La amabilidad del personal.

El ruido de los aires acondicionados del edificio, que estaban pegados a nuestra habitación. El desayuno un poco flojo. Supongo que era por la temporada baja y estábamos poca gente.

Great location. Good shops and restaurants nearby and the main road is about 10 minute walk or quick bolt away!

Nothing negative springs to mind. If you want main hussle and bussle, probably not for you but perfect for a quite hotel away from main road

New furniture & clean

Hôtel bien placé, proche de la plage tout en étant un peu en retrait pour plus de calme. Accès direct de la chambre à la piscine, qui est spacieuse et propre. Litterie ultra confortable.

Chambre très humide, rien ne sèche et odeur d'humidité désagréable.

Les 2 chambres communicantes étaient très belles, spacieuse et confortable avec une jolie vu sur la "jungle". La piscine était très belle. Bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur la piscine. Très bien située dans une rue avec plein de restaurants mais au calme malgré tout.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé la chambre super propre et nous n'avons pas eu de chance car ils venaient de refaire les peintures dans l'hôtel et l'odeur était vraiment très forte.

A localização e a beleza do hotel.

Limpeza! A limpeza não estava bem feita, pedi para limparem novamente e mesmo assim não ficou impecável… a nível de limpeza perde um bocado em relação ao resto. E depois disto tudo, por acidente parti um copo na WC ao lavar os dentes e exigiram que paga-se, quando tinham por duas vezes deixado o WC sujo, sendo que numa delas foi logo quando cheguei não tiveram qualquer consideração pelo cliente.

Hubo varias noches con bastante ruido de la televisión de la habitación de arriba y se salía el agua de la ducha

Le personnel est très bien veillant. Ils ont organisé la chambre pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. Les excursions proposées à l’accueil de l’hôtel sont bien organisées avec des professionnels qui prennent tout en charge avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Tout est propre et l’emplacement est au calme, mais pas loin du night-market et autres…

Wij hadden een kamer met directe toegang tot het zwembad, dat is wel echt een aanrader! Wat een luxe om na een warme dag zo je kamer door te lopen en in het zwembad te springen. Mooie kamer, lekker ruim, net sanitair. Locatie is ook prima, je loopt zo naar het strand of de andere kant op naar de nachtmarkt. Het ontbijt op de 2e verdieping was ook lekker en ruime keuze. Personeel was ook super aardig en hebben ons heel goed geholpen bv met een transfer naar Khao Sok (2,5 uur rijden) voor een prima prijs.

Ik kan niets bedenken. Bedden waren iets harder dan ons vorige hotel maar we hebben allemaal prima geslapen.

Locatie was iets te ver van strand en restaurants, wel handig dat er een 7-eleven om de hoek zat

The shower leaked so when you needed to wash there would be an insane puddle on the floor it was really bad and the breakfast was not good. No choice and the coffee machine needed a clean

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und zentral. Außerhalb viele Restaurants, 7 Eleven und Massageshops. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß für die vielen Gäste und angenehm zum Verweilen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkte lieblos und die Lebensmittel nicht hochwertig.

Hotel is close to two beaches, Ao Nang. Clean towels that you can borrow to go to the beach, every day two bottles of drinking water and coffee provided. Very clean rooms.

The balcony fronted the inside wall of the building, with no view. The beds are a little bit narrow.

Lugar donde te puedes relajar y es tranquilo. Me encanta la estética del hotel. Todo decorado de forma harmoniosa. La piscina es estupenda y tiene un horario que te permite aprovecharla al máximo. La ubicación es genial porque está cerca de las fos playas, del muelle donde salen los barcos y de la zona más movida a 5 minutos. Es unequipo de recepción son todos muy amables y te ayudan siempre que pueden.

Creo que estaría bien disponer de libros en otros idiomas, como en inglés, español y francés. Añ menos libros en inglés porque los libros que tienen a disposición son en alemán.

Pas beaucoup de monde et transats disponibles avec de jolies plantes. - Le personnel nombreux et chaleureux. - Le petit déjeuner varié, copieux et bon. - L’emplacement central. Proche de nombreux restaurants, bars, commerces, salons de massage et du marché de nuit.

Ganz gute Lage und schönes Pool. Bett war groß und bequem. Frühstück war sehr lecker!

Die Dusche hat bei jedem mal duschen das ganze Bad überflutet weil die Dichtungen kaputt waren. Der Vorhang hatte Flecken und der Kühlschrank war auch recht schmutzig. Also ich würde nicht sagen es ist ein vier Sterne Hotel, denn dafür ist erstens das Zimmer zu schmutzig und zweitens auch das Hotel selbst also der Aufzug oder zum Beispiel die Liegestühle zu schmutzig. Für den Preis war es okay, aber wer sich wunderschönen Luxus erwartet ist hier falsch

En la piscina está permitido jugar con pelotas y había varios grupos jugando de manera bastante fuerte, nadie les llamó la atención aunque nos dieron dos pelotazos. Teníamos un bebé pequeño y nos tuvimos que salir nosotros. Además las habitaciones dan a la piscina y se escuchaban los gritos de la gente jugando

La habitación era amplia y las camas perfectas. Desayuno con bastante variedad. La piscina muy bien, lo mejor de todo el hotel. Es unas maravilla.

La habitación está llena de pequeños ESCALONES,, de entrada a los baños, de entrada a las duchas y de entrada a las habitación.

It had a pool and was in a good location.

The breakfast was terrible, like why is the ham floating in water? Also my friend went drinking, came back at 2am and asked for a key to the room and they gave it to her but no questions who she is, just a room number. That sounds a bit scary like anyone could have access to the room. Also there seems to be construction going on in the hotel

Que cuando llegamos nos encontramos que estaban de reformas y no nos habían avisado antes, como si hicieron en otros hoteles. Recomiendo preguntar antes de ir.

Room was nice, as described. Jungle view was 10/10. Perfect walking distance from everything. Breakfast good and staff nice enough.

Would have been nice to know that half of the hotel was under construction at the time, the hall would smell of paint and we would be hearing power tools from 10am until 6pm. Glad we were only staying for 2 nights.

Location was great

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They helped us with recommendations and organised a transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. They greeted us every time we went by andyou got the sense they were happy to see you which was lovely. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool is very nice and shaded in the later afternoon which was great for escaping a bit of heat. The hotel is well located. It's only 15 mins walking from the night market which I would definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my visit, there was ongoing construction and maintenance work throughout the property. The constant noise made it difficult to relax, and the strong smell of fresh paint in the building was unpleasant and uncomfortable. The hotel never informed me about these renovation works before my arrival. If I had known, I would have chosen another hotel. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. In addition, some of the staff were unhelpful and did not handle guests’ concerns professionally. I expected a much better experience.

Rooms to small we had a pool swim up room it was beautiful but no place to clothes had to live out of suitcase, great photos taken for pool area as looks big but small wouldn't like to be there in busy times

Staff were friendly, swapped our room so we could have a swim up room at last minute, which was fab! Would definitely recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Ett centralt hotell med nära till allt. mycket liv och rörelse runt hotellet. Vi bodde där två nätter innan vi skulle flyga hem. Både rummet och frukosten var bra.

Het is een super leuk hotel dat in een leuke buurt ligt. Er is een 7 eleven om de hoek. Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad alleen niet de gehele dag de zon. Het ontbijt is een buffet met een ruime keuze aan eten.

Niet zoveel, maar als ik iets moet noemen is het dat er bijvoorbeeld bij het zwembad en op de balkons cannabis gerookt wordt. Het hotel geeft aan dat dit niet mag, maar handhaafd hier niet naar.

Petite piscine est vite pris d’assaut, mais la place n’est pas loin. Si la chambre donne sur la piscine cela peu être bruyant. Mieux vaut privilégier les chambre donnant sur la forêt si vs chercher le calme. Petit déjeuner correcte mais rien d’extraordinaire.

Great location in Ao Nang, there’s a 7/11 end of the road and loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfy and room was big and spacious.

The shower leaked sooo much water every time you used it. It basically flooded the bathroom each time so I used all the towels after trying to soak it up. Breakfast wasn’t that good In my opinion
