On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the location is nice, although it’s a bit far from the center of Bangalore. We were on the 5th floor and had a nice view over Bangalore and could see the fireworks of the Diwali Festival.

The check-in process was quite complicated. We had to provide our passports and visas, and then fill out a form asking for exactly the same information — which felt a bit unnecessary. The “western-style” breakfast was also disappointing: the omelet was too salty, and when we asked for bread, we received two pieces of toast baked into the omelet. However, we’re sure the Indian breakfast would be much better! Additionally, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, and another disadvantage was that payment was only possible in cash, as international cards were not accepted. Moreover, the staff tried to bribe us with a small present to add a positive review, which we of course declined.

The room was as shown in the pics. The layout was slightly different, though. The room and the bathroom were clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. They have room service available, which was convenient. The breakfast had South Indian dishes and was pretty good.

The bathroom was a bit small, and if you use the shower, the toilet bowl will be wet as well. The location was not that convenient in terms of amenities nearby, I couldn't find many eateries. The room looked bigger in the pics. It was of a decent size, though.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. If you're non-Indian, prepare cash to pay for your stay, as credit cards are not accepted. There were only varieties of traditional Indian breakfast as the hotel is designed mostly for Indians. New room comes with bottles of water and basic shower amenities. AC worked fine.

There were some pretty dusty corners behind window curtain, I'd recommend the cleaners to pay more attention. Shower had a strange smell. My room was last on the floor, close to some kitchen fan (or something with a similar sound) that was pretty noisy (windows are not soundproof).

I stayed here for two days and the staffs were really friendly, a good stay. Owner Maheshwar reddy very friendly and helpful. Mahbood from house keeping staff was also helpful.

Very Nice , Calm … Professional

We got the big room. This one was very spacious and it was nice to have two balconies and two bathrooms. Very clean and nice furniture. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is served at 8.30am. This was too late for us because of our work. But they prepared a simple takeaway breakfast. Breakfast at 7am would have been perfect though.
