Reviewed Sep 9, 2026O hotel tem um estilo diferente, são quartos térreos em várias vilas, bem planejado e bem resolvido de espaço e fácil, o quarto na verdade é uma pequena casa que tem tudo muito bem arrumado.
Tem que estar de carro pois fica longe dos principais pontos da cidade.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Fantastic property with spacious rooms that have a mini living room and a tiny kitchenette also. Loved that the kitchenette was stocked with pots and pans. The buffet was super elaborate and delicious. In-fact the 1 day we had to go early morning for Hegra tour, we asked them to pack a few sandwiches and they packed a mini breakfast meal which even had croissants, apples etc. The few soft drinks in the fridge on the house is also a delighter.
Wish there could have been a bit more shade at the pool to swim in the afternoon. It was extremely sunny and I didn't jump in for want of a bit of shade.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Our stay at this resort in AlUla was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers a high standard of service throughout. We stayed for one night, and the room was comfortable, spacious enough for two people, and conveniently located close to the pool and other facilities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes. The swimming facilities were another highlight. The children’s pool was great for families, while the adults’ pool, with a depth of 2.20 meters, was perfect for those looking to swim and relax. A special thank you goes to Mr. Saad Al-Anzi at the reception, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. His colleague was equally friendly and helpful. Their hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting AlUla.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Many information is missing in booking.com. I was not happy at all. Here is the summary of my stay: 1st : Restaurant is too small and have to wait at least 30 40 minutes for breakfast. Even after spending 40 min, you have to wait for hot dishes additionally. 2nd: I paid more money for deluxe room, which is worse than standart room. Why? -This is on the first floor instead of ground. -Balcony is shared. Other people has to cross your balcony to reach their room. So no privacy. -Balcony parapet does not exist, not safe kids. Above details do not exist in booking.com. Also I requested to change room with standard one without getting any payment back: they did not even check it and simply said they are full.

The kitchenette was lacking in tools… fine for very simple things only, unless you have things to use.

Reviewed May 24, 2026The amenities are good, tennis court, football, good view. The rooms are just ok but at the limit of being too small.
At peak times the breakfast is overcrowded, waiting for too long, the restaurant doesn't have sufficient space to run at full hotel capacity. The staff do their best to accommodate but still it requires a complete reorganisation and more seating space.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Superb breakfast, probably the highlight of our stay! Great bathroom, with a good range of products supplied. Beautiful pool, relaxing setting and good facilities overall. Appreciated the plentiful supply of complimentary water in our room.
The sofa bed was not at all comfortable (extremely firm). Ice cream only served poolside for a couple of hours a day - seemed odd given the climate. Cringey valentines music in the restaurant/pool area wasn't what we went to Saudi for. Food was surprisingly westernised - would be nice if they embraced the local culture more.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed—stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views that make it hard to leave. Waking up to the desert landscape was a highlight in itself. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere of the property. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and disconnect, yet still feel close to the key attractions in AlUla. Every detail, from the amenities to the overall ambiance, felt carefully curated. If you're looking for a serene, well-designed place to stay while exploring AlUla, Cloud7 is an excellent choice. I would absolutely return.
