Apartamento muito completo, com sala, cozinha e banheiro privativo, tendo inclusive máquina de lavar roupa. Achamos bem aconchegante e próximo de restaurantes, mercados e lojas de doces Árabes. O dono sempre muito atencioso, sempre disponível para dicas e dúvidas

Fica próximo dos pontos turísticos, mas precisa se uber para ser locomover(o que já é esperado). A água quente tem limite, mas é normal no deserto. Pagamento só em dinheiro, não foi um problema, só um detalhe

Loved the location. Easy to find. Very comfortable. Good WiFi. It was the perfect spot I needed for one night. The best part was the host who turned into a concierge to secure my entry to an attraction I was interested in seeing. The attention to detail even for a guest that’s staying just a night is what sets this place apart.

The room is in pristine condition. Host Fatma guides the guests so well, even though the apartment is self-checking.

Quiet, clean, accessible, nearby shops, restaurants, etc. If you’re a runner, it has a full view of beautiful and majestic rock formations, and hills in the neighborhood.

I highly recommend this accommodation. Fatma is one of the nicest hosts I have ever met. She is always reachable via WhatsApp and she really does everything to help. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and we always found a parking spot right in front of the door.

Clean and comfy, not the most elegant place yet spacious flat (the room was a good size), in quiet location - very easy to check in and check out + parking on site. Prices in Alula seem to run very high and this was a great option from a price point. Good quality / price ratio. Definitely recommend.

Super easy

Nice rental in a good location. Being in Alula, one definitely needs a car to move around. It was hard to get a true idea of the size of the room from the pictures on Booking. However, the room was a good size and we had no complaints. Host was there to answer any question via Whatsapp. Prices in Alula seem to run very high and this was a great option from a price point and location point of view. A lot of mid-range places were out of town and having this rental in town meant we only needed a 3-5 min drive to get to places to eat.

Not a big deal but no breakfast served. However, coffee maker was provided in the room. This was a common theme with most of the places available in Alula except for the high end ones. Also, this was fully understandable since this was a rental by the owner so likely not cost effective to cater for 2-3 rentals. However, we located a good bakery close by and made sure to stop by and grab stuff for b'fast.

Host is a very very nice person and speaks perfect English. She reacted promptly and positively to every request of support and organized perfectly all the visits to the sites we were interested in. The driver that we required to Al’Ula Winter for the 2 days of staying in Al’Ula knows in any detail and feature all the area and was able to fulfil any desire of ours. We had with him conversations about any subject. We were very pleased to meet his family in his home. All this was organized by him professionaly and creatively.

Good value for money. Fatma is not at the location but always promptly available via WhatsApp for your needs. .if you wish Fatma can organise a car with Fahd to drive you everywhere, so you have the opportunity to experience in staying with local people.

Location is not at walking distance to the key spots, so a car is needed to go around. Uber is a good alternative if you don't have a car, alternatively ask Fatma for a driver

The owner knows to write and send nice polite messages, but that’s all

Very standard, not poor,but basic, accommodation, heavily overpriced, pricing more than 4* hotels. Nousy, shabby equipnent, broken sewage in the bathroom-water ob the floor. I chose this based upon references on Booking. My mistake. Never more. I paid much more, but it was not the crucial issue. I was trying to speak to the owner in person, was refused. The owner used to send me only WhatsApp messages . I don’t really know if exists or it’s maybe AI. Finally, sent me the message to leave cash money in the self check-in box. No invoice, no receipt. Black economy. Local financial authorities should check the activity of this body. Further we spent other nights in Al-Ula in various hotels-cheaper, personal contact with the owner, invoiced. No cash money in the pocket of the owner for such basic overpriced accommodation.

You can spend thousands of $s a night on hotels in Al’Ula, but there are few available places at moderate cost. This area in the south of the city has character, with the rewarding restaurant Osturi being walkably close. Bedrooms are spacious, and the lounge is super large. It’s not elegant, but the self check in & out is easy and the hostess is attentive if needed.

I would have liked the shower water to be warmer

The A/C in the bedrooms are on the very noisy side. Kitchen facilities scarce.

We got all information about registration and WiFi. It was easy and comfortable.

The room was simple and normal. But there are no individual slippers, shower gel, shampoo. No cleaning during the stay.

The Apartment had all the necessities.. The hotel manager Fatma was very cooperative and felixble. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Everything was perfect, from the communication with the host to the location and room. Good quality / price ratio. Definitely recommend.

Very easy to check in and check out , Fatma was very helpful , she recommended few restaurants around :) The house is better than in the pics , big rooms , air con working properly , hot water, quite neighbours … She let us check out a little bit later , really appreciate!

You need a car to stay there as it is a little bit far from attractions but I knew it and had no problem at all! I recommend the place very much and would go back !

I’m in love, not necessarily with the apartment but with the host Fatima! Never ever have I stayed at a place where the service has been more than excellent. Not even my friends would have helped me as much at anytime of the day as she did! We wouldn’t manage to get the fully Al Ula experience without her help. I’m so thankful for that. Thank you for make our Al Ula experience unforgettable. The facilities are basic, but all clean and enough. If you do have a car the distance to the old town is not far. We loved our stay so we exactly extended a day! Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and comfy, the host was tremendously amazing, they were so happy to offer help any time. Check in was clear and easy. Communication was thru messages and they reply back in seconds. The host offer us a free gift to visit 2 places but due to our schedule we couldn’t have the time to do them so to accept their generous gift The neighborhood is quiet.

The only thing to improve is maybe having a sign outside with the address numbers in English so it is easier to find

Our host was reachable at any time by WhatsApp and offered to book us some local experiences. The location is in the new part of AlUla, very urban, close to a good local restaurant OSTUNI, a laundry, a few super markets and a barber shop.

It was staying more like in a dungeon. No windows, no natural light and no outside view. Children next door we’re going crazy at the middle of the night.

The checkin and the service was extraordinary. We had a small issue with the room and after a few hours it was solved. On top of that we received a free tour at hegra and she gave us useful information about the area and was available any time Highly recommend to book the appartment

It was a pleasure to stay at the Alula Winter. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would like to underline the kindness of Fatima who helped us organize our departure by offering us a driver. The hosts were very concerned about our well-being, responsive, caring and professional. Thank you for everything. I recommend this accommodation. There are also many shops nearby and the place is quiet.

Our stay was an absolute blast! The staff were superstars, thank you for all, and the room was great. I can't wait to return for another time!

Great location. Very comfortable furniture. Complete Kitchen. AMAZING landlord! I've never met such an amazing and helpful renter in any of my previous stays anywhere and that's saying alot considering how many there were. The place was beyond expectations with everything you could ever need or want available plus more. The Mrs renting the place kept in contact throughout the stay to make sure everything went as planned lending hand in whatever we needed and I meen EVERYTHING and provided so many services all for absolutely FREE which was exceptionally generous of her. For anyone going to Al Ula for tge first time and nervous about not being find there way around or nervous about how to find a place to stay, please do yourself a favor and book this one. You won't regret it.
