I like the view from the rooftop swimming pool area as it is on the 36th floor

Bed especially the one in master bedroom is not comfortable, got backache after one night The sound proof is poor as can hear noises from neighbour unit so clearly especially at night.

Very recommended I highly recommend this studio apartment! The interior is very clean, fully equipped with all the essentials, and you can cook inside. The air conditioning is cold, and a refrigerator is provided. The best part is the rooftop swimming pool and sauna, where you can enjoy a full view of Melaka city. On top of that, the owner is very friendly!

Residence sécurisée propre et entretenue. La piscine possède une vue magnifique et la salle de sport est bien équipée. La place de parking est un vrai plus. L"appartement est spacieux, moderne, aménagé avec goût, confortable, on s y sent chez soi. L hôte est réactif.

Whole apartment to yourself, perfectly nice facilities. Access to the rooftop pool and really decent gym. Bachang Garden Avenue food hall nearby was a highlight!

Hosts were initially great but I didn't appreciate the barrage of messages pressuring me for a 10/10 review.

Totally not acceptable to have water supply suspended from 6pm til nearly 11pm on the day we arrived! We were not informed and only found that when we wanted to take shower after a long day outdoor!!!! Can’t take shower, can’t brush teeth, can wash clothes and not even wash hands after toilet! It’s truly a nightmare!!!! 😭

Très propre, facile d'accès (toutes les consignes par WhatsApp avant d'arriver, très pratique), clim efficace, calme. Jolie piscine avec vue, salle de sport très complète. L'équipe de gardiens très sympa et aidants ! Merci à eux

Rien, si ce n' est que l'appartement est un peu loin du centre (30min à pied), mais en grab c'est très facile et prix dérisoire. Donc ce n'est pas vraiment un point negatif ! Je recommande ce logement

Het zwembad is erg fijn en het appartement is ruim. Prima en goedkoop voor 1 nachtje. We waren op doorreis.

Het appartement is verouderd. We kregen te weinig handdoeken en toiletpapier. Keuken is zeer beperkt uitgerust. Inchecken duurde erg lang via whatsapp en gaat vervolgens via de bewaking die slecht Engels kan. Geen winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Het personeel was aardig, de infinitypool was prima.

Het appartement was niet zoals op de foto. Het appartement was heel slecht schoongemaakt. Overal lagen haren, kruimels op de stoelen van een croissant van de vorige huurder. De badkamer had al een tijd geen doekje meer gezien. Stof op lampen, koelkast, airco. Waar stof kan liggen lag het. Er was geen droogrek, na vragen werd het gebracht. Er werd aangeboden te komen schoonmaken, maar dan moesten alle waardevolle spullen worden meegenomen. De bank was gammel en zeker niet geschikt om op te zitten. De muren waren stuk, de lamp naast het bed had leuk geweest als er ook een stopcontact voor was. Dit zat nl achter het bed. De airco stond op 16 om het enigszins koel te krijgen. Al met al niet een heel goede ervaring.

Un peu éloigné du centre-ville pour ceux qui n'ont pas de véhicule (mais vu le prix dérisoire des Grab à Malacca, ce n'est pas vraiment un problème)

L’emplacement est idéal ! À environ 1km du centre très rapide en grab ! La piscine est superbe avec une vue très dégagé et agréable ! L’appartement est spacieux, propre et des clim dans chaque pièces

La vue de la piscine. La taille de la chambre.

Logement très isolé. Rien de disponible sans voiture. Aucun service. Tout se fait via Whats’app. Des échanges longs et compliqués. Le contact whats’app ne connaissait pas notre resevervation...le poste de sécurité refuse l’accès du parking au taxi. Vous devez donc porter vos bagages sur une longue distance. Aucune aide. Au moment du check out, on vous harcèle pour etre sur que vous soyez partis à 12h pile! Logement un peu vétuste. La brosse dans les toilettes est posée directement sur le sol, pas hygiénique. Et la cerise sur le gateau un cafard dans la chambre! Pas de transat ni serviette à la piscine...bref un hotel très moyen

Hicimos una primera reserva y la anularon por obras de mantenimiento. Volvimos a buscar en Booking y estaba el mismo apartamento pero más caro y lo volvimos a reservar. Unos días antes de la llegada nos avisaron que nos cambiaban el apartamento por otro y no cumplía los mismos requisitos. Finalmente pedimos cancelar y no nos dejaron y nos dijeron que nos darían el apartamento que habíamos podido inicialmente. Tuvimos que pedir juegos de sábanas porque de entrada no nos las habían dado. Al final todo fue bien, pero después de muchas comunicaciones con el anfitrión

In the week of trip, was notified that the room was not available and another property - Banyo was offered. v bad experience in Bayo Lagoon, crockroach, torn sofa, stained mattress. poor location requested for early cancellation but not accepted we ended up checking out 2 days earlier without any refund

L’endroit sécurisé , propre et très calme très reposant après un séjour à Kuala Lumpur. une très belle piscine au dernier étage vue magnifique une baignade nocturne exceptionnel.

Tout, propreté, emplacement, espace intérieur, literie, la vue du 31eme étage, la piscine et la salle de sport au 36eme étage, la disponibilité du personnel, le Check in et Check out à distance.. tout était parfait

Très bel appartement avec vue imprenable sur la ville , équipements au top notamment la buanderie très appréciable et très fonctionnel ainsi que le balcon à disposition .Deux salles de bains et chambres séparés.

Quelques remontées d’odeur des canalisations mais fortes chaleurs sinon rien à signaler

Location and cleanliness

Je donne la note de 8 pour la piscine, le sauna et la surveillance à l entrée de l immeuble et à l entrée de la piscine. On a beaucoup apprécié la piscine pas pu tester la salle de sport.Pour 2 nuits les prix étaient très corrects. Concernant, l'emplacement pas pratique, il faut prendre un Grab vraiment pas cher environ 2 euros pour notre groupe de 6 et environ 6 minutes jusqu'au centre de melacca.Il n y a rien autour. Certains commentaires ne semblent pas refléter la réalité sur le fait de marcher, que c'est faisable à pieds. Très belle vue de la ville.

Les appartements qu on a eus ont besoin de sacrés travaux de rafraîchissement. Odeurs venant d une salle de bain mais heureusement appartement propre, bien nettoyé. Par contre, on est arrivés vers 11h/ midi et on a dû attendre 15h pour prendre les appartements. Ce n'est pas notre standing habituel. L immeuble est situé près d une mosquée donc les appels à la prière via des hauts parleurs peuvent perturber le sommeil, c'est bien de le savoir.

La piscina. El personal muy amable, habitación amplia. Disponía de lavadora y secadora. Ubicacion:por un euro en grab estas en el centro.

La ducha estuvo toda la noche goteando agua. Cuando te duchas se inunda el baño.

Heel ruim appartement met aparte slaapkamer. Fijne plafondventilatoren, maar ook goede airco's. Heel handig dat je ook je was kan doen. Ruime ijskast met vriesvak. Ook het zwembad op het dak is geweldig met een prachtig uitzicht. Liften zijn altijd snel. Half uur lopen naar centrum, maar met taxi ben je er met een paar minuten en via Grab werkt dat zeer handig en ook slechts 6 of ze RM (€1). Zou het zeker aanraden!

The staff service is good and fast response. Deposits refund was also super easy and fast. But the house cleaning needs to improve such as bed and bathroom. Also there are some small ants at dining area . One thing that disappoints me was the room type and design layout are totally different from the website pictures.

1, 3 family member stayed, but only 2 quilts were provided. when we noted it, it is too late to ask host. eventually, one of us slept without quilt 2. toilet chocked after we used it next day morning 3. we booked 2 nights stay, then we decided to leave after stay 1 night.

The particular unit got very unpleasant smell, which didn't go even after opening of the window s and spray air freshener, WIFI!!!!! CAN'T CONNECT TO THE TV SO NEED TO CALL THE HOST!! She keep asking us to do the manual take out the sim from the router this and that, till I said u pls send someone to fix it..... She was not happy anyway she did send but it works for less than a 1 hr too disappointed, I didn't bother to call the host again??!!!!
