The place was so clean. As described and pictured. Quiet. Washer, dish washer included. Staff friendly. Check in and out easy.

Almost nothing. However, the Internet wasn't working when we were there. Also, the pots and pans need updating.

It’s a very nice villa clean and tidy. They took care of details ( towels, toilet paper, refreshments in the fridge, coffee capsules for the coffee machine..) and that made us feel comfortable. We were in gouna as a family for an event we didn’t try to go to the sea as the weather was cold but tried shops and supermarket around which was around 6-8 min by car however gouna marina is not so close it took us around 18-20 min by car as well. My overall experience is nice at Nayah’s and would recommend it

The house was clean

Swimmingpool was dirty, the beds outside were old en dirty. Its looks like a gohst town, litterly no other guest. They say you eat there but you cant. It was awfull.

Great location and the villa was beautiful, clean and we loved the pool and the security. Very spacious and all the amenities we needed. The owner was awesome with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay.

Honestly nothing at all , the room were not properly equipped, no cupboards in the room which is very weird. They turned the Nany room in the basement to count it as if a normal third room with no window. Lots of insects and flies in the house. The A/C needs maintenance ……..

While Gouna is my favourite destination, staying at Nayah made our vacation unforgettable. The place is wow at all levels: clean, quiet, and full of equipment. The compound itself is very nice, the swimming pools are cool, and the level of hospitality is remarkable. highly recommended place

Everything was just perfect, the place, the cleanliness, the hospitality and the location were just outstanding. Because of Asmaa’s efforts my vacation was 100 times better than I expected she is really professional, decent and always ready to help and give me an immediate solutions to anything I face.

It's little far from vaciities

very big house. Amazing pools. good distribution of the house comfortable and clean. However, the service of Asma was 100 of a 10!!! she papered us like never I have been pampered. She helped us in everything and was extremely professional. I will come always here because she deserve clients rent with her over and over again. She did everything from the heart without asking us for anything. This was the best part of this stay. if you really want to get pampered like a queen/king come here!

Beautifully clean secure well appointed and equipped property. All pools sharing and private clean and well maintained.Great views of night sky from terrace. Whole complex clean secure and private. Conveniently situated from local amenities shops restaurants and beaches .

Great value for the price, very spacious and clean. Emad the host has been super helpful and accomodated all our needs promptly. I will definetely try to stay there again.
