Everything was so smooth and hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. The location was great too, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable stay and really enjoyed our time here.

It would be nice to provide some basic sugar, tea, and coffee. .

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Les instructions d'arrivée de l'hôte sont très claire. Ce dernier a été très réactif à nos messages et nos demandes. L'appartement est très propre. Des équipements sont à disposition. 3 chambres, chacune équipées de climatisation. 2 salles de bain très propres. La literie est excellente. Je recommande !

Well equipped with Unifi (fast internet connection), water heater in the bathroom, water dispenser at the kitchen. Washer also available. Aircond in every bedroom and living room. Near to the Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge and very close distance to shopping malls (Mayang Mall and KTCC). Nice view from the unit (high level). Easy check in and check out with good security in the building. Easy access for e hailing (transport and food delivery). Parking spots for two cars available in the covered area. Would be good if can add standing fan as an option if we would to turn off aircond once a while.

*Convenient Location, Room for Improvement* My recent stay at this apartment was quite nice, mostly because of its great location. The best part was definitely the area around it, with so many places to eat and explore just a short walk away. This made going out and getting around super easy. Plus, the apartment itself was clean and tidy, which is always a big plus.

Even though the apartment was good overall, I think a few things could make a guest's stay even better. First, the kitchen could use more and better utensils; what's there feels a bit basic, and more variety would help with cooking. Second, it would be really helpful to have a dedicated makeup table or a mirror on the wall or a stand-up mirror somewhere other than just the bathroom and hall. The current mirrors aren't very handy for getting ready or checking how you look. Besides these small points, the apartment was fine. Its excellent location truly makes it stand out, and with just a few small additions, the whole experience could be even better.

This house is spacious with three rooms, clean, and well-equipped with various amenities. There is a water heater and a water filter in each bathroom, making the stay more comfortable. All facilities are well provided, and the host also gives guidance through notifications, which is very helpful. It would be even better if the notifications could also be sent via WhatsApp for added convenience. The house has an exclusive feel, with every room equipped with air conditioning.

The only slight discomfort is the absence of ceiling fans.

the self check-in process was smooth and convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Everything was just like the photos, and the location was quiet , great for relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Its excellent location right beside KTCC Mall and just a short walk to Mayang Mall made exploring very easy. The area truly comes alive at night, which was a pleasant surprise. We were also impressed by how well-maintained the property was. Kudos to the host for doing such a good job; we look forward to returning in the future.

Your service lift was really bad only 1 lift was function and it was school holiday on that time..

The view is a little disappointing given the location. No sea view at all

The bedrooms and all other main facilities. The property offers something but not as extensive as I expected based on what I paid for.

No utensils to cook. Hot plate not in working condition (Host promised to replace but never did). Washing machine was not working. TV streaming only offers Netflix (no news/local channels-We also need to know what's going on although on holiday). Host wasn't welcoming (I contacted him first in all instances), he should've introduced himself first and could easily work with the Guardhouse to only hand over the keys to the unit on the day of arrival, if he was so scared guests would come in earlier without paying (like he said happened before). Don't let his experience with other guests stopped him from being hospitable to good nurtured guests like me because everyone is not equal.

1. Check-in procedure is simple, fast and the check-in time is negotiable. 2. Streaming TV services provided and compatible with Unit Wifi provided. 3. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 4. The Gym is well equipped. 5. The environment is constantly ambient throughout the day. 6. The apartment is easily accessible (away from heavy traffic) and sits at the centre of most destinations within Kuala Terengganu. 7. The apartment is within walking distance of a few restaurants.

1. Regarding the common facilities: a) Pigeons free-ride the apartment ledges and use the common areas as their lavatory, diminishing the sanitary conditions of the common facilities below, such as the Swimming pool (5th floor). b) Slight traffic on the 1st elevator since the 2nd elevator is under maintenance, but it should not be inconvenient if most of the day is spent outdoors. c) Games/Entertainment room is still in progress or not open yet.

The house is excellent. The only issue is with the lift.

The house was clean and tidy. It was comfortable and lovely place to stay in. Facilities in the house were relatively complete and function well. Host reply quite fast too.

There’s only one lift which everyone in the building had to share. Waiting time during peak hours could go up to 30mins 😰

The location. The house is clean and amenities provided are just enough. Carpark easy to find and access. It’s a plus that they have babycot and kiblat sign. Check in and out was super easy. Guards also very helpful.

It’s clean with more than adequate internal facilities. Superb location in the town centre. KTCC Mall is of walking distance.

More on the external and supporting facilities. Security guard was not friendly. Lift was dirty and always wet. Only one lift was functioning.

Quite difficult to find the car park that reserved for the apartment.

The house was so clean & super comfortable, The location was strategic where almost all the hotspots can be reached few mins.. Easy to check in & the staff is very nice bc they send me the new iron. Definitely will come again ❤️🫶🏻

Apartment was very clean, comfortable, new! So nice to come back after a hot day out to the cool air-conditioning and ice cold water from the machine. Netflix and wifi were great. Location was great, just across the road from KTCC Mall, and everywhere else including airport was reachable by Grab.

The lift situation is problem, hope management resolves it soon. Luckily it was working when we were checking in and out, but during peak periods, is very slow/unpredictable. Give time allowance, or exercise and walk up the stairs. Mall, shops and eating places are closed every Friday 12.30-2.30pm - plan ahead.

The house itself was comfortable and suited us. It’s walking distance to the KTCC mall and a few other places.

The lift😭 if there’s one thing that we hope to change… it is the lift. Please be cautious when coming during peak school season 🤣 we have to wait nearly 30mins just to get on the lift.

Bedroom bed a bit uncomfortable for two people middle-big size sleep but still sleeping soundly better than hotel.

1.The partition of the bathroom shower need to be improved. My suggestion use the glass sliding partition to prevent water from the shower to splash on the floor near the toilet bowl 2. The wardrobe in the master bedroom is not practical. The closet to hang the clothing is too high for ordinary human being to reach
