Bamflatt Farm Bed & Breakfast

Hotel was easy to find, and easy to navigate around the B&B. The room was clean, and had a lovely touch with free biscuits and tea/coffee making facilities. Parking outside was a bonus, as were the gorgeous views

Unfortunately the breakfast room backs directly onto the rooms on the bottom floor, and the walls are pretty thin, especially as the beds are against that wall. As soon as people started coming down for breakfast around 6.45am, it sounded like families were in the room with you, so as they talk and move chairs around etc, you hear everything. I'm not an overly light sleeper, but I couldn't fall back asleep

Very quiet location, beautiful views, very clean premises, very safe area, easy parking, and very friendly staff.

My room was large and comfortable. All of the facilities were extremely clean and I enjoyed a good quality full Scottish breakfast which was prepared with skill.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, and she prepared a delicious full English breakfast, which we really appreciated. The parking was excellent for those travelling by car, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very pleasant. We had a great stay. :)

Breakfast - No natural yoghurt or fresh fruit - not tinned peaches and flavoured yoghurt! Veggie sausages would have been appreciated. Otherwise it was hot and tasty.

The location is lovely and so quiet. It was perfect for our overnight stop in the way to Isle of Mull.

Acoustics in the property are a problem. You can hear every move (squeaky floorboards) and conversation from other rooms. Blackout blinds or curtains would be helpful as well.

The location is stunning with great views and so quiet. The room was very clean and felt like a home from home. The breakfast was also great.

A bigger bed but I had the last room! AND I was very pleased I booked and chose to stay at this property. It did not detract from the overall experience!

Lovely place, beautiful view, spacious comfy room, great water pressure in shower. Good breakfast. 5 mins drive from restaurants, village. Half hr drive from Glasgow. Friendly helpful staff.

It was absoluteley immaculate. Everything was to a very high standard. Everywhere was spotless and the host was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It is a great area wether you are passing through or exploring the area. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Powerful shower. I would love a full size mug in the room for my morning tea. Bed a little hard for me but that's personal choice. Very clean and tidy. Will stay again.

Beautiful location with fabulous views. Spacious room with lots of storage and a hot powerful shower. Hot cooked breakfast and a huge pot of filter coffee. Only minutes drive into strathaven

Attitude of owner very inpolite to say she runs a B&B. Safety concerns as the room had patio doors that were permanently locked, no access to outside in case of a fire. Received very inpersonal message in regards to breakfast. I was told we needed to submit our choices by 2000hrs, repeatedly chased me whilst driving up, which was way before 8pm arrival. When we gave details and time for breakfast (which was also in the message), it was late despite us informing the time we wanted. There were no instructions in the room where the food would be served. The breakfast was of poor quality and standards where different every day.

Quiet, safe location - perfect for travelling as a lone parent. Space outside to wander about a little. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Comfortable accommodation, good staff, good breakfast, safe parking, 15min walk to town. Excellent stay as per usual.

I had ordered a vegetarian breakfast up front which they stated they could provide. This vegetarian breakfast was adequate but no more. It was the same items as the cooked breakfast except no meat. No vegetarian sausage veg haggis or even an extra egg.

All the same as previous review. We booked this B&B as a stop on the way to and from Banchory, Aberdeenshire. It was the perfect half way point. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staff, wonderful cooked breakfast (tailored to your preferences), even provided gluten free alternatives for one of our party. Rooms as very spacious and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a cosy rural retreat. Fantastic views from every room and we even spotted some deer in the fields nearby.

Excellent site, lovely area and very efficiently run. We were only there overnight and didn’t use anything much but looked as though everything you’d need was there. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and all cooked to order which was great.

Local muito agradável e tranquilo, situado numa bela paisagem campestre, para a qual o nosso quarto estava virado. Muito espaçoso para 4 pessoas e limpo. Estacionamento privado. Anfitrião e staff simpáticos mas um pouco distantes. Bom Pequeno Almoço , só faltou o leite com chocolate :)

En el check out, estábamos ya con todo listo y nos íbamos, cuando a las 10 am en punto nos golpea la puerta la encargada recordándonos que a las 10 era el check out. No me gustó y no fué necesario, ya nos estábamos yendo.
