Reviewed Sep 12, 20251- nice location 2- quite place. 3- very helpful and supportive coordinates from mrs.Marwa as possible as she can.
Some items needs few maintenance in the property 1- very noisy refrigerator and low quality cooling. 2- leaking connections of toilet water heater 3- hall air conditioner water drain and wetting area whenever used. 4- extra and expensive charges for get-in the beach. 5- too much and slow security checks and verification before getting in.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2024The apartment was very cozy and large with nice view to the cable park. The landlord was very helpful and well organized from minute one. He managed things like permission for El Gouna in advance and sent me all needed information regarding the apartment before arrival. The handover of the keys happened also very smoothly. The apartment is well located in a quite complex. Marina, downtown and kite beaches could be reached within 10 minutes by tuktuk or taxi. I can really recommend this apartment!

There are no available umbrellas (shades) at the pool which is Orascom's responsibility However the owner tried to help and contacted the customer service to take appropriate actions
