The location and the view

The amenities fell short of expectations. The kettle provided was rusted and no good for use even when I requested a new one it was even worse than the one in hand, and the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been upon arrival. Some toilet paper rolls appeared to have been previously used, which raised hygiene concerns. In addition, there were no basic complimentary items such as bottled water, handwash, shampoo, or conditioner, which are commonly expected in similar rentals.

Très bel appartement spacieux, propre tout confort à 5 min de la plage face à une immense piscine non chauffée, commerces juste derrière et à 15 min de la Marina à pied ou Tuk Tuk en 5 min très pratique

Manque sèche cheveux, pas de savon ni shampooing dans les distributeurs, pas d’eau à l’arrivée malgré 2 grands étages à monter sans ascenseur avec les lourdes valises et un beau rooftop mais mériterait un aménagement type chaises longues pour en profiter et 1 fenêtre qui ne ferme pas du coup prise d’air avec le vent

Spacious flat, good location and clean

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in El Gouna! The place was spotless, in a lovely location with easy access to the beach, and we absolutely loved the beautiful pool view from the balcony. The host was incredibly supportive and welcoming. He made sure we found the apartment easily and checked in with us to confirm everything was clean and that we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly stood out, especially for allowing us a late checkout since our bus was scheduled later in the day. We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommended for anyone visiting Gouna!

- les nombreux distributeurs de savon de l'appartement étaient tous vide et sales (résidus au fond) - l'odeur de certaines serviettes (pliées mouillées) - absence d'une cafetière

Apartment was not clean at all , furniture was dirty , towels smells really bad and not clean Curtains were torn Bed sheets and pillows were full of hair which is a sign that it was used and not washed There were no amenities such as soap , shower gel or shampoo. Refrigerator was dirty and had hair inside it The apartments in this compounds are serviced but unfortunately this place was unserviced and neglected. The booker Samir tried to make it up by providing late check out but this was not enough to rectify the unpleasant stay Pictures are provided as a proof of every word and i have more but there is only space for 4 photos

2nd time here in the same apartment. Perfect.

Clean unit very relaxing with access to pools and beach

Perfect for a family vacation due it’s convenient location with swimming pools and a beach which is a walking distance away Very clean with great furniture and excellent assistance from Basem who was very helpful and friendly

We wish that mangroovy provides a wheel chair or a golf cart to help us with our handicapped son to go around to the beach

“The place was really nice, and the location was great, but the bathrooms weren’t clean. There was hair everywhere! It was blocking the shower and the ceiling in the inner bathroom was leaking. Also, there was no soap in any of the bathrooms or shampoo.

I don’t usually write reviews but in this instance I will make an excerption.. Ease of communication with the owner, although I made a last minute booking he went above and beyond to sort entry into El Gouna. He responded promptly to all my questions and arranged for the property manager to meet me onsite and be on-hand in case of any issues. Check-in was straight forward. Property exactly as shown in the pictures. As soon as I walked through the door I felt very relaxed and at home. I look forward to my next visit! 🙂 Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spaceous and clean apartment in a modern housing estate. Great views from roof top tarrace. We found everything we needed in the apartment, incl. a well equipped kitchen. A giant pool landscape is right in front of the house, and the private beach only a few minutes walk. The communication with the host was very easy and fast. Very conveniently located: walking disctance to beaches, surf spots and the marina and a short Tuktuk ride to the city center. We spent a perfect family vacation, and are already planning our return!
