Hotel All Iz Well - Just a min away from New Delhi Railway Station

Nothing. Its a total gimmick. I had booked ac delux room but upon arrival i was forced to pay 1000 in cash per day as ac charges.

It was dirty. Dirty as hell and unhygienic. Everything broken in the room. When we entered the room the toiled wasn’t flushed. No charging sockets were working then we asked for another room so they gave another room in which it was the same . All linens were torn. No toiletries provided.

I don't like anything in this hotel worst experience ever

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had booked an AC room in advance, but at check-in I was given a non-AC room instead. When I raised the issue, the staff asked me to pay an extra ₹500 per day if I wanted the AC room, even though my booking was already for an AC room. Additionally, breakfast was included in my booking, but they only provided 1–2 very limited options, which was quite disappointing. The staff was also not supportive or cooperative at all. The worst part was that the AC control was not accessible to us. The hotel staff had control over the AC from their side, so we had to repeatedly ask them to adjust it. Even after paying extra charges, the service and facilities were very poor. Overall, it was a very bad and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Отель расположен на главной дороге, вход оттуда. Есть лифт. Персонал помогает с багажом. Есть прачечная, правда, цены завышены. Персонал быстро реагировал на мои просьбы, прачечная, багаж, вопросы. Оставляла багаж на сутки после выезда, есть специальная комната, дают талон.

В комнате не делают влажную уборку! После того как выехала из отеля, не смогла пользоваться прачечной.

The hotel receptionist was very polite and helpful. The staff was excellent and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Whatever I requested was fulfilled promptly, and even on a simple call, they provided everything immediately. Overall, I had a very good experience.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was great.

Value for money. 5 minute walk to main railway station. Best for backpacker or budget traveller. WiFi was patchy at times but it was good and fast enough. Location was good, with a lot of rooftop restaurants around the area. I had an issue with the first room but the manager moved me to a different one and it was comfortable for me. Experience was a positive one.

Room had no natural light through the window. Some rooms have no windows but I think this is common in hotels around this location.

Reception guy is not professional I wanted to book 6 rooms for 4 days me and my family and we had ids in a digilocker but he deney and not allow us to stay he was very rude the guy was bit ageed not hygine also so I suggest everyone not to stay at this hotel ciz of the receptionist

The hand shower of washroom was hanging on one nail which came out after one use which was not expected in this kind of rated hotel, further I ask for extra blanket since my colleague and me both were not comfortable in one blanket but they didn't provide.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not very clean. People yelling in the midddle of the night in the hallway. Warning for hot water was loud and heard all night which kept me awake.

Me duché dos días con agua fría y me he pillado un buen resfriado. Dos noches no pude dormir xq el de la habitación contigua tenía la tv como si fuera la de mi habitación. Llame y baje a recepción e hicieron caso omiso. Les dije q tenía incluido el desayuno y no me creían. El segundo día llamé 3 veces x el desayuno, espere 1 hora y me lo trajeron con una cuchara inmunda que además tuve que solicitar. Adjunto foto de la solución que me dieron xq el agua salía fría. Juzguen x vosotros mismos.

Creo que estaba limpio, sin embargo en la habitación vimos unas cucarachas pequeñas. Lo comento porque si te dan asco, este no es tu lugar. Creo que relación calidad precio, teniendo en cuenta que es Delhi, es aceptable. Está en medio del bazar, a unos 6 min del metro, esto es un buen punto. Mi padre notó que desaparecieron unas pastillas para dormir, no sé si se le perdieron en otro lugar, pero por si acaso no dejéis nada de valor. Por todo lo demás, el personal fue amable, tienen una persona de seguridad en la puerta, y si dejas tu llave en la recepción te limpian la habitación a diario.

La habitación que nos tocó tenía una ventana a un punto de luz de menos de 2 m de ancho... No tenía luz natural. Y claro... Las cucarachas.

The staff was friendly.

The hotel is dirty, the bed sheets were stained, the pillow cases ripped, dirt in the rooms everywhere. Additionally it is located in the drug / red light area and not safe to go out there (especially at night).

hmm, reconstructions of the room highly needed, , furniture old, shower and bathroom faucets need to be changed, to check and reconstruct places/e.g. corners/ to avoid crawling insects to enter the room, wifi often switches off, must to do new login quite often

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist my husband when he dropped his wallet. The room is basic but was a good size. Hot water isn't always automatic but you can ask for it to be turned on. We had an issue with lighting in our first room but they moved us quickly. They will arrange taxis and tours. The location is good for the train station but it is in the heart of Old Delhi and the backpacking area so not everyone would be comfortable with the area. However the hotel is safe and comfortable and tuk tuks are right outside.

We had free airport pickup but had trouble finding our driver. We came out to see people with signs but he wasn't there. We didn't realise we needed to exit to just outside the terminal and he was there with his sign. We were also told two days before that we had to pay 350 rupees for airport parking. We then tipped the driver a couple of hundred rupees (25% of a normal fare) and he clearly wasn't happy. So it is debatable whether it would have been less hassle and almost as cheap to get a fixed price taxi from the airport.

We had a great experience, we really liked the service and food quality served by the staff and the hotel is really beautiful and good prime location. 1. Friendly staff - very responsive, and cheerful. 2. Great location 3. Breakfast & other food was good

The location is great. Lots of autorickshaws outside the gate. Staff are extremely polite and helpfuL. The standard room is basic but clean & comfortable. Breakfast has both Indian and continental options . Left luggage option is handy. Very impressed with quality of the staff. Thank you for a seamless stay.

Excellent approach in every aspect, especially when it comes to the staff. Despite the early checkout, they provided breakfast, arranged airport transportation at their own expense, and even gave me some local currency for small expenses. Perfect. I’m truly grateful. Looking forward to coming back again.
