Cozy backyard apartment

Tolle Lage - 5-10 min zu Fuss zur Innenstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten - sowie ruhig. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und hat zusätzlich viele Kleinigkeiten beinhaltet, die den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen z.B. viele Kissen, Spiele, Schirm, Ventilator, Servietten. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Schlafsofa war zum Schlafen unbequem (deshalb ein Punktabzug, sonst wären es 10 gewesen)

Super, Waschmaschine im Apartement und dazu Waschpulver, Lage top, Einrichtung alles was man so braucht und auch etwas mehr…richtig schön, 10Punkte und volle Empfehlung

Really being picky - would be good if there could be a shelf or some other form of storage for the person sleeping against the wall in the double bed.

Det var så mange fine detaljer, opplevde at vertene var opptatt av at gjesten skulle ha en god opplevelse. Det var spesielt hyggelig med verdenskartet der gjester kunne vise hvor de kom fra. Skapte en opplevelse av fellesskap med andre. Satte pris på at sengetøyet var vasket med duftfritt vaskemiddel

Anbefaler å fjerne duftlys etc fra leiligheten. Dessverre avgir de lukt/allergener selv om de ikke er tent.

Tack för dåligt kaffe, och dålig sömn. Att denna lägenhet ska rymma tre personer är ett skämt. Den så kallade bäddsoffan är stenhård med en regel mitt i och när vi påpekade detta och bad om en bäddmadrass för att åtminstone dämpa soffans brister blev svaret nej. Vi kan inte rekommendera denna ”cozy backyard apartment”. Mikela

מיקום באיזור מקסים ושקט, קרוב לתחנת רכבת קטנה שעוברות בה רכבות להמון מקומות. מרחק הליכה ממרכז העיר. דירה נעימה, מאובזרת באופן שניכרת חשיבה על כל מה שנחוץ למתארחים- החל ממטבח מאובזר ועד קרם ידיים בחדר האמבטיה. בעלי בית נגישים, נעימים וקשובים. מומלצת מאד.

Rien du tout ! C’était parfait

A very cosy one-bedroom apartment with everything we needed for our stay in Trondheim. The location is close to everything, but also on a quiet street. Kitchen was well-equipped for making breakfast and late-night frozen pizza. The tv had Netflix and YouTube (and I think other things, but those were what we used). The little loft with the reading chair was quite cute. It's on the second floor of a quiet courtyard. It felt very homey. The hosts kept in contact and were easy to reach (though we didn't need anything.) Would definitely stay again.

Regulating the temperature was super easy, and the host responded instantly whenever I reached out. There wasn’t any view from the place, but honestly, everything else made up for it. The place felt private and safe, and it had everything we could have needed in terms of facilities. Checking in and out was also completely hassle‑free. Koselig leilighet, hadde absolutt alt man trenger. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme verter. Rask å svare på spørsmål. Leier gjerne ved en senere anledning.

Locaton, arrangement of the "cottage", easy way in and out... Everyting was there as the advert sais, nothing less. Nice funny place to hang around, on the rustic side.

A bit colder when I arrived, however I'm coming from a warm loving place. I'm sure it's fine for Norway. A bit tight around the bed but nothing of surprise, it was adverted as such.

Les informations étaient très claires pour arriver à l'appartement. Appartement super sympa avec tout ce qu'il faut.

De som leier ut er veldig hygglige og var så snille at de ordnet litt bursdags utstyr ettersom vi var der på en bursdags tur. De orndet også mer enn jeg spurte om som var ett stort pluss og vi er veldig taknemlige for det

Kjempefin beliggenhet i koselig gate, tenning velutstyrt leilighet med komfortabel seng. Inn- og utsjekk gikk smertefritt

Property was warm and cosy with very good facilities. A short walk to the centre of town and bus services. Good restaurants in the centre of the city.

Need to have a broom to clean out the property.

Jättemysigt lägenhet i en äldre del av Trondheim. Gångavstånd till centrum och nära till parkeringshus. Lägenheten hade ett litet pentry så man kunde fixa lite egna måltider. Värden var mycket kommunikativ och gav tydligt beskrivning innan ankomst. Rekommenderas varmt.

Einfach nur perfekt! Endlich mal eine Unterkunft die den Preis wert ist. Absolut alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Waschmaschine sauber so dass man gerne seine Wäsche wäscht. Genial die Bodenheizung. Gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof, schnell im Zentrum und trotzdem total ruhig. Ja das Check-in mit 18Uhr ist eher spät aber kein Problem ich durfte schon um 15 Uhr mein Gepäck deponieren danke vielmals. Gute und rasche Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

We loved that it was off the main traffic route and very quiet. Communication with hosts was excellent. Loved all the little extras like shampoo, toiletries, umbrellas, etc.

Lovely apartment, no Celt decorated and with everything you need to self cater. Hosts are lovely, very good communication and left all sorts of things to make your stay.

We felt at home as soon as we entered this lovely cozy apartment. It was spotless clean and well equipped with everything one could possibly need - just like home! Especially we loved the central but calm location, the little balcony and the amazing water pressure in the shower. I can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect Location walking distance to the Harbor, shopping, restaurants and sights, charming old building. One of the cleanest places we stayed on this trip. Very clear instructions and great communication from hosts.

It was definitely cozy, maybe s tad small for 3 people to hang out.

Location, Clean, More then a Hotel Room

The location is a short stroll from town, but it has the benefit of a quiet location. It's a very cool, chic little apartment with everything thing you need. Hosts are great communicators, and nothing was an issue.

Nothing, I'd happily go back and stay anytime.

This property was in a quiet location but an easy 10 minute stroll to the centre of Trondheim!! Didn't need to use public transportation at all. The apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. It would not be suitable for people with limited mobility as there is a steep flight of steps up to the apartment. It has a lovely patio, cooking facilities and a washing machine. Very nicely decorated and lovely and warm.

The shower was typical of Europe, so it is a bit of a squeeze to get into if you are a bigger person (our fault... not theirs:) )

There was some construction work going on in the property and outside which made access a little difficult but there was no noise. Also hosts informed us about this ahead of time.

We could have done with a washing machine . The beds were not made but left for the tenant to make up.
