Water leaking in the toilet and resulted uncomfortable whenever stepping in to the toilet. Even causing some discomfort musty smell in the room as it is fully AI controlled and unable to switch on manually to dry up the toilet

Bilik yang bersih,tandas yang bersih bagus tak ada bau orang merokok,samaada dalam bilik atau luar bilik,sesetengah hotel ada orang curi² hisap rokok bila masuk dalam bilik terus bau asap rokok,kekalkan dengan aturan yang sedia ada tentang kesalahan hisap rokok dalam bilik hotel.CADANGAN SAYA...selepas ini letakkan amaran merokok dalam bilik letakkan di pintu bilik Dan dekat dengan tv ..letak besar² beserta dengan denda bila menghisap rokok.Yang lain terbaik ..lepas ni saya nak datang lagi.Turun dari bilik jumpa zus coffee ada Mr diy kedai makan memang senang..TERBAIK PENGURUSAN HOTEL

Value for money, comfort, hygiene is good, check in smooth, room no unpleasant/smoke smell. Water filter is provided on hotel corridor with jug for filling, convenient. Location just next to Zus, Eco, 99 speedmart. Smart TV extra bonus with youtube, netflix, iqiyi, wetv etc etc & also games Will be back if on trip nearby

Tempat bersih dekat dengan dewan orang kahwin. Memang selesa and okay...gitu

Secara keseluruhannya, keadaan bilik baik, kemas dan bersih. Cuma, aircond agak lambat sejuk. Sistem imbasan wajah di pintu masuk sangat baik dari segi keselamatan. Namun, dicadangkan agar alat imbasan tersebut diletakkan sedikit lebih tinggi kerana kedudukannya sekarang memerlukan tetamu tunduk. Ini mungkin menyukarkan sesetengah tetamu yang mempunyai masalah belakang. Sebagai alternatif, boleh dipertimbangkan penggunaan kad akses. Selain itu, semuanya baik dan memuaskan.

Kali kedua duduk sini. Memang selesa. Staf baik je sume.

the facilities and the cleaniest of the room

Had a wedding at A-Park Puchong, and this was the perfect choice of accommodation for us. Rooms were very clean and the receptionists were friendly.

The bed made noises each time we moved, so that was pretty distracting. But we were only there for one night so it didn’t bother us that much. Another thing to note was how loud everything was, even people walking by in front on our hallway can be heard clearly. There were families who were talking loudly, luggages being dragged, babies crying. I would also like to recommend to the hotel to add a clothes bar alongside the wall (beside the door). To me it was a wasted space and i didn’t want to hang my clothes in the toilet. :)

I like the concept of the interior design

The aircond is leaking, not in clean condition. No hook for hanger at the iron board station. Difficult to user to hang their cloth after ironing.

I have a problem to enter the room, using face recognition. Have to wait for some times for the staff to help me. I need to bend near the knob for my face to be recognized. Do you think it is practical?

Pleasant stay for 1 day. i took small room because last minute booking. Super clean the room and toilet. the environment also pleasant

the bed was ok but it's moving and giving creaky sound. Toilet is not comfortable sitting since it's moving and giving sound when get up. need to fix that toilet bowl. Everything is fine

Face recognition for door lock, easy and secured! Clean environment, friendly staff. Everything was good!

Suggest to add 1 small rack / hang place at ironing area so i didnt need to go back and forth to iron several of my cloth.

The apps shouldnt ask too much questions. Few is enough. Hope this helps

I stayed a total of 7 nights in two different rooms. My first impression was good. However, in the first room, the window handle was broken, and there was a cracked wall, the cement debris fell into a cup, which I accidentally drank from at night. In the second room, there were broken tiles and a leaning sink.

iron area. no provide clothing rack. i need to iron one cloth then go back to room and go to iron area back to iron second cloth.

The staff / management didnt take a good care of loud voice in the middle of the night. The sounds go too long and it disturbs my sleep. The loud voices are in the receptionist area. But the staff didn't manage to take good care of it. Please do better.
