La atención del encargado fue excepcional, atento a todas horas, súper amable. Habla en inglés perfectamente lo que hizo la comunicación muy eficiente. El departamento es grande, es muy cómodo contar con los dos baños y las dos habitaciones, además del salón y la cocina. Las duchas de agua bien caliente sumaron mucho. Está a 5 minutos en coche de las olas y realmente es muy tranquila la zona. Las vistas desde las ventanas dan a la ciudad y por detrás el mar, y puedes ver el atardecer.

Bueno, quiero aclarar antes que nada, que mis estándares de limpieza y orden son altos, sin embargo dejo mi opinión y la de mi familia, e incluyo fotos. La limpieza en general de todas las instalaciones al entrar fue mediocre, empezando por las escaleras llenas de tierra y arena, e inclusive algunas líquidos pegajosos. Al entrar al departamento la sensación fue rara, si bien lucia limpio a primera vista, a medida que nos fuimos acomodando encontramos que no era así. Por empezar a los baños tuvimos que darles un repaso previo a usarlos, cómo también así la cocina en general. Las chanclas que aparecen en la foto de las toallas no son nuestras. Las alfombras estaban llenas de tierra, y las mantas y sábanas olían a una mezcla de polvo y humedad. Las sábanas olían como si estuvieran usadas. En la habitación de camas individuales, no había sábanas directamente. Le escribí al encargado para que me proporcionará las toallas, que tampoco estaban al entrar, (por cierto, él contesta muy rápido y soluciona a la mayor brevedad posible) y cuando me las trajo estaban aún "húmedas/mojadas" con muchísimo olor a humedad. Tuvimos que comprar sábanas y toallas por nuestra cuenta. En cuánto a la cocina, los utensilios son los básicos, como para preparar el desayuno. Fui lavando cada pieza porque realmente no lucían limpios. Reconozco que los fuegos y el horno funcionan a la perfección. Los colchones y las almohadas, son un tema aparte, si eres muy quisquilloso con ésto, piensatelo, porque sin lugar a dudas es como dormir sobre cartón, cada vez que te mueves hacen ese ruido, entre resorte y cartón. Cuando se duchan o usan el agua en los otros departamentos, el agua se pone fría automáticamente. Los departamentos son ruidosos, aunque por la noche el silencio en la zona es máximo. La sala con el sillón y la televisión, si bien es muy amplio, los sillones son como estar sentados en el cemento.

Nice view, great apartment, we loved it. The host is really friendly and the city is beautiful. Highly recommended!

Vue sur la mer, le propriétaire était a l'écoute et réactif. Logement assez grand pour 4 personnes. Parking devant l'immeuble.

Le confort des lits n'y était pas du tout. L'impression de dormir sur des planches de bois. Draps pas très propres, comme la cuisine.

Der Gastgeber war ganz nett

Die Lage ist nicht besonders gut. Man hat das Gefühl zwischen Flughafen und Baustelle zu wohnen. Man ist weit weg vom Meer und von der Stadt. Es war ganz okay sauber. Allerdings gab es keine frischen Bettlaken, sondern nur Kunstoffdecken, in denen bisher wohl alle und unzählige Gäste geschlafen haben. Dieser mangelnde Hygiene Standard geht beim Betreiben solcher Ferienwohungen wirklich nicht. Klopapier gab es auf Nachfrage, genauso wie Handtücher. Die Küche ist sehr rudimentär ausgestattet und die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern soll wohl modern sein, ist aber grauenhaft.

Awesome host with just perfect communication. Youness takes good care that everything just works out. e.g. we arrived way before the estimated and communicated time so he wasn't present to that moment - but no problem! Youness found a creative (and suprisingly fun!) way to enable us access already! Inside everything is as described and shown on the pictures and works perfectly. Also during the stay Youness was always reachable and answered quickly to every question we might had. Highly recommended!

Calm La vue

Youness ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er war immer erreichbar und freundlich. Die Residence war sehr sauber und schön. Man konnte das Meer sehen.

Nichts hat mir nicht gefallen

The view was beautiful and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Unfortunately the place was very dirty, it really needs a deep clean. The bed was uncomfortable however it is similar to a lot of beds in Morocco.

Very calm and nice place to relax. For us, Sidi Ifni was a one day stop to rest and this is the perfect place to do that!

Youness is an excellent host, very dedicated. The place is well located, with every thing you need. It s a bit away from the center in a calm area, yet close enough to walk there. We stayed 1 week and could have stayed longer if we could.

The overall bedding could be improved, the bed is very very hard and sheets were missing at first, as we only got covers. I would add a bit of furnitures in the kitchen for improvments as well.

Very clean and spacious apartment, grate for a few friends! Youness is an excellent host, super kind and helpful with lots of great recommendations of what to do around the place! It is a little ways out of town so very quiet, just make sure you’ve got a car! Will be coming back in the future !

Younes it's a super nice guy, he was Always worried that we enjoyed our experience and as the apartament it's a bit far from the centre he even pick us up in his car. The appartment is wonderful, clean and with lot of space and wonderful view to the sea and if there is anything you need Youness IS Always available to provide you with It. Furthermore It is nearby a Big mountain you can climb!

Spacious setup with appliances to be self sufficient

Youness is a superb host! Friendly, kind and very helpful. The house is a newly build neighbourhood, great location, quite central, yet away from the road and noise. The balcony and bedroom have ocean view, and because the house is located up on the hill - the view from the flat is stunning. Plenty of parking space. The flat is fresh and clean, and whenever we needed anything Youness was very helpful and quick to accommodate our needs, and upon the departure even received memorable gifts from him to remember Morocco! Will definitely come again, already booked my dates!

The location is amazing !! A bit up on the hill but you’re in a few minutes in the city !! And you can see the ocean !!
