Reviewed Sep 3, 2026We were visiting family at the hospital so this suited our needs perfectly. The property was clean, modern and quiet.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The location was ideal for us. Very clean.
It would have been nice to have some extra blankets available, as the duvet didn’t feel quite warm enough for winter. All the tables — bedside, coffee and dining — had glass tops, which meant that putting anything down on them could be quite noisy.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Quiet, clean, easily accessible, well appointed
Missed having a full length mirror getting ready for an event but minor overall

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt brand new, with everything modern and well maintained. The shower was a real highlight. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. Communication with the host was fast and friendly, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Great communication with host. Property was clean and had great kitchen/bedroom/bathroom amenities/stock. Cozy and comfortable. I wish I was staying longer!
The front door jammed a bit but not a major issue.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Nice facility, really comfortable beds, full kitchen and a clothes washing machine. Facilities look new. Plus parking for our vehicle. And outside deck with seating. I would definitely stay there again.
The location was 25 minutes out of downtown Auckland and there was not easy transit options to get downtown. There was not a lot in the area in the way of restaurants and coffee shops. The bedrooms could use a fan because the air got quite stale at night.

Not a lot of onsite parking but in a quiet cul-desac so could park on the roadside with no issues.

Everything was lovely but a couple of suggestions There was no milk for coffee and tea - be good to have a small amount for when you arrive Need a sheer blind or sheer curtains on bedroom windows for privacy from neighbors

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025Very spacious tidy unit, loved that it had some condiments in the fridge and cupboards, the beds were very comfy and having a choice of hard and soft pillows was a win.
The wall between the other room was very thin and could hear everything from the neighbours when ur in bed

Reviewed Jul 6, 2025Fabulous apartment, very clean and modern with every facility you could possibly need.
The owner kindly came out to fix a wifi connection problem with the tv. She was very nice however the TV kept losing connection and had to turn it off and on again to reconnect. Something wrong with the wifi connection? Would like to have a tea towel to dry dishes

Reviewed May 12, 2025The place is so well thought out and beautifully furnished. Every corner seemed to have been carefully considered for both style and comfort. We really enjoyed the ambiance. It was clear that a lot of effort went into making the space welcoming and functional for guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks Tatiana!
The bed was a bit too soft for my preference. I understand that comfort is subjective and it might be perfect for others. Just want to mention it in case it’s helpful for future guests with similar preferences.

Nothing really, we shared a wall with the house at the front (owners?), but they were very quiet, so wasn't an issue.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025Nice unit clean tidy and modern. Had everything we needed. Very impressed with the layout. Parking available close. Clear communication/rules received beforehand. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.
This really only affected us, I was travelling with my dad and the couch was a bit low for an elderly gentleman to get down and up from and to be able to put his feet up.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025Lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities.
Would have liked a little long life milk left with the tea and coffee. I thought the instructions for use of the property were a little officious.
