I could not stay in this hotel. It is truly filthy and the photos are fake. Absolutely disgusting. Everything. I went to look at the room - the locks don’t even work. The sheets were filthy and smelly, there were dead cockroaches on the bathroom and the staff were dirty too. I left after 10 minutes to stay in a decent place… bear in mind I only needed the room for 5 hours! Just somewhere to wash and freshen up but I didn’t even want to sit down in this hotel.

Hotel is very close to the train station. Also Lobby was nice and the room clean. Friendly staff I got a large Welcome basket with extra snacks because I left before Breakfast at 7 AM.

Airport Pickup was not possible also Breakfast starts at 7 AM. The pipeline from sink in the bathroom was leaking.

The only good thing about the hotel was it is right infront of the New Delhi Railway station, and this is the exact reason why I chose this property. 2) The security staff was really helpful and nice. 3) They have a lift. I stayed with my father, so it was comfortable to use the lift.

Although I stayed for one night only but still there were few problems. 1) The check-in process, it was delayed. Post 5 pm and they didnt have any room to offer. The communication was poor as there were several numbers mentioned you don't know whom to contact for the reconfirmation of the stay. 2) The housekeeping staff was standing there at the door for tip. Tipping is subject and depend on whether we like the service or not. Even giving away 20/- rupees should depend on the satisfaction of the service, we were compelled to tip. 3) The hotel is in interior so accessibility is the issue. The room picture shown in the booking.com is different then the room offered for the same category, Its misleading. 4) The room was dirty, the water glass in the room had foul smell. The bedsheet had hair. Overall it was not clean. 5) The breakfast was poor, just an omlette/ bread or paratha. The taste was also bad. 6) While booking the room on booking. com we availed the benefit of late checkout, but while confirming, they only extended 01 hour late check out. The hotel seemed to be empty they could have offer until 2 pm. which is the standard late checkout request with any hotel. For this one hour as well I had to request alot. 7) At the check out time, we were asked to review the hotel. I personally take review seriously, so giving stars and positive reveiw is depend on my opinion, the front office staff literally took the mobile and asking us to review at the reception. It was very irritating and uncomfortable, after wasting 10 mins I strongly told I will review it later when i will get time. They also called us especially again after one day of check out to tell us to review. Why forcing the customer?

Personally coming from the UK maybe the standard is different but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The bedroom smelt of damp and had evidence of it on the walls. There was dust and dirt everywhere with stains and cracks up the walls. Towels were provided damp and dirty. We even requested additional bed sheets to wrap the pillows and to not sleep with the duvet/ or mattress on us due to stains. These were also marked with what looked like a red fluid. The bathroom had various leaks which constantly dripped and buckets were left under the shower and tap which overflowed several times in the two nights we were there. The bathroom is some sort of wet room with no real drainage apart from a small hole under the sink so it never actually dries out in the bathroom or clears of water post a shower. The pictures may look like the room but they are not reflective of the standard or cleanliness of the place and present it far better than it was. The aircon does work - however you wouldn’t want to turn it off or not have the fan on due to the smell and stuffiness of the room. Window on looks a building site. Don’t be fooled by the pictures which look far more modern, clean and polished.

This Hotel is a great choice for staying near Central Delhi. It is located near New Delhi Railway Station and Chandni Chowk, it’s in the Paharganj area with easy access to food, transport, and all essential services. Rooms were comfortable, food service is good, and the overall stay was great for me. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers!

Good place for stay

Room completely dirty. The shower mat was black from dirty shoes. The shower tap was broken, the grips were coming off and it was impossible to wash because only boiling water was coming out. When we went to bed, the sheets were stained red. The staff came, looking annoyed, to change them, but those were stained red too. It was a nightmare!!! Furthermore, the staff were overly insistent about asking for a review right in front of them, putting you in an awkward position regarding speaking the truth about your stay.

Es war sehr hellhörig im Zimmer und auch sehr hell, da ein Oberlicht über der Tür zum Flur eingebaut ist. Der Manager war beim Checkout sehr aufdringlich.

I booked and paid for 2 superior rooms, only to be told on arrival they only had 1 room, for me my partner and our friend to share. I HAVE EMAILED BOOKING. COM TWICE FOR A FULL REFUND FOR THE ROOM I PAID FOR THAT I DID NOT GET, AND STILL HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A RESPONSE, UTTERLY SHOCKING AS I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. BOOKING IS NO LONGER A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

スタッフ全員がとても親切で、いつでも力になれるよう最大限の努力と誠意を見せてくれます。 早朝にチェックアウトしないといけないので、朝食にフルーツだけもらえないか確認した時に、本当は朝食の時間は決まっていたが、アレンジしてくださってご厚意で特別にリンゴとバナナを沢山無料でもらいました。 デフォルトで水2本とお菓子2種類、トイレットペーパー、コーム、歯ブラシセットが付いてきたのもありがたかったです。 また、空港へ向かう際の電車も始発の時間や、Uberも早朝だとキャンセルされがちだから気をつけてとアナウンスをしてくださいます。 結局はホテルから700ルピーでお願いしましたが、 とても快適に移動できました。 タクシーの時間は前もって伝達しますが、実際にゲストがロビーに到着してから再度ドライバーに連絡するみたいですので、日本のように待ってくれるシステムではないのでそこだけ気をつけてください。

よくない点では無いですが、 ドライヤーが部屋についていない シャワーの温度は低め、冬は大変だと思います 年季の入ったホテル設備ですが、ホスピタリティでカバーされていると思います。 道路から少し中に入るのと、悪路のため荷物のギッシリ入ったキャリーケースだとしんどいなと思いました。

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. It is in a very dangerous location. It is far away from the main road not accessible to cars. I had lift my luggage and walk hundreds of metres to the hotel which is in a dangerous location with open sewers and homeless people. But this not specified, misleading guests.

It was dirty, there were so many flies. There was urine on the toilet.Bathroom was so grubby. However bed was comfy and air con was good. One night is plenty

Грязный прокуренный номер, пастельное белье серого цвета на котором мы не рискнули спать, хорошо с собой были большие пляжные полотенца и парео, на которых спали и укрывались, не работающий кондиционер, спасал только вентилятор.

Abhishek Shukla was very helpful to us in checking us in and helping us to arrange transport to the airport. He gave us good suggestions and made sure we were well.

Frond desk staffs and Room service staff Md Hasmi all are helpful and professional. Room was changed as I requested.

The hotel is in narrow road. Uber does not go there. some of the rooms do not have windows.
