The bed was absolutely terrible, and the staff’s behavior was very irresponsible. The room and bed were not clean, there was a bad smell, and the washrooms were extremely dirty. The photos displayed online are completely misleading. The actual condition is nowhere close to the pictures—not even 1% as shown in the images. If you’re considering this place just because the price is low, don’t go. In my honest opinion, it isn’t even worth ₹100. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.

They dint provide basic amenities like towel, water and toiletries. Then the room was not suitable for family because they won't clean properly you can find used liquor bottles and cigarette under your bed in your room and they won't change bedsheets, it was full of stains. The main thing is they mentioned breakfast complementary but they won't provide and they won't even inform you till you itself ask.

Disgusting is an understatement. Royal Sterling is a filthy hellhole masquerading as a hotel. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in months, cockroaches were your roommates, and not a single thing worked—fan, AC, TV—just useless junk. The bathroom was a biohazard, and the food was revolting slop. If you have any self-respect or concern for your health, stay as far away from this dump as possible. Calling this place a hotel is an insult to actual hotels.
