La vue sur l océan est magnifique et les vagues nous ont bercé pendant notre sommeil. Malika la jeune femme qui s est occupé de nous est très gentille et accueillante. Je garde l adresse.

Но я сразу поняла, что не стоило уезжать так быстро. Я путешествую с рюкзаком длительно. Это место для меня было идеально: местный колорит, спокойные люди, шикарная природа, Малика была очень тактичной, доброй. Но мне ничего особо не требовалось. Потому что этот город…недооцененный рай. Я жила на террасе. Это настоящий подарок

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Can't get better in a town distant from the hawk eyes of VIP tourists; Surete Loca is the best place in town to find both Bed and Room for a very suitable price. Located at an astonishing view point, the views from the windows and terrace is winsome as the Sun goes up. The Host - Malika is probably one of the sweetest person a tourist might come across in their trip around Morocco.
The wifi can be patchy most of the time and the beds in the dormitory aren't really bed but Sofas.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Le Suerte Loca est idéal pour passer qq jours au calme au bord de l'eau. L'hôtel est simple mais confortable et authentique. Malika est très avenante et prend soin de ses clients. Le toit terrasse est l'endroit parfait pour regarder le soleil se coucher dans l'océan. Et si vous avez la chance d'avoir une des chambres avec vue sur mer vous ne voudrez plus quitter votre balcon. Un hôtel et une ville à découvrir pour prendre le temps et se vider l'esprit.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Wundervolle, ruhige Lage. Das Wellenrauschen, der Ausblick vom Balkon…dafür kommt man hier her! Einfach schön. Das Zimmer war ganz hübsch, ziemlich sauber und das Bett bequem. Ich habe hier sehr gut geschlafen. Das Hotel hat noch seinen Charme.
Nur eine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer ist heutzutage echt eine Herausforderung. Ein Doppelstecker wäre sinnvoll. Kein Föhn. Handtücher schon sehr verschlissen. Badezimmer stark in die Jahre gekommen, aber man kommt zurecht und es gab immer warmes Wasser.

Le calme est au rendez-vous pour se reposer, on entend que le murmure des vagues sur une terrasse panoramique face à la mer! Les repas sont de qualité et variés. Le petit déjeuner est sublime ! la proximité du centre ville et de la plage est aussi très appréciable. Surtout n'hésitez pas! Un bon dépaysement dans un cadre marocain traditionnel...

I loved the people - friendly and welcoming, the good food, the affordability and location - close to town and the lovely beach! I loved the prayers wafting down the hill from the mosque, and the no frills authenticity of the place. Thank you all at Suerte Loca, I extended my stay and 'En chala' will be back

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Great location with great view. Good value for money. The place has a unique charm for Morocco. It’s a unique situation in that the “dorm” is a half-glass annex on top of the terrace overlooking the ocean with benches along the walls that double as bunks at night.
Pretty much no privacy at all. If it’s busy it would get very crowded. The bathroom’s missing a sink. No lockers or wifi. Mattresses and pillows were quite hard.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025Sehr schönes und sympathisches Hotel mit äußerst freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber und der Blick auf das Meer genial. Und die Dachterrasse bietet einen noch schöneren Ausblick. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 30 Sekunden erreichbar und eingie Surf shops befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Habe mich pudelwohl gefühlt und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful hotel in the beautiful town! The oldest hotel in Ifni and it’s kept so well, it’s old but stunning. Great balcony and rooftop both with ocean views. Location could not be better. Staff were so so lovely, Melika was so lovely to us, she took us to her families home one day so we could explore a new area.
They would just forget to restock toilet paper most days.

Everything (This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place was very dirty and nothing matched the description. The so-called dorm was actually just an old tent — cold at night and unbearably hot during the day when the sun hits. Everything felt neglected, uncomfortable, and unfit for guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone.)

The hotel is a bit outdated, they should invest a bit of money just on little things like better WiFi somethimes it worked sometimes no.. and newer blankets and sheets. Also shared shower sometimes was hot sometimes cold.

In posizione ultra panoramica tra città e oceano, a pochi passi da spiagge sconfinate su cui fare passeggiate interminabili. Molti luoghi affascinanti nei dintorni, a partire dall'incredibile balconata sull'oceano che fronteggia l'albergo e dalla città, che vanta una storia e un aspetto molto particolari, legati alla precedente presenza spagnola. Gli interni in stile tradizionale e la terrazza con vista a 360 gradi ne fanno un luogo imperdibile.

Reviewed Sep 26, 2024The lady (a real local!! :D ) who owns the place is really friendly, she’s also an artist and has her own shop for jewellery. She told us about the history of this place and made really good breakfast. There’s a pool table and the sea is so close - you have nearby surf rentals and just walk down the stairs to be at the sea. There’s a wonderful terrace with a lot of plants and a nice rooftop to spend time lying in the sun☀️ it was the perfect place for us!

The old lady at the reception wanted to keep our passport for multiple hours and blamed us for not trusting her with it when we didn't want to. This is not normal in Morocco and has not happened to us anywhere else. In the end she said to keep it for ten minutes and kept it overnight. We only got it back after making a scene. She is a creepy liar who doesn't respect her customers feeling safe and blames them for her bad character.

I had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea - pure magic. Good value for money. Run by a local family that can take you hiking and offer surf lessons. So close to the sea that you sleep with the sound of waves crashing onto the shore
Suerte Loca is pretty basic - no luxury here - but with character, history, sea views and good value. It is an awesome place.

Sulfur smell from the drains. Swamp gas. When we got there, our reservations were not in their system even though we.paid. Booking issues with booking.com. They did accommodate us with a shared room instead of 2 singles, with the difference refunded.
