We loved everything about Hyatt Regency Wangjing! What stood out most was how thoughtfully they took care of our family. On our first day, they prepared a special gift bag for the kids with a cute stuffed horse, a kids' robe, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bath products—the kids were so happy! The hotel design is modern and elegant, and our room was spacious, spotless, and quiet for a great night's sleep. The swimming pool and gym are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with options for everyone. The well-rested nights and great food fueled a fantastic trip to Beijing. The staff were wonderfully warm and helpful. Highly recommended!
Wonderful Anniversary Stay We were very satisfied with our stay! The breakfast was excellent, the Club Room was comfortable, and everyone was warm and welcoming. A special thank-you to Ms. Zhang, who made our check-in smooth and pleasant. The wonderful service made our anniversary celebration feel truly special. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again!

The hardware of this hotel is great. It's only a Hyatt Regency but it's as good as some Park Hyatts out of China. 1) the club lounge js gorgeous. One is the better designed club lounges I've been to and the staff are excellent (even if they don't know how to make an ice tea). But they are earnest, friendly and a plus to the hotel. This is a hotel where it's worth paying for club lounge access or using a club lounge certificate. 2) before covid, globalist breakfast was only in the lounge now they allow in the buffet restaurant which is a great choice. The food is good and they had my favorite, blueberries which is rare to find in China because of the cost. I think I ate 3 big bowls for breakfast. 3) the suites are beautiful. Large, tastefully decorated. It's definitely worth paying extra for a standard suite here. They are good. The only downside for the hotel is it's location. There's just not much around it from restaurants to shopping to really anything as it's more in a new part of town, business district. For me who goes to Beijing 5-10 times a year for 30 years, it's a great hotel because I'm not looking for touristy things. I have a client nearby so I like to stay at this hotel as it is a short walk over. The hardware is probably the best of all the Beijing Hyatts. But overall it's an excellent hotel and is what a Hyatt regency should be.
Another disappointing experience at the Hyatt. We had reserved on Thursday for high tea on Saturday at 3pm. First of all, they told us that they only prepare 3 sets a day so we needed to make reservations. That’s why I reserved. On Saturday, my daughter and I walked in and the manager told me that they didn’t reserve seats for us because they have a conference. Then he said that the reservations were only for the high tea food, not the seats. (Speechless)… I guess we needed to eat while standing. Classy! Don’t come! This place is not worth it.
Great value for Hyatt members! Best location if you are familiar with Beijing and not the first time to visit the big city. Downtown may have more activities, but if you wish to have some peace and quite and yet still within reach of the center of the city, this hotel is your best bet. Subway is literarily around the corner. Awesome breakfast, great view of Wangjing SOHO, quite rooms, great staff. Can't ask for more.

It s my third time here and it s one of the very few hotels i love it more than the first time. Very elegant, super clean, beautiful room with great view, good location, great service and very kind, collaborative and professional staff. The place to be in Beijing! Bravo!
We've stayed multiple times at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing during the Chinese New Year from February 2026 with the last one being on March 2, 2026. As always, our stays were great, especially thanks to the wonderful management and staff who make us feel like family. They were respectful, friendly and attentive. They welcomed us warmly every time we arrived. Housekeeping maintained the rooms clean and stocked with needed amenities. The hotel is strategically located with multiple transportation options, enabling us to easily navigate to our desired destinations. Special mention goes to Hiram and Doris who gave us a truly memorable experience of a Chinese New Year family feast. They were the individuals who had checked us in during our various stays at the hotel and who we have come to trust for their sincerity, dependability and professionalism. Also, Audrey took extra care in ensuring that we're checked in smoothly and having all our luggages sent to our rooms while having a breakfast buffett. This was very thoughtful because we were exhausted from a long, very early flight and hoped to rest as soon as possible. The concierge service was consistently excellent with associates like Jackman and Levi. Indeed, we highly recommend staying at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing if you ever find yourself in Beijing. It is our go to hotel!

The staff here are so nice and meets every aspects of my needs. I would definitely come back in the future. Hotel design is great, love the bamboo trees in the lobby, feel like nature
Stayed more than 10 times per year at Wangjing Hyatt Regency, always a nice place to spend a weekend. Location is convenient, communication is smooth. With their professional Regency Club team, nicely designed rooms and various kinds of food for choices, it is worth revisiting. In fact, I personally believe it is the best hotel among Wangjing area. And although pretty busy, the hotel staff can handle all kinds of situations efficiently. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for hotels in this area.
El hotel en general muy bien. La ubicación es muy muy buena y el hotel es muy lindo (tanto los espacios comunes como las habitaciones)
El personal tiene un nivel de inglés muy pobre y muchas de las cosas calientes del desayuno estaban frías
Our home away from home did not disappoint. Location is convenient as more ride hails are familiar with the hotel. Value for money with their long stay rates. Spacious and clean rooms. Frontline staff are friendly and helpful.
The Hotel was close to perfect.
The choice of food for breakfast was fantastic, but the quality (taste) was 'only' OK/good.
Amazing stay, friendly staff and amazing housekeeping! Best hotel in Beijing! Well done to all the team. Will definitely visit again.
I’ve been a regular guest at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing for 5-6 years, and every single stay has been absolutely fantastic. The restaurant, buffet, hygiene, and overall level of professionalism are all exceptional. I will absolutely be returning again soon.
Завтраки в отеле это нечто. Хорошее спа с бассейном и джакузи. Красивое лобби.
Персонал абсолютно не понимает по Английский. Не очень качественная уборка в спа
This hotel should really be branded a Grand Hyatt. The facilities, service and food are certainly Grand Hyatt level. Check-in at the exec lounge is always a breeze, and I’m warmly greeted and welcomed like a frequent visitor. Jackman and his concierge team make sure my stored luggage and Taobao packages are meticulously accounted for and delivered to me room before I even step in. Rooms, which are decorated with a natural wooden theme, are of a good size. The occasional suite upgrades are pleasant surprises. Facing SoHo/Mercedes Benz HQ gives the best view. Despite the hotel being nearly a decade old, the excellent maintenance (unlike many top China hotels) makes it feel like less than half its age. The highlight is the breakfast in the basement. Eggs made to order, freshly squeezed juice and a delectable spread whipped up by exec chef Kenny and his team ensure that over-eating is inevitable. My top picks are: beef noodle soup, prata with curry and nasi lemak but the rest of items are just as good! Hyatt Regency Wangjing is why I remain a loyal Globalist with the Hyatt brand, when there are so many other options. This is a top notch hotel, a home away from home.
Back to Hyatt Regency Wangjing has always been a pleasant experience. Warmly greeted by Rosa, the new manager of hotel rooms, her smile made me felt back home. I knew she would have everything ready for me and my guests, including meeting rooms in club lounge, dinner buffet for 8 people, and guest rooms nearby each other. I even saw a tourist giving her a box of chocolate to show her appreciation to Rosa when she checked out. Having a great room manager has been the tradition of this hotel. The facility has been so well maintained that you won’t see worn out corner or damaged furniture. I saw a repairman knelt down in the hallway to paint a small scratch on the wall (photo) with the kind of focus and dedication I only found in Japan. KAI is a young man I really like also because his attention to the details of my guests in the meeting room, by providing drinks, connecting computer, and changing the lighting had made my meeting super productive. This hotel is a great place to stay at exactly because of these wonderful staffs.
petit dejeuner complet par contre pas de piscine pour la semaine ca c'est un peu dur quand ce n'est pas annoncé
le manque d(information en amont pour la piscine vue des chambres sur rue assez lugubre
As a Hyatt Globalist member, I specifically chose Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing for this recent business trip, based on its generally positive reputation online. Unfortunately, my overall stay fell somewhat short of expectations. I would like to share a few details where I believe the experience could be improved. 1. Check-in experience Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was still being cleaned and that I would need to wait before check-in. I was directed to wait in the Regency Club lounge. However, during the waiting period, no staff member proactively informed me when the room became available. I only learned that the room was ready after I personally returned to the front desk to ask. Otherwise, I might have continued waiting without knowing. In addition, the actual check-in time was nearly one hour later than the stated 15:00 check-in time, and no explanation was provided. The welcome fruit was also delivered separately after I had already entered the room. 2. Room upgrade Prior to arrival, I did not receive the usual pre-arrival email or call. I therefore took the initiative to send an email to inquire about the possibility of an upgrade. Ultimately, the room provided was a corner room with a rather ordinary view, which was somewhat disappointing. I had been hoping to experience a room overlooking the Wangjing SOHO skyline. 3. Lobby bar service As my stay included a spending credit, I ordered two drinks at the lobby bar. When the drinks were served, the staff member carried the glasses by hand without a tray and appeared unsteady, resulting in the drinks spilling across the table. The follow-up response was limited to wiping the table with tissues, without any explanation or apology. This level of service detail was quite surprising. In summary, the overall stay did not meet the expectations I had for this visit. I hope the hotel may consider improving these service details in the future.
Spa e piscinas internas. Quarto muito bom. Happy Hour no 3o andar, excelente.
Localização
A hotel that lived-up to my expectation, calm and relaxing. Not so many guest roaming the lobby and other area of the hotel 4,5/5 due to the following: 1) Chinese station for breakfast could be improved 2) no bidet and appreciate if you put heated toilet seat (stayed during winter) Check-in and check-out process: Thanks for putting english friendly staff. Left with a smile upon check-in and check-out. Others Staffs: Friendly and full of smile. Room: 1) Classic and in my point of view, will never go out of style, timeless. 2) I never had a room that could go as dark as the one that I booked. Really enjoyed my sleep here as a person who needs to sleep with the lights off. 3) loving the closet area, you got two sections, very helpful. 4) hope you consider to provide more luxurious slipper though. 5) in-room sofa felt luxurious, nice place to rest with your outside clothes. 6) electrically operated shades and lightings. 7) bed and blanket was good enough. Lobby: Will be timeless, will never need remodel. Mixing traditional Chinese design and so zen. Gym: Complete and enough. I could train sufficiently with the available machines. Pool: I didnt try during my 2 nights stay, but sufficient for an indoor pool. Bath room amenities: 1) scale? You got it. 2) Bath robe? Available 3) hairdryer: available. Everything was sufficient and may I suggest to provide bath gel or bath product for the first night not only in the shower? Location: Find somewhere else if you need to be in the tourist central. But as a traveller who needs a calm area to stay? This location is 100/100 for me. Breakfast: The western food section tastes far better than the Chinese section and pastry wasn’t buttery and flaky enough. I did really enjoy the cold cut, salad (poached pork knuckle with ginger and black vinegar was 1000/10) and western food section. Will go back to this hotel when I visit Beijing again? Yes.
The place is really good, staff was helpful and always present. The room was absolutely clean and well kept. The least noisy of all the hotels we experienced in Beijing. The bathroom had actual doors that could be closed. Possibly some of the best elevators I have experienced, with an average wait time of less than 10 seconds. Also they offer (kinda pricey) SPA services until 2am in the morning.
I can't come up with anything I didn't like.
A great experience with wonderful rooms, very extensive breakfast, at dinner a hotpot experience option and available staff.
My son accidentally left his watch in the room and the front office manager Stefan Liu immediately emailed me to inform. Nick from his team arranged for a taxi to deliver the watch to me at the Beijing airport. Impressed by the exceptional service level.
This hotel provides quality service with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean, but did not have any good views from the window. This hotel is in the heart of the Wangjing area, and there are many food and drink spots all around the hotel. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing, with so many different cuisines. I love their hot green tea.
All staffs are freindly, and i felt very warm that room service realised i might have neck problem when she found i added a towel under the pillow, and she prepared me a very comfortable pillow. Breakfast was very nice as well! I will come back next time.
All good.
Disruptive behavior by employees during breakfast time. Try to anticipate lunch set up before realizing breakfast still not finished.
This is the cleanest hotel ever! The location is not the best but I really enjoyed my stay, the lobby was amazing and the staff were really attentive. The best part was the room service food! Really delicious
The cleanest hotel ever! In room food highly delicious! The staff are very helpful and polite! My room was spacious..
Nothing
Very convenient and close to the airport. And the Breakfast is really exceptional. Huge variety and great as a Westerner.
Habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras. Modernas
Lobby frio
The staff were very accommodating and hospitable. Hotel was modern and near the business district.
Clean room and friendly staff!
Das Personal war super-freundlich und liess uns vom Anfang bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts in Peking wie zu hause in diesem äusserst beeindruckenden Hotel fühlen.
Because of the typhoon in Vietnam, we had to cancel our trip and came to Beijing earlier than planned during the national holiday. It was a last-minute change, and honestly, I didn’t have high expectations since it wasn’t part of our original plan. But staying at the Hyatt Regency Wangjing turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. A day before check-in, Audrey from the hotel emailed me to welcome us and offered to help with anything we might need. When I checked in, I met her in person — she was warm, friendly, and made me feel like someone was truly taking care of our stay. Small gestures like that really make a difference. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Bell and concierge services were quick and professional. One night, the bathroom fuse went off, and an electrician came right away to fix it — super efficient. Room service was fast, and breakfast had a huge selection with great service every morning. I used Hyatt points for our four-night stay, and it was amazing value. Overall, what impressed me most wasn’t just the facilities, but the people. Everyone here genuinely cares about guests — and that made our unexpected Beijing trip so much more enjoyable.
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel

All staff members from management to shop floor, housekeeping, Restaurant were helpful, well trained and competent & professional, with personal special touch. Thank you for making my birthday so special! I truly appreciate all the effort by members involved to make it more special.
Beijing has plenty of choices for business and leisure travelers. But I have been staying at this property almost 90% of my time. The hotel has been well maintained since its opening doors. Many staffs were able to recognize my face when I stepped in. Director Tom had been very helpful to arrange banquets or events, which made my guests very satisfied. Front desk staff such as Nathan's warm greetings made me forget the long hours on plane and high way during business trips. Strongly suggest anyone to try out their gym and pool, which are among the best you can find in Beijing. Their executive lounge is also very beautiful and has a lot of space for business discussion. Sometimes, I just liked to kill some time there. Breakfast selection had all varieties. But their Chinese and Japanese restaurants are also excellent for business or friend gatherings. You will never be disappointed by this hotel.
Good Services, nice hotel and good food. The location is not far from Capital airport and close to main attractions. The happy hours in executive lounge is good enough as dinner too.
Great location near the airport. Clean hotelroom and great facilities (gymroom and swimming pool).
The only reason I am not giving a perfect score is because the concierge, who goes by the name “jackman”, referred me to his friend for visiting the Great Wall. This friend of his scammed me: while we had originally agreed on a price of 100 euros to have him drive me to and from the Great Wall, the price was suddenly raised by 25% at the last minute without reason. When I told him that this was not fair, his answer was “welcome to Beijing”
Stayed there on a business trip in a standard room, was quite comfortable, housekeeping was very reliable and kept the room very clean, complimentary water was refilled every day. Breakfast was outstanding, wide variety of very good and tasty dishes. Gym is very well equiped, but also open to the public, in the evening hours sometimes a bit crowded. Overall, a very good hotel, I would go there again.
Good hotel for a quick stopover, nearby the airport. Rooms were very spacious!
The pool was very crowded, swimming lessened for kids going on etc and not quite the oasis that is pictured. Maybe because we stayed on a Sunday.. not sure. The spa area was very nice though.
The hotel was nice, and staff were very helpful and friendly. I do not like the pet-friendly policy which bring in a lot of dogs during the weekend. The smell in the hallway was overwhelming. Also, the hotel should have a policy forbid cell phone use in the locker room and hot tub area. I have seen many times people doing selfies or videotaping while naked! So disgusting.
Just stayed in this property a few days ago. Hotel gave me a horrible room, didn't accord me lounge access as part of Globalist benefits, insisted they gave me a view room when I didn't even see the view for the whole stay. The automatically turned on TV was so loud that you can't hear the doorbell ringing and when you turn off the TV, room was so soundproofed that I can hear my neighbours next door. Hotel was not proactive in managing my issues in their property and only asked for my wechat contact upon checkout.
房間很棒,服務很好,尤其是禮賓部的人員,都會主動協助,非常的幫忙,是一次相當好的住宿體驗!
I’m currently staying at Hyatt Regency Wangjing Beijing with my 14-year-old daughter, from July 7 to July 23, and I used all my World of Hyatt points to redeem this long-awaited stay. As a Discoverist member and someone who has always trusted the Hyatt brand for its consistent global reputation, I carefully chose this hotel with high expectations for quality service and hospitality. Sadly, this experience has been deeply disappointing and not at all reflective of the Hyatt standard. One evening after dinner, we stopped by the Club Regency on the 3rd floor to cool down and have a few soft drinks before heading back to our room. We chose a quiet window seat where no one else was sitting. My daughter and I were chatting and laughing gently about our fun day—it was a heartfelt, happy moment, not disruptive in any way. Just as we were about to leave, a manager walked directly toward us and asked, abruptly, if we were leaving. While she didn’t say anything explicitly, her tone and body language clearly implied that we were being too loud or didn’t belong. I was shocked and incredibly uncomfortable with the way we were treated. I called the duty manager to express my concerns, but the same manager returned the call and claimed that our chatting had disturbed other guests who were having a meeting in the lounge. I was stunned—since when does Club Regency, a lounge meant for guest relaxation, double as a private business meeting space in the evening? I escalated the issue, and eventually, a front desk duty manager contacted me. While she expressed that she “felt” my frustration, she still stood by her colleague’s actions and emphasized that this is a business-oriented hotel. That message was loud and clear: if you’re here to relax with your child and not conduct business, you’re not their priority. To make things worse, when we first checked in, I reported that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly—the room could not cool down. It wasn’t until after the Club Regency incident that the duty manager finally offered “solutions”: either move to a lower floor with a smaller room, or pay extra to get a room with working AC. I found that unacceptable—air conditioning is a basic amenity, not an upgrade. It’s extremely disheartening to be in the middle of a stay that was meant to be meaningful and enjoyable—only to feel like a second-class guest, even after redeeming all of my points for this experience. I chose Hyatt because I trusted their global reputation for excellence, but this particular property does not live up to it—not even close. I hope Hyatt corporate sees this and takes a hard look at how this location is being managed. Loyalty should mean something. Hospitality should be universal—not just for business travelers or quiet guests. And basic room comfort shouldn’t come at an extra cost.
Excellent experience in Hyatt Regency Wangjing. All staffs are friendly, proactive and helpful. Had a good time with my family here.
Our stay at Hyatt Wangjing exceed our expactation. The family suite is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed using the amenities at the hotel like the pool, gym and wet and dry sauna. The staff anticipated our needs. Housekeeping even left a larger piece of toothpaste with a personal message card!
I normally refrain to write reviews, simply because I may get a bit lazy to compose any written message, but I must leave a positive review to this hotel and the management team with the nicest words I can summon;) I landed very early in the morning and I was extremely jet lagged. Because I was moving internationally and quite unfortunately had to choose a hotel as a journey midpoint, my belongings was unhumbly heavy. An outstandingly kind gentleman at the reception kindly offered me so much help upon checkin. I was almost tempted to tear. Bravo to this remarkable gentleman, whose last name is He/贺. The concierge team also offered great help throughout my stay. They helped me to mail some of my belongings, transferring my orders from the lounge bar to a delivery person, simply because public transport in Beijing is slow and I couldn't be on time. I was constantly offered turn down service from one cleaning lady, whose name I was unfortunately did not note. She is such a sincere person and is very polite. If you're traveling to Beijing, this place won't be a miss. It looks like a business hotel from the outside, but it certainly offers more than that, simply because of the amazingly professional staff. This hotel thrives in my mind because their staff is at a paramount position.
This is my third stay at this property in the past year. My wife and I choose it for a long stay because of its location and for the wonderful team running this hotel. Easily one of the friendliest teams in the Hyatt Regency brand, who outperforms even a few higher categories properties in other parts of the world.
The quality of this hotel is fantastic. The staff was outstanding, the meals at the Market Cafe were widely varied and all high quality. The location of the hotel made it very easy to get around the area. There is a nice park across the street to walk through for relaxation and numerous coffee shops and other eateries nearby within walking distance. The Wangjing neighborhood is really great and a hidden gem in Beijing.
I spent two nights here and had a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish. As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a beautiful corner suite filled with natural light—perfect for getting some work done during my stay. The Globalist buffet breakfast at the café was excellent, with a high-quality selection and a wide variety of options. I also made use of the gym twice and found the equipment (weights and stationary bike) to be in great condition. What stood out most was the service—every staff member (lounge staff very helpful) I interacted with was genuinely helpful and attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if the location fits my itinerary next time. A truly comfortable and well-managed property.
Simplement sublime
Rooms are good at hyatt standard but food qualify is lower than average hyatt although regency club and breakfast cafe maintain a good quality looking. Swimming pool is good though. The Japanese food restaurant at lobby level looks good but it is not cooked by real Japanese so food is so so
Spacious entrance easy to pickup/drop off, friendly staff. Roomy and nice view from where I stayed.
Only downside for me - room is a bit dated, noticeable musty smell in the bathroom.
I really enjoyed the gym, also the space in the place. It's uncommon to see a nice and new hyatt in a place close to busy area of a metropolitan city
