all the equipments are a bit old overall tidy but still need more attention in details

Had everything we needed. Was clean and tidy. Had more than enough bathrooms for all of us. Had all the necessities and made for such a comfortable stay for us all. Is also inside a gated community so felt very safe.

Thanks for the booking. Very clean home with all that we needed for an overnight stay. Was perfect location for our sports tournament at the Waitemata Sports Centre. If we have another sports tournament there would defs stay again. Nice private gated area.

The location is excellent for my needs. Parking was excellent, safe and private. The beds were really good with great linen. Very easy to get inside with code key lock. Felt very safe and had what we needed for one night.

No basics in the kitchen like olive oil, salt, pepper, very little options in cooking utensils and no decor whatsoever. Very stark white naked walls without any decorative touch or splash of colour anywhere. No hand towel offered, only bath towel and one face washer in the bathroom.

Very hot upstairs for our stay with no aircon and only one fan for 3 upstairs rooms. Only one bathroom had a bath mat. No toilet role holders Having sugar for tea and coffee would be good.

A comfy bed and a very lovely and modern house. Just perfect for our big family.

With three adults it would have been better for a larger lounge. Two seater wasn’t enough. Only had two dinner plates. Other than that it was quite comfortable.

It was amazing to have 3 showers available as well as the space and location.

Its very clean n tidy which is very best thing for me, we loved the place just one advice from my side please add on 1 more fan for 2nd room other wise its really comfortable n beautiful place for stay as guest.thank-you and I’ll definitely recommend my friends

Spacious areas and room

Grass was too long my son couldn't play out in the yard, no vacuum for us to vacuum before we left, wifi was not working on tv

It was a good location for us. Good that everyone could have a room each and great there was 3 bathrooms. Nice park for walking close by and quiet neighbourhood.

There was no dishcloth so very hard to wipe the bench down. Only 1 tea towel and more cutlery eg: smaller sharp knife and teaspoons needed. Not every bathroom had a bath mat. Gets very hot upstairs so an air con would be great for the upper level.

Great tidy and secure/private place to stay in Henderson for the family or a group of friends.

The place is tidy, clean, and located within a secure gated community. Highly recommend!

Clean and central to everywhere we needed to go

Beds to hard, toaster was rusted on the inside of enough cooking utensils. But still a nice place.

Great size town house in a handy location close to supermarket and shops and not too far from CBD.

Its close to the reserve so a few bugs including ants.

I had a funeral to attend with family. This accommodation offered plenty of beds and bathrooms for myself and siblings to stay at. Nice and quiet backs onto a green space and felt secure.

Awesome sleeping arrangements. Nice to be gated. Very lovely view over the park.

Ants in the sugar and no flannels

Air con is always good. I liked the front door locking.

We ended up with ants. Also, we stayed in another unit last time and it had a washer/dryer. Definitely missed that.

Not a complaint but there were ants on the bench and in cupboard when we got there. Would take a few extra pillows next time but it was a last minute need to stay in Auckland so was sufficient and a nice modern home for the night. Also shower gel and shampoo was provided but was empty lucky supermarket is close.

Tidy, modern and quiet space. Kitchen had everything you need. Property is close to great eateries along Lincoln Road and Henderson. Very close to highway if you need to travel around Auckland. Sampson was also very accommodating for us. Such a great host ☺️

Car park is a little hard to manoeuvre if you have a big car.

Loved the bedrooms here good space and main bedroom had great walk in wardrobe with plenty of room and a lovely view over the reserve. Great secure property and good value for money.

The far bedroom bed was bloody noisey every time someone turned over you heard them

Received an upgrade when they had double booked us. House was roomy and modern. Bathrooms were lovely. House bordered a large reserve. No aircon but fans in every room.

Limited number of pillows (one per adult) and they were uncomfortable. Curtains in one of the rooms were flimsy and not hung properly. This left a gap and let light in. No bath mat in one bathroom. Needed more towels for 6 people. Fridge smelled of cabbage. Found socks and tissues under the beds.

Couch and chairs were way past their lifespan. Beds were uncomfortable and pillow barely lifts your head. Some of the towels had large holes and tears in them.

It’s near the place that we needed to go. It's affordable and clean.

Location was great, close to the function we attended, nearby shops and food places.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. But, this really is feedback for owner. The cupboards are quite high, maybe leave plates etc on the bench. The teatowels, had seen better days. Hand towels, floormats and flannels were needed for all Bathrooms. The beds were comfy, but one of the pillows or pillowcase smelt like it needed a good wash. And maybe if the TV is fixed to the wall you could fit an extra sofa in the lounge. Other then that it was a pleasant stay. The Shower is the best.

2nd time staying here, Comfortable beds and it’s such a cosy home. Loved it.

Just too hot in the rooms but fans were doing its job okay during the hot afternoon summer.

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the washing machine and dryer. It was good to not come home with loads of washing to do. The door lock was super fancy too. Will look into getting one ourselves.

The communication was slim to none. However, I will say. When I called, he answered his phone. Maybe I'm just a worry wart. The instructions came the day of entering the property.I'm just used to the property owners sending instructions for entering the property well in advance. And since the booking was for 01 2025 and was made 10.2024, I was just a bit nervous That's all

Clean and easy, loved that it was all electronic gates/door to get in. Meant I wasn't worried about loosing a key etc.

Super hot upstairs in the bedrooms, the fans were great, but would have LOVED air conditioning. Plus a couple of outdoor seating options would have made it perfect.

My bed could have been more comfy alot harder than I'm used to. Maybe a topper would help and new pillows.

Nice and modern, bedrooms were clean. Love having a toilet on both levels.

- The 2nd storey was very hot on arrival; we opened the windows and turned on the AC (lower floor) when we went out but on our return it was still very hot and uncomfortable. - The stove had a dirty oven dish left in it from the previous guests, oven was also dirty and smelly, attracting flies. I notified the owner but he failed to respond. - No toilet roll holder in bathroom upstairs, toilet rolls were stored in cupboard. - Complimentary coffee was old and solidified; sugar was dirty (ie. coffee and lumps from guests using a wet spoon). - No complimentary salt, pepper or milk provided - these little touches really make a difference to your stay. I don’t mind paying top dollar for a nice place but these issues completely let the place down.

The place was cozy and roms were clean. It is a quite and silent area, good for relaxing.

The space and privacy was great

Just that the place could of been cleaned about better and the fridge was leaking water

The location was very close to where we were heading The house accomadated me and my whanau

I didnt like the car park especially if you have guest they have to park on the road and walk up and its a little walk especially for our elderley to walk

Furniture is well past its best ! Dining room chairs are shameful,extremely worn and shabby so uncomfortable we had to use the pillows off the beds to sit on them as you feel like you’re sitting on the frame. The sofa bed was also extremely hard and without any remaining cushioning . Could do with some more plates to eat off . But most disappointing was the filthy work tops which I had to clean 🤷‍♀️, not nice at all on arrival after a long flight . Sort out your cleaner please 🙄Bathrooms were clean ,linen and towels all lovely .

All faciilties for a short stay were available but there were no shops close by so you need to bring initial provisions

Some milk in the fridge would have been good and the basin plug in the bathroom was broken

The bed down stairs was rock hard and uncomfortable asf , there were clothes down the side of the bed from the people who stayed before us , there was a foul smell coming from the drains in the bathroom , there were bits of mould in the shower , there was rubbish behind the couch , the parking was shit was highly disappointed considering the price we payed

we liked that it was gated. we liked it was backing onto a reserve. we liked the apartments potential.

it was filthy. the curtains didn't fit. there were no usual kitchen utensils/usual items ie mixing bowls, scissors, dish cloth, extra tea towels. the couch was filthy, smelt bad and was broken. parking was impossible with extra vehicles in the parking area.

It was really comfortable and perfect for our big family to have our own space.

location, Lots of room

parking a bit tight for my big wagon. we would not have fit if it was full. not the cleanest place I've stayed in for that price. kitchen sink had a real bad smell, the dishes needed to be washed before we used them. toilet down stairs is visibly dirty from the front door. Dining room floor wasnt clean. windows are really streaky. just expect more for that price.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Good sized bedrooms with ensuites in two of bedrooms. Felt very secure. Pleasant decor.

Didn't realise until after I had booked that we couldn't get access until 4.00pm. I messaged asking if we could get in earlier but did not get a reply which was disappointing. No bedside lamps.
