Villa Lake Shore Hoi An

Very nice place

The owner is friendly, I like the rooftop and the price is good, the AC works well... so I wish I could give a better rating but I was a bit disappointed overall by the place. The rooms are okay but the pictures are obviously heavily edited. In reality, everything is a bit older.

I arrived from busy Da Nang to simply relax in Hoi An for a day far away from the Old Town. Up on arrival I was already in shock to see that right next door was a big construction site. The workers were hammering between 7am and 5pm. Exactly what I didn't want. They were not really aware of my booking so had to wait for the cleaners. The cleaners used some liquid that left a very strong toxic smell in the room that lasted over an hour. I had to wait to receive the wifi password and the internet connection was unstable. According to booking it seems like all rooms are equipped with a balcony but that's not the case. I got the ground floor room that doesn't even have a window that can be opened. You are looking at a wall and the room is facing the street which means you can hear a lot of honking. Also I heard football fans shouting at around 3 am, then someone was outside in the kitchen area at 5am which sounded like the person is standing right at your bed and 7am the workers started again. So basically very little sleep. Also the room had a LOT of mosquitos. Not all of the things I mentioned are really in control of the hotel but it was still frustrating for me as a guest. The owner offered me to move the room but for an extra charge which I refused of course. If you want to show good hospitality and service, you give the upgrade for free in my opinion. Also I don't think it would have changed too much about the noise.

The villa was perfect

We opted for breakfast but for some reasons we couldn't get it but she refunded us the money

El trato que tuvo la dueña con los clientes. Se preocupa mucho por su bienestar y, más que una arrendadora, es como una amiga.

The villa is beautiful en very relaxing. The host is amazing. Very kind, helpful and generous.

Moderne et pratique avec une belle terrasse.

Intet at melde, kan kun varmt anbefale Villa lakeshore!

The host was so kind, helpful and Always ready to smile. The villa was nice, the room clean and big.

Beds really comfy. Nice pool to dip in and relax. The hosts were really friendly, I could stay here for a month! Just what was needed

I loved staying here! It was clean and comfortable. The landlady was very sweet and hospitable. She brought me fruits and water everyday. She also offered laundry service and booked me a taxi to the airport at a much cheaper rate than grab. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was lovely.

Absolutely lovely, Lyrics was such a joy. She got me a motorbike to rent and was always available for questions. Highly recommended!

The host is an absolute gem, she's so lovely and kind! Would definitely stay again!

Hospitality was amazing, all my needs were met.

Nothing.

Very homey and relaxed place, safe place to lock up your bike at night. Owners were so friendly and helpful.

The owner was very very welcoming, providing us with all sorts of snacks. She also sorted us out with mopeds which made it really quick and simple. The rooms were massive with great views off the balcony, the beds were sooo comfy. Overall it was one of, if not the best place I’ve stayed throughout my backpacking journey!

I loved it

Helpful and friendly

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Hoi An! The property is beautifully maintained and recently refurbished, with everything you could possibly need. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. The pool is absolutely amazing — a perfect spot to relax and unwind. You couldn't ask for a better breakfast to start your day, prepared by the owner and it was not only super delicious but served with such warmth and care. Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

the room was super comfortable and luxurious, had all amenities you could need and very modern

nothing

Everything was perfect. CEO Lyrics Ngo is very friendly and helpful. I sincerely recommend this place. It's close to the Travelbus stop - a very convenient form of transport to DaNang or Hue. It is very quiet place. You can feel like very comfortable home. There you can book motorbike to easy connect with evsry Hoi An attractions.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic. Really I reccomend.
