The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they made me feel at home from the very beginning. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. What I loved most was the people. The owners and staff treated me like family, not just like a guest. They were kind, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. I felt safe, comfortable, and very welcome throughout my entire stay. It was honestly one of the nicest experiences I have had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing hospitality and people who genuinely care about their guests, this is the place to stay. Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely come back again! ❤️

The location is really convenient and close to everything, while still being in a quieter area away from the noisy, crowded streets. I especially loved that my room was located on the terrace . it made the stay feel even more special and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ayoub, who was such a kind and amazing person. He always made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. He is genuinely caring, warm, and thoughtful, and his hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and organic, which was a lovely way to start the day. Overall, I had a beautiful experience here and would definitely recommend this riad for the price to anyone visiting Marrakech. ❤️

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk! Leuke mensen. Ook is het dakterras super, genoeg ruimte om in de schaduw te zitten. We kwamen vroeg aan op de incheck dag en kregen een heerlijk ontbijt. De acco ligt ook op slechts een paar minuten loopafstand van de medina.
Het bed was best hard voor ons. Tijdens het douchen wordt de gehele ruimte nat. Dat was vervelend.

The only downside was that there were quite a lot of flies during my visit.

Petit déjeuner assez simple, pas d'oeuf, fruits, yahourts... Décoration de la chambre pas très typique d'un riad marocain. La salle de bain privative, juste à côté du logement mais il faut sortir sur la terrasse. Literie pas très confortable, lit relativement dur.

Nous avons pris une chambre avec salle de bain privative. Cependant nous étions côté rue principale. Le problème avec ça, c'est qu'il était impossible de dormir entre les voitures, les klaxons, et même le personnels du riad qui parlaient dans la rue, tard le soir. Absolument rien n'est isolé. Impossible pour dormir..
