The Iconic Kiwi Bach, Full Site Downtown Mount

A great place to stay for our family. It was very clean and comfortable and a great location.

Everything was so convenient, and on point, kids enjoyed it so much they didn't want to leave

Excellent location. Great sized rooms with everything you could need.

Did have a privacy issue with all the taller buildings around all four sides looking straight in to the house and backyard.

We loved the location and the house, it was great for our cousins weekend away. An air fryer would have been nice and a later check out than 10am without having to pay for it. We met the owner of the property and provided our feedback around this.

Nothing that we didn't like but there was a crack in the shower door and a stain on the carpet outside the bathroom that we noticed.

The location of the property is great! It was clean. It was well equipped. It was comfortable.

The extra pull down bed did not have bedding or pillows and instructions could have been given to sort that out.

More space than nearby condos. Loved the beach cottage feal and location.

The location was excellent. Very central and close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and the harbour. The house we perfect for our families with a section down the back that the kids hung out in. The yard was huge and we had plenty of space to park all of our cars and loads of room for the kids to still play. There were outdoor areas both out the back and out the front, so we could all mingle in different groups throughout the house. They had games for the kids to use. All the necessary information was laid out in the compendium. Having two bathrooms was great also!

There was a small crack in the shower door and I was worried we would get blamed! Other than that, nothing to complain about :)

Amazing location

This was our first Air bnb experience so was a bit nervous! But wow pleasantly surprised by everything! The property was very family friendly and beautiful! Well equipped with towels, flannels, pretty much everything we needed. So much bigger than I thought, loads of room for our group of 9. Kids loved running around in the backyard, felt safe being fully fenced and gated. Location was perfect and the weather played the part so we were able to walk to the Mount pools, beach and the many eatery options, all very close. The team were excellent with communication and were able to cater to our last minute early check in.. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back 😊

It was in a great location, it was very comfortable and well appointed and it really suited our purpose as we were a family of 4 plus two other dads and their sons for a sailing regatta for the kids at Tauranga. The house was perfect for what we needed.

Just because of the time of year, it was a little noisy with car traffic /engine noise especially at night but at this time of the year that can only be expected and nothing that you could change!

Loved the location. 1 block from the waterfront, the round mountain walk, and the hot pool. Loved the comfort - beds were warm and comfy. Enough chairs for 8 of us and all fitted round the table. Good functioning barbecue. Useful condiments in the cupboard. Good board games. Excellent range of cooking equipment. Lounge chairs comfortable. Heat pumps worked well in a bitterly cold weekend. Showers and bathroom Good. Access to a table tennis table tho didn't have time to use it.

Took a little time to find the black lockbox on a black fence in the dusk.

Awesome location, views were beautiful, lots of things to do in the area with family and friends. Cleanliness of the property was great.
