you cannot have orders (drinks like water) charged to your room, it's inconvenient especially they do not accept cashless transactions. you cannot request for extra pillows (a charge for it would be fine, but still they won't give), you cannot request for a mug, you cannot request for fresh water glass, the room is not that cool (aircon), no e-wallet options like gcash or maya)

You would think a top priority would be the aircon. 2 rooms, neither aircon got cold. I cleaned the grill and filter of both, but the coils were completely plugged. Was told by the staff that maintenance always checked the aircons (lol). The bath mat was pretty much all black mold. The staff was very well versed in excuses, like they've had to use the same ones over and over again. I don't expect a lot for the money, but aircon is a top priority of mine, not theirs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even at a value.

Ok cheap place. Rather dated. The aircons next to bed on the wall look like 1970s era, though they work. receptionists nice and friendly. room window curtains block out light well enough. Beds and pillows pretty good. -

Air con is rather noisy. No hot water in shower let alone at sink. No bedside lamps or light controls by bed so you have to switch off on the wall. No power socket by bathroom sink yet there are light and fan switches inside the bathroom, right next to the shower! Adds a little excitement, I suppose. TV channels all fuzzy. Room Safe was locked.

• Rather quiet. • Wifi reaches in the whole building. • Water dispenser in the reception area. • Good washing products.

• Staff was not helpful: when asked how to go to the airport, they said “we don't offer taxi service”. “Okay, do you have a solution how to go to the airport?” “No.”. Lucky that I know how to use Grab and hail a taxi bike, but really, wtf. • Staff was extremely slow with everything. It took three people 40 minutes to check-in 4 guests, one typing on their computer, another one holding the passport open, another one just watching them. • Pretty worn out facilities: water would not drain from the bathtub, door handle took 4-5 tries before it would open. • Very old style AC: extremely loud, no thermostat, always blows to the maximum and needs to be turned on and off manually.

Poorly managed. Staff untrained. Staff has no clue. Room was poorly cleaned.

Cars parked are not recorded. I was blocked and have to wait till a car infront of me moved. I had an appointment and has to cancel and rebooked. Staff didnt keep a record of who has parked in the vicinity.Luckily, i wasnt catching up a flight otherwise its gonna cause me a lot of issues.

The staff were really helpful and very courteous. They went out of their way to help me on a special request. Great location and value for money. Ample parking too. It's a pretty straightforward budget hotel.

Bit lacking in hotel services such as restaurant/ cafe but you can pre-order food from the concierge or just opt to dine in nearby restos or fast food outlets.

The aircon makes a lot of noise. Like really loud. Can't sleep because of it. One room has no fridge but you still need to pay same price.

Hôtel très bruyant la nuit car très sonore intérieurement. Le personnel n était pas à la hauteur lorsque on demandait un conseil. La Bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas.

For this price, there are many better hotels in Cebu.

Idk if this hotel thinks we are bald, hair dryer should be provided all the time… Also, the shower water pressure is poor, slow and cold, and the drainage is poor. Wifi was useless.

The staff are approachable.. And the property is very spacious.

This place needs renovation. Everything looks extremely old and worn-out. Cockroaches does not add to the appeal either.

I think it's the drainage system on the bath because it drains slow but overall it was nice. No harm done anyways.

Place is shows its age and may need extra effort for maintenance. No extra pillow even if i am willing for an added fee. The shower area with the tub is a challenge for a person with disability. No hand rail. Shower head is not cleaned Towels has unusual smell. Requested to replace and was expecting a newly laundered but seems like taken from unused room. Mattress too soft, not friendly for one with back problem. Stool mattress is with stain and not pleasing to be used. Breakfast prep needs at least 20mins for preparation. Issues only 1 keycard thus when you go down for a short period of time all power is automatically turned off.

The property served my purpose which was just an inexpensive place to drop my bags after a long flight. The area was safe and quiet which is my major concerns. It was definitely not a 5 Star Hotel, but again...that's not what I was looking for. I would recommend the hotel for a short term stay.

Staff - werent very accommodating. Will only give 1 keycard per room when there are supposedly 3 guests. Not too friendly. Room - It needed a lot of renovating. It looked creepy to be honest. TV was old, not flat screen. Pillow was like a sheet, should invest in nice comfy pillows. Towel was very old, edges were already torn. No free toiletries at all. Would have been nice. Aircon was very noisy. It was like we were in a ship. No bidet in the toilet. There were also stains in the bath but could be because of how old it was. 2nd lock of the room was broken. We requested for linens for our 3rd guest but would not give us any.

The family rooms were spacious, air conditioner was cold and staff were very friendly and understanding.

The shower for our room was starting to get loose from attachment (it was leaking water through where the tube and faucet hole met) but it didn’t really stop us from having a shower.

The hotel is overcharging where it didn't meet the standard...adding too much extra charge to extra person and not giving the extra towels or bed to use. Means separate payment for extra towels and extra bed. No consideration to the guests. Even not offering to call for a taxi..I was not happy with our stay. Sorry to say.

THERE IS NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL. ITS FINE WITH US, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE OUTDATED LAVATORY, AND THE HOT WATER IS NOT WORKING. THE AIRCONDITIONING IS FINE.

no breakfast is included but it's fine. the location was perfect since it's in front of USPF. my wife only walks to her class at school. the room was newly painted. they also clean the room everyday.

TV reception is really bad. we couldn't watch any show. that problem has been there since last year. there was no electric kettle and the internet signal is very weak. the reception area was very hot.

The price is cheap and the location is good as it is near IT Park and near JY square

The bathroom isnt as clean as we wanted it to be. There's no bidet, and the tissue holder is broken. the bath tub doesn't drain properly when showering. the bathroom floor also doesn't drain well. altho it does not flood, just be prepared for wet floors
