1. The house is clean and comfortable for family stay 2. The house is equip with basic appliance like freezer, Washing machine & kitchen for light cooking 3. The house nearby are quite and suit for those who want to rest 4. House location very strategic and near with restaurant & mall

The swimming pool is too basic and outdated

Very nice decoration & perfect for staycation. Will come here again if we want to kuala terengganu. The view also nice & strategic location.

Wir waren extrem enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft. Es lief alles kontaktlos ab aber allein das Schlüssel abholen, gestaltete sich als sehr schwierig, da niemand englisch sprechen konnte und niemand einem sagen konnte, wie man genau zur Wohnung gelangt. Endlich angekommen, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Klimas nicht richtig funktionieren. Es war ein Kampf und ein ständiges hin und her Geschreibe mit dem Vermieter, bis wir die Klimaanlagen endlich zum Laufen bringen konnten (bei 38 Grad!). Danach mussten wir feststellen, dass in einer Wohnung nichts an Produkten zur Verfügung stand, d.h. auch keine Seife oder Spülmittel, obwohl man das Geschirr gewaschen hinterlassen soll? Das WLAN funktionierte auch nur sporadisch. Die Duschen und Toiletten waren sehr runtergekommen und mehr als altmodisch. Die Bedienung war kompliziert und hat auch nicht immer funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist kein Ort, in der man sich als Tourist in einem fremden Land wohl fühlen kann. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend, weshalb wir nach nur einem Tag abgereist sind und auch nichts an Rückerstattung zurückbekommen haben.

My first impression is feels like home. Strategic location, close to malls (KTCC and Mayang mall- only walking distance). 3 bedrooms, 2bath rooms. The house is very clean, full of facilities, comfortable and welcoming. Nice view (sea view and you can see the drawbridge). Easy to find foods at nearby stall and restaurant. Definitely will come again.

House is well equipped. I stayed with my family of 5 + my parents. It is exactly as described. Everything was good and well maintained. We arrived early and asked for an early check in and the owner was nice enough to allow us that.

Il faudrait apporter quelques petites réparations L'appartement est mal isolé, la route et les travaux résonnent continuellement

L’appartement est très propre et très bien décoré; les salles de bain sont vraiment jolies; parking disponible dans l’immeuble, les lits sont également confortables.

Everything abaout the house. super comfortable. my kids really like it. interior very beautiful and stylish.all facilities are complete.just I hope the host add the dryer machine maybe. easy for family who stay longer to wash their cloth and dry together. swimming pool close at 10pm. is good! kids can enjoy until night. apartment near the Mayang Mall just walking distance only!

Well located unit near the drawbridge and facing the sea. Well renovated, comfortable unit with comfortable beds. A lot of good eateries nearby as well. Would highly recommend this unit

Design and environment. Apartment is very good n comfortable... Worth to stay

Only 1 lift function resulted more waiting time for visitors . Hope management of building will ensure both of lift was function to avoid jam during peak hour.

The facilities such lift, gym, pool. Hate the lift so much. This property at level 17. Due to their stupid lift, we have to use the stairs from car park to level 17 or other way around. If we manage to get a lift, it will be fully packed with people inside and no freakin air ventilation. And the lift will stop at each level bcs everyone need to use it ad well at the same time.. about the gym, also no aircond while doing my work out.. the pool not so big, so it will be crowded especially during school holiday

Very very very nice place with a beautiful view. All amenities are just walking distance. If you are food lover this place is for you. Got wifi, washing machine, water filter, TV, fridge etc.

The lift. During our visits, only one lift functioned. The other one is under maintenance. Also there is no ventilation fan inside it. So if you’re claustrophobic then better hope the management has install/fixed it.

We love so many things about this apartment! The interior was luxurious and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The TV controls were easy to operate. I think it was really hospitable of the host to provide a filtered water machine. In contrast to many Malaysian bathrooms, this apartment had a glass wall that kept most of the shower splatter to the bath area, protecting the toilet seat from getting wet. We appreciate the clever design of the laundry room where the hot air vented from the air conditioning unit helped dry our laundry within a matter of hours. We also enjoyed the infinity pool from which we admired the coastal scenery. Check-in was a breeze with the friendly security guards. The host was also courteous and prompt, providing clear check-in and check-out instructions.

The location is strategic and the condo have sea view. Eateries are just walking distance and the mall KTCC is just opposite the condo. The apartment is clean and have full facilities such as Netflix, water dispenser, washing machine and cooking utensils prepared. Condo also quite sound proof, hardly can hear raining or motorist sounds outside.

The lift quite slow and 1 lift always spoilt. Need to wait long for it
