around 7:30am there would be lots of noise and singing. Luckily we didn’t mind being awake at this time but if you do mind then I wouldn’t recommend staying here. All in all though I was good.

Great location with my locals, across from a kids school. It’s in an alley way with many food shops and stalls. Convenient parking situation underneath with 24hr security , would definitely stay here again for my next visit

Excellent service, especially Mr. Viet. He is truly a great asset of the company. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette where I could cook a simple meal with everything I needed, pot, pan, and basic seasonings. In addition, there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

You have to go through the basement to the elevator for checking in. And the way going down to the basement is very steep.

At the apartment there is everything one needs. It's nice to also have a kitchen to arrange breakfast and meals. Location is great, everything is at walking distance. There is also the possibility to connect your Netflix to the TV! Long was also great, awesome hospitality and he did everything to make us feel welcome.

Great communication with the host. Because of flight delay we came to the apartments at 10 p.m. so after official check-in but it was no problem and we could pay the next morning. In terms of the whole Vietnam it was our most expensive stay but I think for this city it was a good price. Room with fridge full of drinks, AC, bathroom. Common kitchen with table.

Overall don’t have anything to complain about.

The manager is terrific, very willing to help and resolve problems. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

the bathroom was small, the entrance was either through the basement or through the salon. It is on a narrow street and taxis often wont enter.

Very nice apartment and friendly reception

It‘s a fairly big room and compared to other places in the area its cheap. The room was clean and very well-located. The check-in was easy although we arrived in the middle of the night.

It was a bit a sketchy to enter the building as you had to go through the garage and usually wake up the guard who was behind the door. But was nothing too bad, was all fine with us.

Spacious, clean and handy to all facilities.

Shower and toilet flooded everytime shower was turned on. Entrance was down in the basement, very strange?

It is situated at very convenient location. Got security downstairs and elevator accessing to each floor. Staffs and host are very friendly and responsive. Spacious room, well facilities, comfortable bed. Additionally its good value for this price

Staff was not friendly. The security guard was very rude. Nobody at the reception a few times when I need to ask for something. They don't provide any drinking water at all.

The staff are super friendly and the wifi is good. Good location and no noise from the streets. Everything you might need is nearby.
