Reviewed Mar 7, 2026The host was accomodating, the room I booked was taken by the time I arrived, but they provided me with an alternative room which was better than the one I had booked. They are friendly and help and made recommendations for food and even assisted me by shuttling me to the mall, I would definitely return here.
Nothing wrong with the property, but one guest was loud and really unpleasant.

I had to share a bathroom with a male staff member which felt quite invasive due to reasons being that I was booking alone as a female. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe . I had to cancel my booking and look for another place to stay because of the lack of communication on their side.

No house keeping. Shower head sprays water terribly. Dirty towels. Too much light coming into my room day2 I struggled to sleep I had to text that it be switched off and still struggled to sleep while catching up with my sleep alarm went off at 5:30am and at 6am someone knocked at my door! Wow! What a terrible thing to experience. Tv doesn’t play. WiFi too slow

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026I loved that the kitchen was fully equiped. It had all the spices, incl. oil, which we were allowed to use. I think that was amazing. Also had a laundromat. The host was absolutely wonderful. We felt like we were home.
Everything was perfect. It was the best holiday ever. Theres nothing that needs improvement.

The ceiling in the main room needs to be rhinolyted, the bathroom had mould on the ceiling and the paint was flaking, there was left of plaster splatters in the bath and the bathroom door is tricky to use, main room light fixture only half works and is broken, loose rugs around the rooms and bathroom had stains on them.

There was a bit of noise from the other guests who had a birthday and had a party. I could not rest well until the morning. I brought my complaint to the attention of the staff; they apologized and extended my stay by an hour and a half, which was great.

If they can change the mattress, they are not comfortable to sleep especially on the family room and already informed Adrian and said we should write about on the booking.com. Is not to badmouth but for them to improve. But in all ,everything was great and definitely will come back soon

It seemed that they tried to do the bare minimum. Cheap coffee (maybe Ricoffee) in the room, no milk or creamer in the room. There was milk, however, in the communal kitchen. The breakfast also gave the indication that they wanted to save money and do the bare minimum. One piece of bacon (it is ok, I guess, for a woman), but for a man?? I asked for more eggs, which they were reluctant about, and one Vienna. No filter coffee at breakfast, again just instant Ricoffee. The rooms were very cold. There was an electric blanket but no heater or air conditioning for heat. Although there was a TV in the room, we could not watch anything because nothing was installed. Even if we wanted to install Netflix and use our own password, we could not install it.
