The elevator system in the building is so disappointing. Taking so long time to move around, especially during peak hours or when many guests want to check in/out. Very confusing when elevator requires to use access card to press the button.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026House facing the strait of malacca.Full sunset view. Good wifi in the unit. Easy check-in but have to register at lobby before proceed for key pick-up. My kids enjoy the swimming pool, have cafe at the pool. I appreciate the muslim homestay which confident to use their utensils. 2 parking lot in front of lift entrance is a plus point. Have mini mart, ATM at lobby.
Not sparkling clean-> toilet and kitchen sink. Washing machine is working (without dryer), but microwave can't be used (am very disappointed). Utensil is not complete with some broken plate. All plastic cup, not preferred for hot drink. 1 access card is not practical at all, having emergency at the swimming pool (my son injured) but unable to use lift & cant enter the apartment; have to wait till my husband reach us cos he went down to groceries shop with the access card.Suggest to provide 2 card. Long waiting time for the lift at peak hour is expected. Cellphone coverage at lobby area is bad, pls plan your communication (if need pick- up or etc.).

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026This was a very bad experience. The owner was completely unresponsive. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and hotels in different cities and countries, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The first room had a broken bathroom light, so the owner suggested we switch to a second room. However, the condition of the second room was very bad and there were multiple cockroaches. We were then asked to switch to another room again, but it was even worse with more cockroaches. We tried calling the phone number provided more than 10 times to get help, but no one answered. In the end, we had no choice but to return to the first room and turn on the flashlight on our phones to take a shower because the bathroom light was not working. Around midnight, at about 5:30, a man kept ringing the doorbell outside. We had no idea who he was. It might have been someone coming to replace the light, but can you imagine someone trying to change the light while guests are sleeping? This is unacceptable. It made us feel very unsafe and seriously disturbed our rest. This kind of service is seriously terrible. All the issues mentioned above were recorded with videos and photos as proof. This experience completely ruined our stay

The pillows and bolsters plus the covers need to be changed. Old and like have been used for a long time. Each time enters the bathroom, there is a mouldy smell. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved further. Toilet bowl moves when one sits on it.

only ONE keycard available and no LANYARD to hang if ever want to go pool. Floor sticky with NO floor mat, AIR FRESHENER dried up long before our stay TOILET to smell . Seen hair strands and the hair dryer smells plastic heated when ON so end up didnt use in case short- cir. We were told NO towels at the swimming pool, this was not mentioned in the check in brochure. basic amenities TOWEL, TOILET PAPER, WATER HEATER and SOAP available.

I was given a dirty room, and the leaking pipe wiring made it difficult for me to use the bathroom. The surroundings of the homestay were quite noisy, and the room was not properly cleaned. Basic toiletries such as shower soap were not provided. The lift also took a long time as it was crowded with many people...Sorry to say, this will be my last stay here as it did not suit my comfort and expectations.”

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Das (2.te) zimmer war groß. Das gym war gut ausgestattet und nicht so stark runtergekühlt. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfreich und hat uns auch schnell in ein anderes zimmer gepackt nach dem wir uns über ein paar Sachen beschwert hatten (siehe unten)
Sauber im europäischen sinne war es nicht (überall haare, das bad war noch nass und spiegel und Duschkabine waren nicht geputzt) es lagen noch kippenstummel auf dem Balkon Das Wlan war im ersten zimmer sehr schlecht. Der pool ist nur in Muslim freundlicher Kleidung nutzbar Am Wochenende fuhren einige Motorradfahrer rennen auf der Straße hinter dem hotel. Cuma ada yang perlu diperbaiki paip licking🫣 abis lencun sikit kalau dah dress up cantik2 tapi semua best dan selesa xde masalah dan anak2 suka cuma kalau boleh sediakan ampai kecil dan hanger lepas ni🤗
