La vue est magnifique, l’appartement est très propre et agréable.

Il y a un réel problème avec l’eau qui, par moment ne coule pas du tout, et quand elle coule c’est seulement un filet d’eau qui en sort. on a eu de rare fois un bon débit. Aussi, le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas et ce n’était pas indiqué, c’était donc d’autant plus un problème avec le soucis du débit d’eau pour faire la vaisselle. j’ai essayé de contacter le propriétaire via booking qui ne m’a jamais répondu…

Le parking dans la cour devant la maison, la vue exceptionnelle et l'extrême propreté des lieux !

L'accès à la mer par le ponton ne devrait pas être mis en avant car se baigner à cet endroit n'est pas du tout intéressant et le chemin d'accès pas très "rassurant" avec des chiens errants qui sortent de la forêt (même s'ils n'étaient pas du tout agressif, en l'occurrence ce n'est pas top...).

The Location and the views are amazing.

There is too little dishes, glasses etc. we needed to constantly clean dishes by hand although it has a marvelous dishwasher, since the supply of kitchen amenities is very limited. Also, it is advertised as 3 people, but I would rather recommend two people. The person sleeping in the sofa barely got a simple blanket, no pillow or duvet, even after asking the host. The communication with the host was not so friendly and would expect improvement. The review is still good since it’s good value for money, but if could easily become a 10, if they improved with little things

Séjour très agréable, l'appartement est lumineux, bien équipé et très confortable. La vue est sublime et la piscine est très agréable (mais beaucoup de moustiques à l'extérieur)

The view is splendid and the decor is stellar. It offers modern facilities, with a touch of antique. The studio is perfect for an couple, offering a very intimate setting. We loved it.

The water pump was an issue. You have to open the tap of the bathroom sink for the shower to work properly, especially if you're using hot water. The sink in the kitchen also had this predicament. The toilet also lack a bidet sprayer, despite being mentioned in the facilities listed. Finally, the pool area could have been cleaned up better; it had dead cockroaches around, and the pool water needs to be tidied up too.

Value for money.

Wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer. Vom Bett aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Ganzes Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine u.s.w. Großer, offener Raum. Sehr einfacher Check-In und Check-Out mit Schlüsselbox. Top Lage um eine Katamaran-Tour zur Ile aux Cherfs zu unternehmen.

Der Ort ist (abgesehen von den Katamaran-Touren) nicht touristisch. Es gibt also keine Restaurants oder Supermärkte mit westlichem Standard. Lokale kleine Märkte sind aber durchaus vorhanden. Kein richtiger Strand an der Unterkunft, dafür muss man mit dem Auto etwas fahren. Aufgrund des Dachgeschosses ist die Wohnung sehr warm, mit AC und Ventilator aber okay.

Vue, piscine.

Dommage qu il n y ait pas de chambre, car il y aurait la place. Pas adapté pour une famille.

Bien placé pour aller à l’île aux cerfs (pour infos prenez les Navettes à pointe Maurice, 450Rs l’aller retour) La vue du balcon est très belle Appartement spacieux, bien équipé !

L’allée pour entrer pas facile à repérer mais c’est bien localisé sur Google maps !

The place was great beyond expectations. The position is fantastic as very central but also very quiet. The view is spectacular. The host left water, coffee and the loveliest tea selection for guests. We were very happy with our accommodation and would highly recommend it!

The sheets would have been better if they were cotton and a few more ceramic mugs

The property is incredibly located, from the apartment on the upper floor there is a beautiful view of the bay. Well equipped kitchen. House with potential.

No running water for about two days. Water leaks around the toilet bowl, apartment prepared for two people (towels, bedding), reservation was for three. Rubble and a pile of old boards with nails in the yard.

The Location of the property was great. The local town/village had everything you needed. The apartment was large and a great view of the harbour.

I don’t usually have any negative feedback for places. But, think I need to mention the following. Although there was air conditioning the A/C unit didn’t seem big enough for the large apartment. Maybe if there was a fan or two that would have made a big difference to create some air circulation and made the night a lot more comfortable. We were surprised to read in the handbook that the owner would charge for electricity once 10Kw had been reached per day! A little unfair as the A/C would use more than this if on all day n night! It was hot in this apartment!! Also, I thought the bedding (pillows) could do with being replaced. Did have a greasy head kinda smell. Not nice.

Lovely location and view. Spacious clean studio. Trou d'eau Douce is a great safe village with friendly folks. The Iles aux cerfs & waterfall are a must see, we went with Sirena Cruise who are right next to the villa. It was a really good day out. The Green Island restaurant is to be recommended. The entrance to the villa grounds looks like a grassy track so don't dismiss it as the entrance! We would return.
