Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Ganesh the Olive Manager took my Axis Bank NEFT details and said that he'd charge for 1 day and the other two days he'll cancell the booking. he'll forward to Booking.Com He said that Booking.Com will refund the next 2 days. We did this because the room was not up to the mark and noisy room, no sound insulated windows. We shifted to IBIS next door the 1st evening itself. I've not heard or received my 2 days refund. Kindly look into this matter ASAP. Thank you Krishnaswamy-GOA

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The staff were pleasant, laundry service was available, and there was a free coffee machine at reception, which was a nice touch! Instamart and Swiggy deliveries were quick and convenient too.
The location looked convenient on the map and was close to the places we wanted to visit, but getting cabs was surprisingly difficult. Rapido and Uber drivers kept cancelling because they seemed to have trouble reaching the property. The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi — it was really poor and definitely not something I would rely on if you're planning to work during your stay. Room service was also quite slow, and we often had to contact them multiple times for the same request.

Checked in only at 7 AM next day but AC was not kept on as requested. Third time staying at this Olive, 9th time at Olive Hotels within this three kilometre circle, would like you to provide in room footwear and luggage rack/table in the rooms.

Few things in disrepair, curtains were broken off the hooks. Sink tap was loose and the whole fixture was moving when Turing on or off the tap. Not identical to photos of the property.

The staff are friendly, approachable and responsive. The best think about the place is its location. I enjoyed going for long walks in Cubbon Park which is just 600 meters from the property.

Location. You can here noise even at 2 AM. Cleanliness. Bedsheets and towels were old with some patches and stains. Entire hotel has this overpowering lavender scent. Bed was also old. Bathroom was okay but there were stains in tiles too. Photos provided are not accurate. Would I stay here again? No

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026The staff is exceptional, I cannot emphasise this enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, yet so sweet and caring. The location is great, within walking distance from the city centre (church street), Cubbon park, UB city etc. Very clean and well maintained.
The water does not run warm for long in the shower. The hotel is located along a main road which can be bothersome to some.
