L'emplacement.

Le manque de réactivité et d'interactivité du gestionnaire et le côté très impersonnel de la location. L'inconfort de la literie très dure. La mauvaise conception de la douche qui inonde la salle de bains. Le bruit des cloches à partir de 5 heures du matin. La vue sur les poubelles et le manque de luminosité de l'appartement qui donne sur des murs

Apartamento muy céntrico y bien comunicado. Pudimos acceder y dejar las maletas antes de la hora indicada.

El mobiliario desgastado por uso, sobretodo la cajonera de la habitación. Los vasos estropeados. Éramos cuatro adultos y sólo dispusimos de dos juegos de toallas. Nos intentamos poner en contacto con el propietario por whatsapp y a través de booking, y no nos respondió. También tuvimos problemas con la tv que tampoco nos ayudaron para solucionar.

Come prima volta a Vienna non potevo scegliere posizione migliore la struttura e letteralmente a 2 minuti dal centro super ❤️

Location! Location! Location! All the landmarks are within walking distance. The apartment is quiet although located at one of the busiest areas in Vienna.

The bathroom floods with water everytime you take a shower.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques pas du Stefansdom. Le check-in et check-out étaient très simple.

Le manque total d'équipement (notamment dans la cuisine : seulement 2 verres à eau et une tasse servant de 3ème verre, très peu de couverts, seulement 2 casseroles et 2 poêles en très mauvais état,...), aucun ustensile de nettoyage,... Un seul minuscule crochet dans toute la salle de bain (pour accrocher les serviettes de 4 personnes c'est très insuffisant). La douche n'est pas étanche et donc la salle de bain à moitié inondée après chaque douche. Le manque de clarté (toutes les fenêtres donnent sur des cours intérieures) La position des stores extérieurs ne peut pas être modifiée (fermé dans la chambre, partiellement et complètement ouverts dans le séjour : donc pas d'obscurité la nuit pour les personnes qui dorment dans le séjour). Une discothèque juste en-dessous de l'appartement.

Gute zentrale und ruhige Lage direkt am Stephansdom. Für zwei Personen kleines Schlafzimmer mit gutem Doppelbett, auch Extra Decken vorhanden. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit roter Couch, TV, Küchenzeile und Esstisch

Die Wohnung liegt in der 1.Etage nach Hinten zum Innenhof und erhält wenig Tageslicht. Die einzigen Fenster aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und kleinem Bad (Dusche + WC) gehen zu einem normalerweise ruhigen Hinterhof. In unserer Woche haben leider Handwerker an den Werktagen von 8:00 - 15:00 geräuschvoll gearbeitet.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bon. Tout était près et on a pu tout faire à pied.

Ça serait pas mal d’avoir une armoire avec un ballet ou torchons. Ou même un aspirateur. Sinon tout nickel.

Posizione ottimale! Condominio tranquillo. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a trovarlo.

La doccia allagava un po’ il bagno e parcheggio molto costosi nelle vicinanze. In bagno sarebbe utile un mobiletto dove appoggiare gli effetti personali.

Lage ist super.

Es ist etwas abgewohnt. Wasserkocher und kaffeemaschine würd ich nimmer benutzen.

Gostei da decoração e do conforto.

Estava tudo perfeito. Mas se eu não gostei do espelho. Poderia ser maior e combinar melhor com a decoração .

Beliggenheten var perfekt

Posizione ottima a 100 mt dalla metropolitana fermata della cattedrale. A pochi mt un supermercato. Pulita,spaziosa e silenziosa.

Sala molto calda,termostato non regolabile. Si potrebbe aggiungere uno strofinaccio in cucina e una bottiglia di olio senza doverne comprare una per pochi giorni.

Na najboljoj lokaciji, odlično uredjen i sa najljubaznijim domaćinom. Sve pohvale!

In pieno centro, posizione fantastica. Dall'aeroporto S7 per 20 minuti, poi 15 minuti a piedi o 2 fermate di metropolitana. Veramente notevole la posizione. Appartamento silenzioso ma circondato da tutto!!! Gentili, hanno anticipato il check-in alle 13 anziché alle 15.

La doccia allaga un po il bagno, finestre poco oscurate. Ma difetti poco importanti.

Varm bostad och centralt läge. Skön dubbelsäng.

Inget naturligt ljus, mörkt, fönster bara mot innergården. Värden hade glömt fylla på kaffe.

Herkes çok ilgiliydi. Konumu mükemmel her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Ev tertemiz ve ihtiyacınız olan herşey evde mevcut.

Posizione eccezionale

Τέλεια τοποθεσία στη πλατεία αγίου στεφάνου! Τα πάντα δίπλα μας: μετρό, μαγαζιά,αξιοθέατα

Δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό.. στους τοίχους κρέμονταν αράχνες..

Ottima posizione ed equipaggiamento della struttura, comprensiva di ogni confort. Check-in semplice ed ottima disponibilità, dato che siamo arrivati molto in anticipo.

Pulizia non ineccepibile nel bagno, dove abbiamo trovato qualche capello di troppo. La cucina ha tutto quello che serve con una macchina del caffè, un boiler, fuochi e forno; si potrebbe però aggiungere qualche pentola e padella in più!

Ubicación, limpieza, tranquilidad...

En general muy bien, se agradecería una plancha sencilla ya que muchas veces la ropa la llevamos apretada en la maleta.

The apparment is in the heart of Vienna , amazing location, comfortable for 4 persons . Everything was very good ! The only thing that would be great to have more coffee , tea and sugar.

Il manquait quelques équipements ai niveau de la cuisine (balai pour nettoyer le sol….)

La ubicación es excelente a solo unos pasos de Stephanskirche, cerca de de shopping, restaurantes y estaciones del subway. Elevador disponible y muy buenos espacios en cocina, sofa cama y cuarto principal. Definitivamente regresaría!

Nada, toda la experiencia fue buenisima, si acaso llegas con auto rentado posiblemente sería dificil estacionarse en la zona como en todo el centro de Viena. El apartamento en general es una opción excelente.

L’appartement est très bien situé.

La paroi de douche ne retient pas l’eau donc la salle de bain est vite inondée.

The apartment is beautiful and recently renovated. It is downtown around the corner from the cathedral in the middle of the city. (Please note that it is also next to a strip club as documented on the map, although we did not see people hanging around or hear any noise.)

We were missing the duvet covers for the sofa bed. The check-in stops at 9:00pm which is surprising for a major city. There are no lock boxes and the host must be notified 30 minutes before arrival, so they can meet you to give you the key. Unfortunately, our train arrived later than 9:00pm. The hosts were willing to meet us later for a fee, which we appreciated. This place may not be a fit for you if you can’t be there by 9:00pm.

Location is perfect!

I liked everything, but better to have had more supplies in stock, eg, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc

The apartment was in a fantastic location for visiting the city. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We couldn't find how to turn the heating down and it was quite hot. However we opened the windows and it cooled things down.

We felt so lucky to have this place! We were there during the New Year, and it is right in the middle of the big street party. A perfect location! And very close to the metro. While we found it expensive, it was about a third of the price of all the other places in the area. While it is a bit small for 4 adults, it's perfect if you will be spending most of your day exploring the city. Even the sofa bed is comfortable. A great choice for Vienna!

It was at the center of city. The employments were so friendly. It was very clean and warm

The location, the apartment was very clean, spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, it has heated floors so it was nice and warm! The design was simple and nice It really exceeded my expectations!

Extremely well located almost at the Stephansdom, remarkably clean. Well equipped apartment. Very supportive staff.

The house, where the apartment is situated at the 1st floor, doesn’t look too inviting - but inside the apartment it’s just very good.

A bit dark due to looking inside of the building but it is not a big problem

Internet was not stable. There was a very loud noise in the noon on our last day from construction outside , right when my partner tried to fall asleep cause he didn’t feel good. The stuff tried their best to help even though they said it was a road construction and they could do nothing about it.

One minute walk from Stephansplatz metro station. Very clean.

There should have been a TV in the apartment.

This is one of the best options I've seen. A very nice and attentive employee gave us the key and explained all the details perfectly. We found the apartment so clean and tidy that we got the impression that renovations in this apartment had been completed a few days ago. The rooms are warm and have a pleasant smell. All household appliances worked perfectly. I will definitely choose this apartment next time I come to Vienna.

We didn't see anything bad

This property was close to St Stephan cathedral, short walk to the opera, elegant stores and delicious bakeries.

Quaint, clean, equipped with every thing you would need.

We definitely loved the location of the apartment because it is at the center of Stephenplatz and very close metro station and to all destinations. The apartment is very neat and tidy, most especially spacious! It has almost a complete kitchen utensils tool too. Bedroom and living room are also great and very comfortable.

Toilet only needs floor mat and maybe extra space or shelf to place clothes/toiletries.

Impeccably clean and well organized apartment in the heart of Vienna. The street is very central but surprisingly quiet. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need for a short stay, air conditioning was working properly. Communication with the pretty host was very pleasant and positive.
