its the worst hotel i’ve ever been . The price on the application isnt correct cause they will charge you more when you arrive at the place . They made us pay for the commission for booking which they have to pay normally . We arrived around 10pm so we cant switch to an other hotel . The elevator has a techinical probleme so they ask us to walk to 5th floors ofc . The room is dirty . The best part is they have a plugin AC that is unbeliable noisy that make you feel like you have to sleep in a factory .

Very near IT Park so you have access to different restaurants and Ayala Center, just don't mind the small road access going to the hotel.

We verbleven hier één nacht tijdens onze reis, maar begrijpen de positieve reviews niet. De kamer oogt verouderd en was niet schoon; in de badkamer zat schimmel. De douche werd niet meer warm nadat iemand anders had gedoucht. Hoewel het een rookvrij hotel is, rook de kamer bij aankomst sterk naar citroen, waarschijnlijk om een onderliggende rookgeur te maskeren, die de volgende dag duidelijk merkbaar was. De airco koelde niet en maakte vooral veel lawaai. Ook was er ’s nachts veel geluid van de straat, omdat het raam niet goed sluit. Al met al: verwacht niet te veel van dit hotel, al past dat misschien bij de prijs.

Top Lage, sehr zentral und nah am IT Park mit zahllosen Resto‘S und Kaffee‘S auf hohem Niveau. Gleichzeitig hat mir die Zugangsstrasse mit einfachen Eatery‘s wo viele Locals essen sehr gut gefallen! Toller Mix! Fortbewegt hab ich Scooter Taxis über die Move IT App, kann ich sehr empfehlen. Günstig, schnell, superfreundliche Fahrer!

WLAN etwas schwach und nur eine Stunde kostenfrei am Tag. Bin klargekommen damit, philippinische Smart SIM hat gut funktioniert… grundsätzlich zu empfehlen. Frühstück völlig in Ordnung, kein Highlight aber ausreichend.

とても快適に過ごせました！予約のときは騒音がちょっと心配だったんですが、実際に滞在してみると全然問題なし。スタッフの方もみんな親切で、歩いて3分くらいでレストランがたくさんあって、とても便利でした。Wi-Fiも快適で不自由なく使えました。

The location is a block to two blocks from IT PARK and bus terminal. Hotel is good value for the money and location. The room is good, not great, and not bad just a very good room.

The room was big enough. They did give me free water bottles. The breakfast was just ok. Shower was not hot, just tepid (this is on purpose).

Location is bad - surrounded by mud. Build quality of the building is poor. No laundry facilities.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. As soon as you step out of the hotel, there are already many convenient stores and malls.

In our initial room, the shower heater wasn't functioning, prompting the staff to relocate us to another room. Although the shower heater in the new room was operational, the lock on the comfort room door was broken. And room slippers were unavailable, and there was no iron for our clothes.

Zerenity Hotel is a better hotel then i expected. Nice, comfortable and cozy.

We stay room 310, 408 and 406. Room 310, the exhaust fan from ceiling is dripping with water and straight to toilet bowl. You will get wet while you will pee or pass motion. There is no hand and face towel provided at all. no room slippers and door card is not working. I need to open by keys manualy. It is very hassle. The toilet alot of molds on shower side .lastly the kettle provided has burning smell when using it Bathroom towel and bathroom rug is also dirty. No hygiene Room 408/406 - the toilet bowl will not flush, it over flow when flushing. very dirty. Can not even fix it even after changing toilet bowl itself The key card is not working, we need to always use manual keys to open the room. I find that the hotel is new but the amenities is not well maintained. we requested to change room so that we will have better stay but they don't have spare room. And unfortunately they are not able to fix the issues we escalate to them. so we end up we check out early and move to other hotel to stay. I hope the hotel will get improved and provide the basic necessity. And be prepared especially if peak season. Overall experience is bad and dont pass the basic requirement for accomodation

The WIFI is absolute Dogs***, room could have been cleaner, and the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Other hotels in the area in a similar price range are just overall better.

The property is very clean and near to a mall and other food establishments. An atm machine is just at the entrance of the property.

The price was quite pricey for a small room with no layered curtains.

The staff are all well trained, courteous and helpful. Lee from the front desk delivered excellent customer service. Breakfast was great, the restaurant staff were all superb. Location is very ideal and accessible.

No hot water for shower. Toilet flush is seldom fail or repeatedly do so it will flush. Remote TV is not working.

It was a fairly nice neighborhood and lively atmosphere. Not too crowded.

This was my second visit to the hotel and the #1 reason I love about this place are the Staff. Then you have the cleanliness of the room, and super close to IT Park (where everything is happening). The shower definitely needs an upgrade to make them all "rain shower" and an even distribution of hot and cold water. Wi-fi connections needs to be improved vastly because I do a lot of business online while on vacation. May I also suggest to have a 2 station internet cafe that are connected to a high-speed internet cable, again for tourists who does business online while on vacation. Over all, because of the Staff, Management, and tidiness of the room I'll give this place a 4 star! You can be on the bank that I will be back here next year!

Not happy with my stay, and I left my amenities in the room hotel did not even bother to info me upon checkout.

When we were on the way up to our rooms, we had a hard time operating the elevator and the staff who heard us did not bother to help us. Security guard was the one who helped us. When we went to our room, the air conditioner was not working properly and when we asked if there was another room we could move into even if we had to upgrade to a higher accomodation, the front desk personnel Jasper (he would not give us his full name) put us on hold for a long time then was snarky when we put in our request. To top it off, the toilet did not flush. The front desk personnel was not helpful and was in fact downright rude. The morning front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. That Jasper Ian Sericon and the condition of the property needs to be attended to.

The staff are excellent. Good cleaning and sanitation. Small restaurant with a good but limited menu. Polite servers. This is an older building and has plumbing problems. I changed rooms but the second room also had plumbing problems. Maintenance guy responded quickly but confided that the plumbing is his struggle constantly.

The room 504 showr has problem already inform staff

It’s my first booking in this hotel. I’ve been visiting Cebu monthly and wanted to try something different this time. I found this hotel fairly good. I liked the room, they keep it clean and neat, but hard poor Wifi signal. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, but the staff dealt with that immediately. Overall, I’m okay with the hotel and would probably book again.

Zerenity Hotel and Suites is clean, new and strategically located in the business district (Cebu IT Park). It is close to restaurants, banks, coffee shops, Sugbo Mercado and The Pyramid (a must see spot in Cebu City). It is also close to most of the tourist spots in Cebu City. It is comparable to a 5* hotel in terms of service and cleanliness, except some of their services require extra fee - like pressing of clothes, bedroom slippers, etc. They also offer free breakfast but the choices are limited - no bacon, meat loaf, ham, hash brown and cereal. Most of the time it was just scrambled egg and sausages. They should serve local Cebu delicacies for tourists to try like danggit, Cebu longganisa, dried mangoes, etc. Overall, it is still a pleasing hotel with a service similiar to a 5* hotel. Room rates are reasonable too. Will definitely stay here again.

LIKE:It was a pretty and clean hotel 2 blocks from IT PARK with restaurants, coffee shops. The staff was nice. DID NOT LIKE: VENTILATION improperly installed in rooms - had to hold or breath and run to open windows while AC pushed out the sewer smell - for abou 10 minutes! The block on which the hotel is located is full of traffic and open running water so if you are walking - bear in mind!!!

It was a great hotel with lots of restaurants closeby. We found the staff very accommodating and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this spot to travellers wishing to be in central Cebu.

Lovely apartment in a new building. 6th floor view of the mountains. Very close to the IT Park which is great for dining out. Nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Roof top terrace. For £30, what more do you expect.

Funny story to me at least. Hot water heating for the shower is done by a module in the room. It stops working so I call the front desk. The guy comes up and tinkers with the unit which is embedded in the ceiling. So now it's working. Next day same problem so I call again. This time I'm informed the unit has a bad relay switch. The guy asks me when I will be checking out. I say Thursday morning, which is in two days time. OK he says "the unit will be fixed then" not by then and leaves. The only reason I recommend the hotel is its proximity to It Park. Pro Tip Hotel wifi works in Harrison Park BYOB about 300 feet away. I'm a ham radio operator so I check these things.

Nice hotel.helpful Staff, Spacious , comfortable rooms with good hot showers. Conveniently situated on edge of IT park within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.etc..only down side is that it's difficult to get a taxi.

Westerners, as a man from Canada I was surprised to be asked for the "password" when I checked it. My advice, have ID ready or remember the password.

The building and room itself is fairly clean because its a fairly new construction. The bathroom was a little bit of an issue for me, shower, water pressure, water temperature, lighting, aesthetic value. NO REFRIGERATOR despite the space for it. The hotel maintenance guy told me that I might have to pay for it.LOL! The neighbor was annoying! Across the hotel island with very cheap and affordable local eateries that are open 24 hours and so the noise of people are disturbing and annoying all throughout day and night. They need to have their restaurant in the hotel. It is quite difficult to hail a cab in the area especially during rush hours. The area is quite populated. The price is excellent for what i got during my stay.

It hasn't really changed much from my previous 3 stays. Nearby IT Park has more to offer now in terms of eateries.

The service and facitlies are very nice. The staffs are also very nice.
