Lumina Villas Cam Ranh, Bai Dai beach luxury resort villas

The location, the pool and the bar service in the lobby and at the pool was awesome. The cleaning was fast, secure and thorough. The view from the roof was also very cool.

כפר הנופש כולו בנוי בעליה וזה נורא מתיש לעלות ולרדת כל הזמן. הבריכה המשותפת הייתה מטונפת והמסעדה הייתה יקרה מאד (למעלה ממיליון דונג לסועד).

Die Villa war sehr gut eingerichtet mit ausreichend Platz für uns. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und schön aufgebaut. Der Strand ist super und das Wasser ist ein Traum:-). Wir haben täglich das Frühstücksbuffet genutzt und die Auswahl ist einfach grießig, da sollte jeder etwas für sich finden. Einzig das erste Wochenende war etwas laut, da hier ein Biker Weekend war, da waren ca. 150-200 Harleys auf dem Gelände. Aber als Motorradfahrer drückt man da ein Auge zu :-)

Комплекс расположен в 30 км от Нячанга, сразу возле аэропорта. Чистый пустынный пляж, чистое море, релакс. При этом надо рассчитывать, что выйти некуда, а значит нужен автомобиль. Мы позаботились об этом, благо есть возможность взять хорошую машину заблаговременно (если нужны контакты-в личку). Без автомобиля там особо делать нечего. Все достопримечательности, магазины, сувениры находятся далеко. Будете брать автомобиль-обратите внимание, чтобы была включена опция- выезд за пределы Кханьхоа, тогда вам будет доступен Далат и прочие окрестности. Вилла большая, возможны 2 или 3 спальни. В одном случае лишнюю спальню закрывает батлер. Места хватает на 4-5 человек точно. Бассейн при вилле всегда теплый, кондиционеры работают хорошо. Центральный бассейн возле моря делится условно на мелкий и глубокий. Оба всегда излишне теплые (июль). Чистота бассейнов нареканий не вызывала. Уборка 1 раз/2 дня. Напор воды отличный. Парковка не территории комплекса есть (при вьезде). Ресторан возле центрального бассейна -хороший, цены приличные, обслуживание ненавязчивое. Из развлечений только американский бильярд, теннис, спорт зал-все в центральном здании.

Привязанный к вилле батлер работает плохо. Изначально дают 2-3 номера, по которому с ним можно связаться. Читает он сообщения не сразу, а только через какое то время, поэтому, если нужно что то срочное-рассчитывайте на себя. Один раз случился коллапс с канализацией, после ремонта мы попросили убрать в санузле, пришлось несколько раз напомнить, но так и не убрали, ссылаясь на "завтра все уберем". Уборка в целом на троечку. Комплектация кухни оставляет желать лучшего. Нет посудомоечной машины, тостера, кофемашины, набор утвари ограничен до минимума На пляже 5-6 лежаков, возле бассейна такая же история-найти свободное бывает непросто. Непонятно, почему на пляж не поставить большее количество лежаков??? Если где то поселилась большая семья китайцев/вьетнамцев будет очень громко вечером и утром....остальное время терпимо. Повсеместная проблема у персонала с английским языком. Проще тыкать пальцем в меню и не расспрашивать что то, не объяснят все равно. Английский только на ресепшн. Территория не маленькая и если вам нужно добраться до виллы от ресепшн (на вьезде)-придется подождать. Уехать от виллы до ресепшн практически невозможно.

Great location just 5 minutes from the airport and the beach was walking distance! We were well looked after and loved the option to have a BBQ at Villa :)

Villas are great and spacious, clean. The host was very helpful. The outdoor pool with salt water is amazing.

The main swimming pool was dirty. I didn't like the fact you had to pay extra for pool towels as this villa was privately owned. Location wasn't ideal, quite far away from the town centre. Taxis were expensive compared to other parts of Vietnam. Restaurant at the resort served average food, considering it was very pricey.

No restaurants at walking distance, except for the one in the resort.

The place was perfect for a break ! The villa is spacious with kitchen, washing machine, all the stuff you need to cook ! The private swimming pool is honestly the big +. All the services were great as well as the worker. I will definitely come back!

The resort is a bit far from the cities but I was able to rent a motorbike and so it’s was easy to move around. The buggy(electric shutter) that the resort use to move costumers from a place to another inside the resort can be a bit slow, I think it would be a great idea if they develop en app for that.

The villa is really clean and comfortable. I really love the private pool in villa.

If the golf car can come faster, It will be great. The check-in employee is not nice.

Really nice beach and views 🏖️

🧳Once you step out the facility there is literally nothing to do, the closest Coop Mart supermarket is 15km away to Cam Ranh or 300K VDN, it takes 30 min one way. 🧳While the sand on the beach is nice you can still however see a lot of garbage coming from the sea and there is no regular cleanup. We stayed for 9 days and observed the same bulky trash lying around for days, nobody cares to clean it. Management could arrange a plastic bags or something so at least conscious visitors could help to clean the area. We used to carry a large plastic bag every time we went to the beach area. 🧳Kitchen is really slow, it takes forever for the stuff to put the order into the system, the fastest order was 7 minutes - the problem with this is that they won't send the order to the kitchen until you do the payment and to do the payment the order has to be created first... 🧳You need to be proactive with the butler for every sungle detail, it took us 2.5 days to get the house cleaned. 🧳Beware that airport transfer offered to you may not come in time - we had to book a grab so we don't miss the flight. 🧳Beware that washing machine maybe dirty, quite a few white clothes got spoiled after one round of washing. 🧳There is no iron in the house. 🧳Upon arrival requested to fix the bath, it was fixed in less than 5min
