Reviewed Sep 17, 2026O espaço é bem limpo e com boas comodidades. Chuveiro excelente, ar condicionado, tv e varanda. Cama muito confortável, com exceção do travesseiro, wifi muito bom. Bairro tranquilo, silencioso.
O quarto é realmente muito pequeno. Tem todas as comodidades, mas é um quarto pequeno, suficiente para uma pessoa, mas sem grandes expectativas - não dá pra deixar uma mala de viagem aberta em nenhum espaço, por exemplo. O travesseiro também poderia ser trocado, é muito desconfortável. A localização também não é tão boa para quem busca os principais pontos turísticos, são distantes e o transporte público em Roma é demorado e os pontos de ônibus não são proximos da acomodação.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026O local fica muito bem localizado, bem próximo ao Coliseu, dá pra ir andando e também à Porta Metronia (um ponto de parada do metrô) que dá pra você ir dela para a estação do Coliseu e também para a estação de San Giovanni que conecta com Termini (a primeira estação pra quem pega o trem Leonardo Express, saindo do aeroporto Fiumicino) e demais estações próximas aos principais pontos turísticos de Roma. Quem realizou meus atendimentos foi o Giovani, sempre muito solícito e cordial.

Our stay was very disappointing. The floor tiles were loose and coming off, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a clogged toilet flush that barely worked. The overall bathroom layout was also very poorly designed, and the shower area was so small that it was uncomfortable even for one person to use. The property clearly needs proper maintenance and repairs. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Bardzo serdecznie polecam to miejsce. Właściciel przemiły i pomocny. Czysto i pachnąco w całym obiekcie. Lokalizacja to kolejny ogromny plus - spacerkiem do Koloseum ok 15-20 minut, lecz w okolicy mnóstwo opcji dojazdu dosłownie wszędzie autobusem. Bardzo blisko noclegu świetna lokalna kawiarnia z pyszną kawą oraz restauracje.

De douche viel tegen. het was schoon meer dan.. maar de douchekop, straal gaat alle kanten op en de cabine is zeer klein. als je zwaarlijvig bent dan heb je een probleem. Advies; nieuwe douchekop plaatsen.

Camera non pulitissima e decisamente da rimodernare. Il pavimento è formato da listelli di legno che si sollevano continuamente spargendosi per la stanza. Il bagno con scarico elettrico non permette di gettare la carta nel WC e questo non sarebbe un problema se il cestino fornito fosse adeguato, mentre si tratta di un normalissimo mini-cestino da bagno. Doccia molto piccola e scomoda. In generale molto scomodo per tre persone.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026We liked that it was a simple room with all the necessary things we needed. The owner was friendly and active on WhatsApp had we needed anything.
The sheets and towels were dirty and damaged from previous usage. It would be nice if they had new towels. The biggest downside of this apartment was the noise. Both the doors and the windows don't keep the sound out. So whether it's loud neighbors at 1am or seagulls at 5am you're not going to get a good night's sleep. The automatic scent sprayer activated every half hour or so and always scared the living daylights out of us. It got so bad we had to put them out on the balcony for the night. Lastly, the sink and shower haven't been cleaned for a while, so not much water can pass through.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Ho apprezzato l'acoglienza e la gentilezza dell'host, anche la facilità di accesso e la stanza. Carina e minimal, ma curata e pulita. Zona abbastanza centrale, a 10 minuti dalla metro, dunque abbastanza facile per gli spostamenti.
L'eccessiva rumorosità interna ad opera degli altri ospiti (chiacchiere ad alta voce in cucina tra mezzanotte e l'una o caos con sbattimento porte alle 5 del mattino). Forse due giornate particolamente sfortunate....Inoltre, leccesso di profumi chimici in tutte le stanze. Veramente esagerati. Non a tutte le persone sono graditi. Ci sono persone che addirittura soffrono di Sensibilità chimica multipla (MCS) e hanno forte disagio con i profumi chimici. Basterebbe metterne meno.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Ubytování bylo na dobrém a klidném místě, blízko MHD, 2 min na autobus a 15 min pěšky na metro. Pokoj měl balkón, vlastní WC a sprchový kout. Vše bylo čisté, každý den proběhl úklid. K dispozici ručníky a fén. Pronajímatel s námi komunikoval před příjezdem, vše bylo nachystané, tak jak jsme se domluvili. Přístup na kód, dům ve kterém jsou pokoje ma výtah, čistý. Jediné negativní, ze je vše slyšet z dalších pokojů, když ostatní lidé přichází, tak odemykání dveří, ale to se dá přežít. Dodržuje se nocni klid. Doporučuji, za skvělé peníze perfektní ubytovani na 2 noci.
Malý sprchový kout, je slyšet odemykání z ostatních pokojů klíčem.

Kontakt z właścicielem w porządku - meldunek bez użycia problematycznych aplikacji, które często są wymagane w Rzymie. Klarowne instrukcje dotarcia do pokoju. W pokoju przyjemny balkon. Mega wygodne łóżko i bardzo duża kołdra. Było mydło i suszarka w łazience. Estetyczny wystrój pokoju.
Jedynie podczas pierwszej nocy dość głośno było słychać jakieś pompowanie wody, więc musiałam spać w zatyczkach, bo trochę denerwowało, ale kolejne noce już były ciche. Trochę mała kabina prysznicowa i jednego dnia zabrakło nam papieru toaletowego, ale rano już był.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Για τα λεφτά του είναι πολύ καλά. Η περιοχή υπέροχη. Μέχρι Βασιλική του αγίου Ιωάννου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, αν και έχει αρκετά παλιά μπαλκονόπορτα. Νομίζω τον χειμώνα κάνει κρύο. Υπάρχει κλιματιστικό και καλοριφέρ. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά .
Το μόνο που έλειπε είναι ένα μικρό ψυγειάκι και ένας βραστήρας. Καταλαβαίνω ότι δωμάτιο είναι πολύ μικρό, αλλά θα χωρούσαν.

Het putje van de douchebak liep niet zo goed door. En de douchekop gaf weinig krachtig water. Douche was erg klein. In de wc mocht geen toiletpapier gegooid, maar dat is in Rome vaker. Was even wennen. Maar de kamer was heel netjes en schoon.

Diezgan trokšņaina nakšņošana. Un tas, ka vannasistaba ir jādala ar citiem viesiem, attiecīgi tā var nebūt pieejama, kad nepieciešams. Vienai naktij ir ok, bet vairākas dienas/naktis tur palikt man nepatiktu.

Il letto aveva 4 doghe centrali staccate. Sono rientrato tardi e non mi è sembrato utile contattare il gestore, anche perchè non pensavo a possibili soluzioni rapide. Può succedere, ma la reazione del gestore mi lascia interdetto. Mi ha ringraziato per la segnalazione senza una parola di scuse per aver trascorso la notte praticamente in piedi!!

La stanza assegnatami era rumorosa, si sentiva ogni scarico d’acqua delle tubazioni intorno. La rete non era agganciata alla struttura del letto quindi rumoroso anch’esso, il materasso andrebbe cambiato.
