Obsługa recepcji słabo mówi po angielsku. Chcieliśmy przedłużyć pobyt ale hotel nie miał dla nas ofert i w ogóle nie był zainteresowany tym aby nam pomóc. Personnel nie mógł zaoferować nam cen, które wyświetlały się online.

Vanaf PEK is het toch redelijk ver; 20-30min met de taxi, maar voor onze lange transfer prima te doen. Voordeel is dat het op loopafstand van SOHO ligt, leuke om even te kijken

I was there in a Business Trip so it didn't Matter as we were Close to the conference Hotel but keep in mind that Peking is a big City and you wil be about half an hour by Car away from the big Tourist Attractions (Summer palace/forbidden City etc)

Breakfast could be improved. There is only one type of cheese available, which limits the selection. Most of the meat options are pork-based, which further reduces variety. As a result, the only real alternative is the egg station, and the omelette there was the main positive part of my breakfast experience

1- Many of the staff do not know English , however it is normal in China , almost everywhere. 2- The Hotel Main entrance location is tricky and confusing for Taxi and Didi drivers, many trips are cancelled becuse of that reason. Hotel should find solution.

Unfortunately, only men were able to use sauna. Most of personnel did not speak English. Hotel is quite far from metro station and from the most popular places

Niestety, podczas pobytu napotkaliśmy istotne niedogodności, które znacząco wpłynęły na komfort naszego wypoczynku. Już od początku pobytu wykładzina w pokoju była całkowicie mokra, obsługa hotelu na naszą prośbę o interwencję, przyniosła ręczniki (które położyła na ziemię) oraz osuszacz powietrza. Sytuacja ta była nie tylko bardzo niekomfortowa, ale również budziła zastrzeżenia co do standardu pokoju. Dodatkowo zostaliśmy poinformowani, że klimatyzacja nie jest włączana w godzinach nocnych. W efekcie temperatura w pokoju była bardzo wysoka, co utrudniało sen i powodowało duży dyskomfort. Z uwagi na powyższe niedogodności, które miały realny wpływ na jakość naszego pobytu, uprzejmie proszę o rozważenie częściowego zwrotu kosztów jako formy rekompensaty. Liczę na Państwa zrozumienie oraz pozytywne rozpatrzenie mojej prośby.

La chambre était particulièrement spacieuse, bien équipée et offrait une très belle vue panoramique, ce qui a clairement contribué à la qualité de notre expérience. La salle de bain est également remarquable, à la fois esthétique et fonctionnelle. Le niveau de propreté est irréprochable, avec un service de ménage efficace. Nous avons aussi apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au petit-déjeuner. Ce dernier est d’ailleurs varié et de bonne qualité. La présence d’un petit réfrigérateur et de prises adaptées à tous les types de branchements est un vrai plus. Cependant, quelques points restent à améliorer au regard du standing de l’établissement. L’absence d’accroche-serviettes dans la salle de bain est surprenante et peu pratique. De même, l’installation d’une machine à café à capsules serait appréciable. Enfin, des tapis de bain plus qualitatifs apporteraient un confort supplémentaire. En résumé, une très bonne expérience globale, avec quelques ajustements simples qui permettraient d’atteindre un niveau encore plus élevé.

Шикарные завтраки ,были фрукты, арбуз ,дыня .Персонал очень вежливый , пользовались услугами стирки и химчистки ,все идеально ,вещь приносят на вешалках . Бассеин большой , удовольствие плавать . Если будем ещё раз в Пекине ,снова приедем в этот отель. От аэропорта Дасин 55 минут ,но зато едешь по отличным дорогам ,смотришь город .

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026I’d like to start with mentioning that the staff was exceptionally well trained everywhere in the hotel. Always ready to help and approaching us with a positive attitude! The breakfast was great! Loved the variety of items specially for vegetarians and westerners! The wheat based health drink was my favorite and I enjoyed multiple cups at breakfast!

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026The interior is fresh and comfortable. The A/C works very well (we used it for heating). There is much light in the bathroom. The location is good—there are many shops and restaurants nearby, and a metro station is about 700 meters away. It was quiet in the room. The dining table in the room is large. The bed is soft, and there are 2 types of pillows to choose from: soft and hard. The breakfast was good, various and including much European food. The window curtains are dense and blocking almost all the light from the outside.
There is a big window between the bathroom and the room itself. When somebody uses the bathroom at night, the bed gets flooded with light even when the curtain is closed. Though, this light is not very bright. Another uncomfortable feature is that the curtain opens/closes from the main room, not from the bathroom.

Иногда из других номеров доносится запах дыма - курящих. Но для Китая это неизбежно. И не так страшно, как в других отелях.
