ARCTIC HOMES - Quality Living

Sijainti on todella hyvä. Majoituksessa oli kaikki tarvittava.

Spacious and great facilities. Miguel was a legend for helping collect our race bibs given our flights were cancelled.

Would have been nice to have refunded night one given our flights were cancelled. Or at least offer to refund if they managed to fill it for the night.

Beliggenhet, komfortable senger, håndklær og alt vi trenger.

Ingenting å mislike. Savnet møbler på terrassen.

The bed were comfortable, the apartment was big for a group 5.

Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. The apartment did not appear properly cleaned — we found visible hair in the closet and on the heater, and the cookware uncomfortable for using. (Maybe just us) Several facilities were not working well: the shower hose was blocked and the floor heating and room heater were not turned on, so the apartment felt very cold after we returned from outdoor activities with the kids. Because of cleanliness concerns, we avoided cooking and had to order food instead. Communication come to fix the shower next day as we requested which was good and saying responses focused on informing the cleaning team, but no immediate solution was offered during our stay. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this reflects our genuine experience. We booked for 2 nights.

Nice and modern.

The third bedroom only had a bed big enough for one person, yet was advertised for 2. Wasn't as central as I would have liked.

The space is really lovely, and we had a great time here. The location is so near in the centre and it’s quiet that you can have a nice evening. Well self check in instruction that made travel time more flexible. The staff's reply is very prompt, so that we can get instant answers before and during the stay.

A bit worried about the limited hot water.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 5 Personen. Uns wurde sogar ein früheren Check in ermöglicht!!!!

Great location close to town with an abundance of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Apartment was immaculate with everything you need at hand. Alex our host was so helpful

Too hot - we were struggling to turn the heating down of an evening to sleep

The apartment is modern, incredibly spacious, and very well-equipped. The bathroom is large and comfortable. All the essentials for cooking, washing, and everyday living were provided, including a fully functional dishwasher and washing machine. The heating system was excellent, keeping the apartment warm and cozy throughout our stay. Additionally, the location is fantastic—within walking distance to the city center and very close to supermarket and bus stop with connections to the entire city, including the airport. Overall, it was the perfect combination of comfort and practicality.

Clean and good facilities. Best location from centrum. And the host provided ealry check in service additionally.

It is far from bus station. And there was slope.

Great location. Lovely apartment. Was cosy and had only minor downside. Would definitely recommend

Did not realise third room was only a single and did not have bathroom amenities/washing powder/room for 7 people.

We absolutely loved the apartment, super comfortable as we stayed for 4 nights in family in total. As and when we needed assistance, we were personally attended which was fantastic and much appreciated. We slept like angels with the cozy beds and enjoyed the views from the balcony. The rest of the household amenties were all available and we made the most of it. Highly recommendable 💯

Great location. Good to have the possibility to pay for parking spot. Very good communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Kitchenware could be a little more developed

Well located and well designed.

Charged my card for dammage we didn't do, blamed us and ruined our experience. So sad, because the appartment is really nice.
