Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Location and room size are very good in the middle of nearly every thing and the easy access to all the locations markets and malls and tourism areas Reception staff are very nice and friendly they did solve my issue regarding the room type very easy Thanks to the ladies in the reception and the management staff for their help The bell boy from Nepal was very friendly and helpful Thanks to all for making my stay very nice and comfort
The beds are little hard type mattress and the comforter was light type ones hope it can be upgraded or by having options in the softer beds and comforter

the door access system was a failure. it took me an hour to enter the room. later they have changed my room to another same type room.

الريحة ف الغرفة الفراش غير جيد اثناء حضوري كان عامل واحد في الفندق ومعه المدير حتى عليكم السلام ما سمعته من عندهم اثناء مغادرتي كانت فتاة عمانية أخلاق ومبتسمه وممتازة جدا عكس المدير تماما .

Todo. Las cucarachas. La humedad. El olor. El trato del personal. Nos fuimos y dormimos en el coche. Pedimos devolución y creo que aún me están cobrando algunos cargos en la tarjeta. O sea que encima parece que devolvían algo en efectivo y el resto en tarjeta y lo que están haciendo es más cargos
