Love the staff and everything about the room! The service was very nice and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They also provided a lovely room decoration at no extra charge, which was such a nice touch. Would definitely stay at this hotel again! ❤️

Hôtel très bien situé, dans un secteur pratique et calme. L'établissement est propre, bien entretenu et très silencieux, ce qui permet de passer un séjour agréable. Le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix de produits pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Enfin, le personnel est très chaleureux, accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

En revanche, j'ai été déçu par la connexion Internet. Malheureusement, elle était très mauvaise durant tout notre séjour. J'espère que ce point sera amélioré à l'avenir, car cela rendrait l'expérience encore meilleure. Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel.

Everything there was good.

There was a slight leakage in the shower tap which I informed while leaving as water was getting wasted.

All staff were greats and location was good also. Not far from night market and Ao Nang beach.

First thing was head shower was not working properly. Always leaking all time. Second was cold or hot temperature shower was not stable.

I do NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you’re coming from Europe or the United States. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything felt dirty. I didn’t even dare to sleep under the blankets because they didn’t feel clean. The bathroom grout and corners were covered with mold. We were supposed to stay for two days, but we left the very next morning. We barely slept at all. The staff were friendly, and that’s the only positive thing I can say. I strongly advise against staying here. There’s a reason it’s so cheap. You can’t even walk barefoot on the floor, after showering, the bottoms of my feet were completely dirty within minutes. The hotel looks nice in the photos, and the overall rating seems good, but if you take the time to read the negative reviews, you’ll see the real picture. Absolutely never again. I’d rather pay more for a proper, clean, and comfortable hotel. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard. A very disappointing experience

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times and always had a great experience. I am very impressed with both the room and the service, and I will definitely come back again.

Le personnel et le lieu géographique de l’établissement près des boutiques et des restaurants

Les évacuations de l’hôtel sont en mauvais état. L’immeuble 5 est trop loin de la réception, sans ascenseur. Les travaux font beaucoup de bruit, il aurait fallu fermer cet immeuble le temps des travaux.

Everything was fine from check in to check out only the problem is aircond was hot you can't adjust the air conditioner in the room 1205 and 1303 was the room asign to me both rooms was hot during the nite we did complain to front desk but was told the technician will attend to the room nothing much was done only the maintenance guy come and press a few bottons on the control panel in the room and when out to the balcony to check on the compresor and said all ok but it was not rectified. Overall was ok breakfast was ok and the best part it's just walking distance to 7Elevent which can be accessed 24 7 from the back of the hotel.Looking for halal food there is this hotel located just out side the hotel few metters away is called Rezeki restaurant nice and affordable.

Parking was a bit of an issue but we arrived on the weekend, after that it was fine

When we arrived, the hotel was fully booked. The staff were very friendly. The pool is excellent. The room was spacious with a long balcony. We had a comfortable bean bag chair and a mini fridge. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is ideal. It’s about a 8-minute walk to the beach. There are great massage parlors and shops nearby. I recommend exchanging money in Bangkok and preferably exchanging a larger amount, because the exchange rate in Ao Nang is not that good. There is also a great little “kiosk” next to the hotel where you can book ATM adventures and island-hopping boat trips. The staff provide informative and friendly explanations about everything, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

At first, the room we got didn't match the description of the room we booked. We had to sleep in the room until the following date because we had to wait to be moved from one building to another

Great location, only a short walk to the main hub but you also have some nice restaurants and a 7 eleven right outside.

Only issue is there is no elevator access to some of the rooms. I would imagine it depends on your room/circumstances as we are a young couple it didn’t bother us but might be worth a request if this would bother you. I’m sure the staff would accommodate as they were very helpful.

Stay: March 10–20, 2026 I do not have good memories of my stay at this hotel. There was visible mold, rust, and general dirt in the bathroom. Both the room and the bathroom are in need of renovation. In the pool area, some tiles are damaged and coming loose. The room view was of a neighboring building, with no natural scenery. Additionally, there is a constant, loud sound of running water coming from the pool area. The decor (e.g., a picture of rainy London) does not match the rest of the interior at all. The bed linen was dirty despite being replaced by housekeeping. Plates at breakfast were also not properly cleaned, and the breakfast itself was monotonous. There were no towels available in the gym, and the towel provided for wiping equipment was dirty. I do not recommend this hotel – the standard definitely does not meet a 4-star rating.

L'emplacement de l'établissemenr bien, quoique un peu éloigné de la plage. Par contre nous avons eu une chambre côté rue, au dessus d'un bar, donc trés, trés bruyant. En général, nous constatons qu'en passant par booking, les chambres sont beaucoup moins bien qu'annoncée.Vue du balcon décevante, porte douche qui ne fermet pas, donc plein d'eau dans la salle de bain

We had 3 rooms and we were put together which was great we were in the new part on the 5th floor with lovely views of trees and hills. Room was big and clean ac worked good and also had a ceiling fan the bed was hard but we managed to sleep ok and had no issues. Staff were very nice. If you’re looking for a pool holiday it’s not the best if you want the sun as it’s down 1 side morning and the other in the afternoon and it does lose the sun early so if all the beds are taken you won’t be able to get the sun all day this was fine for us as we weren’t there all day as we ventured out. The hotel location is about 10-15 mins walk down to the beach from the hotel if you turn left when you get to the main street not sure how long if you turn right. Lots of shops bars and restaurants.

Everything. The room was infested with mould. The room had a very damp ambiance. When I asked for a refund, they rejected it so we moved out of the hotel to stay elsewhere anyway. Waste of every penny paid here.

The staff are very friendly here, great choice of breakfast, rooms are ok a little dated, but clean enough, the beds were a little uncomfortable and lastly the tv signal wasn’t great. Overall it’s ok it’s a budget hotel don’t expect too much.

Hôtel pas très beau, en plusieurs parties. Chambre très petite Chambre vestuste, robinet avec trace de corrosion, clim qui ne marchait pas ( nous avions 26°) : réparer immédiatement mais 2 fois en 6 jours. Petit déjeuner répétitif, café à améliorer

Die Lage ist perfekt. Es liegt nah gemug um gut überall hinzukommen, wie z.B. Strände, Ausflugsanbieter, Lokale u.v.m. aber zrotzdem ruhig. Beim Frühstück gab es abwechslungsreiches asiatisches Essen

Das asiatische Essen und die Eier beim Frühstück waren oft kalt. Die Obstauswahl war mit ausschliesslich Wassermelonen und Ananas sehr einseitig. Oft waren Gerichte leer und wurden nicht ohne Aufforderung nachgelegt. Je nach Personalteam klappte das mehr oder weniger gut und freundlich

La situation géographique

The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are somewhat dated, especially in the Standard rooms. The King rooms are quite comfortable. Hot water is available as well, although you may need to wait a little. The location is excellent, close to services and events, and you can rent a scooter just a few steps away. The pool area is somewhat shaded and does not get much sun. Noise level could use some improvements. A good option for affordable accommodation.

Poolen ligger i mitten av två höghus vilket gör att det alltid är skugga och poolen kall. Små balkonger.
