Conveniently located; most amenities located within walking distance. The room, bed, bathroom is clean and comfortable. The owner, reception and housekeeping team are helpful and friendly. This is one of the decent and livable hotels in the area for the price. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. I recommend you visit Cosmos Coffee & Tea House, Concept Coffee, Ge Cafe & Dong Tien bakery nearby.

Tôi đã đặt phòng và cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin liên hệ, bao gồm cả số điện thoại. Tuy nhiên, vào sáng ngày nhận phòng, khách sạn không gọi điện để xác nhận mà chỉ gửi một tin nhắn qua ứng dụng Booking hỏi thời gian tôi đến. Do đang lái xe nên tôi không thể truy cập ứng dụng để đọc và phản hồi ngay. Đến khoảng 9 giờ sáng, khi đọc được tin nhắn, tôi chủ động gọi điện cho khách sạn để thông báo thời gian nhận phòng. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên cho biết vì tôi không trả lời tin nhắn trên ứng dụng nên khách sạn đã tự ý hủy đặt phòng và bán lại cho khách khác với mức giá cao hơn. Điều tôi không thể chấp nhận là khách sạn đã có đầy đủ số điện thoại của tôi nhưng không hề gọi điện để xác minh trước khi hủy phòng. Việc đơn phương hủy đặt phòng như vậy cho thấy quy trình làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp, không tôn trọng khách hàng và không đảm bảo cam kết đối với các đặt phòng đã được xác nhận. Đây là một trải nghiệm rất thất vọng và khiến tôi mất niềm tin vào uy tín của khách sạn. Tôi sẽ không quay lại và cũng không thể giới thiệu nơi này cho người khác.

Dirty bathrooms, old grimy dirt. No bed sheet just a mattress protector. Towels = cardboard No water provided, first place in three months of traveling SE Asia that’s happened. When a 56 year old bachelor has issues like this the place is well below par. Pic of an Agoda rating from 2023 on the counter. Lot can obviously happen in three years then. 😤

They false advertise!! No spa, no sauna and the billiard table has no holes so you can’t even play pool!

We liked the fact there was hot water 24/7. We also liked that we had a wardrobe.

The a/c was useless, didn't put any cool air into the room. The swimming pool yet again wasn't working (2nd year running for me). The staff mostly were not helpful only when it seemed to be the manager there were they helpful. The cleaning of not just the room, but the entire hotel left a lot to be desired. The light covers were black rather than white or crystal, the floors throughout were not mopped or swept properly on a daily basis, the rubbish bins in public area didn't get emptied daily, there was an amount of rubbish in a torn bag on the very top floor, where the defunct pool is, that was there when we arrived and still there when we left. It had rubbish spilling out of it into the balcony. The bathroom was bloody putrid smelling of strong urine and some yukky stuff came up our shower drain into the shower floor as well as the floor under the basin. The pool table that is there and advertised as such is unusable as it has only 3 balls and no open pickets for balls to go in. There was no cold water from the tap in room, it was warm. Main light in room only worked when it wanted to and not for very long or even every day. Internet was very unstable, so had to use mobile data more often than not. Asked for the use of a knife one day to cut an orange and got told they didn't have one, so then asked for a pair of scissors only to be told the same thing. This was my 2nd consecutive year of staying here and I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. It really has gone downhill dramatically from 2025.

Lần đầu tiên tôi ở 1 phòng khách sạn mà phải cọc tiền trước (Thanh toán tiền 100%+ cọc thêm tiền phòng). Out phòng mới được hoàn cọc. Khách sạn cũ, đường 1 chiều không có chổ đậu xe ô tô. Nước nóng lạnh hỏng

The receptionists were super friendly and helpful!! The place was amazing and fully prepared. It was absolutely worth the money!!

The location was good. And staff at desk was nice.

For the price you get dirty room, with a lot of dust. Electrical plugs were not working and the bed was very hard to lay on. If it was not our last option we would avoid this hotel. We paid also unexpected deposit for the room which was returned with no problem upon check out.

Room is large and comfortable. Lots of storage and good sized fridge. Aircon works well and the room is cleaned everyday. Location is great with lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.

A hot water jug would be nice in the room.

Cơ sở vật chất và các thiết bị quá cũ, không sạch sẽ. Phòng không có điện thoại kết nối với lễ tân, không có nước uống. Giá phòng trên booking cao hơn rất nhiều so với giá thực tế. Trần, tường nhiều chỗ ngấm nước, bong tróc, sửa chữa chắp vá, nham nhở.

Hotel is close to shopping centers and river. Not expensive.

The walls need to be painted. Moisture is felt in the air. Credit card machine was out of order.

Phòng rất hôi, ẩm, mốc, khai nước đái, ống cống nghẹt, không có nước nóng, chăn ra bẩn, khăn bẩn, giường bẩn, tủ bẩn, sàn bẩn, nhà tắm bẩn, thậm chí trần nhà bẩn, cửa sổ bẩn, ta nói bẩn từ lúc bước vô sảnh khách sạn đến vô tận tới trong phòng. Muốn ói thật sự! Không biết chính quyền Đà Nẵng tại sao lại cấp giấy phép cho cái khách sạn này hoạt động đc. Tường thì bể ẩm mốc, ố bẩn ta nói bám đầy trên tường và trần nhà, nói chung nó còn thua cái ổ chuột nữa! Nhà mình trả tiền full 3 đêm, nhưng đành chấp nhận bỏ tiền để chuyển khách sạn. Khách sạn đúng kiểu là dân lừa đảo luôn. Hình ảnh đăng khách sạn bóng loáng! Tới nơi nhận phòng sốc toàn tập, mà còn là khách sạn 3 sao nữa chứ. Lần đầu trong 35 năm cuộc đời đi các nơi mà gặp phải cái khách sạn ĐN tệ hại đến zậy! Mình vừa trả phòng xong là khách sạn chỉnh sửa báo booking là m chỉ ở 1 đêm và chỉ thu tiền mình 1 đêm, thật nực cười 😂chắc phải làm 1 cái email báo lên booking chứ không thể để 1 cái khách sạn ổ chuột này đi lừa nhiều người tới du lịch, ảnh hưởng đến ngành du lịch Đà Nẵng nói riêng và đất nước Việt Nam nói chung! Khuyên chân thành mọi người đừng book khách sạn này để mất tiền oan, chả khác nào bị tụi lừa đảo tiền phòng vậy

The size of the room was good and there was lots of storage space. Basic facilities but ok and clean enough.

The mattress was like sleeping on a wooden floor and the air con leaked water onto the floor. There is no pool that we saw and no breakfast available despite being advertised.

Comfortable room, nice hard bed, instant hot water. Clean and tidy!
