Phòng cũng ok

Không có thang máy , cầu thang lên nhỏ, khách có vali cực kì bất tiện. Nước trên bồn rửa tay tràn ra ngoài lúc nào cũng ướt toilet. Homestay nhưng ko có tiện nghi gì khác ngoài phòng như 1 nhà nghĩ( ko máy giặt, ko bếp nấu (khu nhỏ) .

Location

I had a very disappointing stay. First, the hotel misled me about the laundry. I was promised my clothes would be returned the same evening, but they were delayed until the next morning. When I received them, they smelled absolutely terrible, as if they had been left overnight on dirty, smelly bed linen. My shorts and T-shirts are now ruined because of the odor. The room also had ants, the refrigerator didn't work, and there was constant noise from neighbors banging throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the room door let light from the hallway shine into the room all night because of the frosted glass panels, which made sleeping even more difficult. To make matters worse, I was not offered any real compensation. The only thing the hotel offered was a discount on a future stay, but I will definitely never stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel.

가격이 저렴함.

나프탈렌 냄새가 진동을 해서 화장실을 쓸 수가 없었습니다. 이불과 수건도 무언가 많이 묻어있도 얼룩이 많았습니다. 다른건 다 저렴한 숙소이니 이해가 되는데 나프탈렌은 제발 치워주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, phòng ốc sạch sẽ view cũng đẹp hiện đại

Rất gần điểm để xem pháo hoa, phù hợp cho dịp DIFF này. Máy sấy tóc tốt, dùng loại có thương hiệu. Không gian khá yên tĩnh.

- Sự thiếu chủ động và cứng nhắc của nhân viên. - Giá chưa tương xứng cho trải nghiệm. - Một số đồ dùng trong phòng đã xuống cấp, một số vết thấm nước đã xuất hiện. - Remote tivi không hoạt động được vì lý do bị nhiễu sóng. - Ổ cắm điện lỏng lẽo. - 1 phòng không có cửa sổ nên hơi bí bách. - Không có thang máy + trần cầu thang thấp, dễ gây va chạm và khó khăn khi vận chuyển hành lý. - Khu vực để xe máy nhỏ

I didn't like the hotel.

Nhân viên dễ thương. Tự check in tự check out nên cũng tiện.

Phòng ổn nhưng giá hơi cao so với diện tích nhỏ và ko có thang máy. Tuy nhiên dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy thì tệ, toàn xe cùi mà giá thì mắc

Overall, everything was great the hotel is nice and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest improving is the door. It would be much better if the door was not transparent, or if there was some kind of better light isolation, because at night the light from the corridor comes through the door and makes it difficult to sleep.

Les hôtes ont été très réactif. La chambre est spacieuse propre et ressemble parfaitement aux photos. J’ai passé un agréable séjour.

The rooms were very spacious. With all the possible amenities I could ask for. Very clean and loved it!! The staff were very helpful. We got our clothes washed here too… very affordable.

I stayed in the 3rd floor and there was no lift, BUT the staff were super helpful and got our luggage all the way up and super cooperative

環境很乾淨，設備也都很新，有提供洗衣服務很不錯。 員工服務不錯有笑容。 櫃檯服務時間僅有07：30-17：30，一樣可以寄放東西，只是櫃檯沒有人。

沒有電梯，雖然事先知道，但實際樓梯不大，搬較大的行李會困難些。原告知是3F,實際住在4F,搬行李的走道不夠大。

Room is decent modernity. Like the location very much as is a local area near the river mouth bridge and Riverside. Lots of restaurants and local bars and clubs for Vietnamese around.

Staff try hard but very inexperienced. Lack of understanding of English. Room with bay windows, 402, leaks then heavy rain. No hot water in this room. Also the room is designed nicely but no storage area or wardrobe which is a disadvantage. Price when I stayed was super increased for a firework display in the city. Even outside of this the price is far too high. The building doesn't have motorbike parking and the key cards for front door and room are poor quality in magnetic power.

Modern building renovation. Good location for local areas.

Leaks when rain. No storage organisation. Unprofessional staff.

The room is super smelly. I could not sleep because of the bad smell. Not worth the money.

Home nên setup thêm 1 cái ghế trong phòng thì 10đ nha, chứ có cái bàn không có ghế ăn uống makeup rất rất là bất tiện luôn. Thêm 1 cái ghế thôi là đủ tinh tế và tiện nghi cho căn phòng rồi

Nhà bên cạnh xây ồn ko nghỉ ngơi được Cũng ko được nhân viên thông báo trước Ko có thang máy đi bộ lên tầng 4 hơi mệt

Nhân viên nhiệt tình Khách sạn giường chăn tv ổn

Máy lạnh hết gas, bật 20 độ vẫn không mát. Khách sạn kẹp giữa 2 bên sát vách tường đều công trình xây dựng. Ngày nào cũng tiếng khoan đập xây dựng, ồn khủng khiếp từ 7h kém sáng liên tục tới 5h chiều. Vào ngày nghỉ thứ 2 mình quá mệt muốn về nghỉ trưa chút xíu cũng chẳng thể nghỉ nổi, tiếng khoan đập đến đau đầu. Đi nghỉ ngơi nhưng phải dậy sớm để ra khỏi khách sạn để tránh tiếng ồn.

Phòng ko đúng như đăng bán. 2 bên nhà đều đang khoan đục tường rất ồn, ảnh hưởng việc nghỉ ngơi

phòng đẹp, mình khá thích gương ở phòng. Có điều mình thấy nhỏ hơn trong hình thôi. Kh biết mấy chỗ khác như nào, nhưng mà phòng có để giá nước uống và đồ ăn có sẵn trong phòng mình thấy khá là tinh tế. Mỗi tội phòng mình ổ cắm hơi bị lỏng lẽo. 9/10

Chắc này do mình kh đọc hay hỏi rõ nhưng mà chỗ nghỉ này kh có chỗ để xe, sáng thì để ở ngoài nhưng tối thì có thể đem vô trong nhà. Nhưng vẫn kh ảnh hưởng gì mấy đến trải nghiệm của mình, nên chỗ nghỉ vẫn ok lắm.

There was no elevator, and no cabinet (even a small one)

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in the largest room. Property is relatively new with modern furniture. The bed was very comfortable and not hard. The room was sound-proofed and we rarely heard outside noise. The staff is very accommodating and responsive. They fixed the air conditioning to improve the efficiency. Elevator is not available but the staff helped us with our suitcases during arrival and departure. Property is located in non-touristy area with lots of inexpensive local food and services (spas, hair salons). The WiFi worked fine for our entire 3 week stay. We used it for laptop and for uploading pictures from cell phone.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

The door can be half seen through at night. Light can be quite bright in the evening for falling asleep.

The Facility is still new, equipment are good

Although location is not it's strong point and there is no elevator. However, with a low price of the hotel, one cannot expect more.

The hot water not hot and at night the room have mosquitoes can’t sleep well
