Emplacement idéal pour aller à l'île au cerf. Vue sur le port.

L'appartement n'est pas très équipé. Les chambres ont beaucoup de moissisures suite à des infiltrations d'eau. La piscine et la cour ne sont pas entrenus.

L'emplacement dans un petit quartier tranquille avec toutes les commodités. La vue mer magnifique. Le personnel très accueillant à notre arrivée. L'équipement de l'appartement...

Magnifique vue de la grande terrasse, l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de supérettes, d'un distributeur ATM. Grandes chambres avec 2 douches et 3 wc. Très bien équipé avec machine à laver et lave vaisselle

View and swimming pool

We liked that it was spacious and had a pool and access to the sea. The kitchen was well equipped. The communication was smooth and nearby was enough stores and restaurants were reachable by walk.

Windows were not sound proof at all and when there was wedding at neighbors house, we could party with them. Also, the beds were quite squeaky and I would recommend to get better/darker hangers to the bedrooms as otherwise you have sunlight quite soon, although someone can appreciate it 😁

Jeden Morgen wacht man mit Blick zum Sonnenaufgang auf und schaut vom Bett aufs Meer...wirklich wundervoll. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man nur wenige Gehminuten von kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Vor dem Haus sind ausreichend freie Parkplätze vorhanden. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, daher sind keine Angaben diesbezüglich möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. 2 wirklich große Schlafzimmer mit Bad, ein Gäste WC, große Wohnküche und tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht sowie ein kleiner Balkon zum Parkplatz. Die Matratzen im Bett sind sehr fest, was keine Kritik ist, sonder eher eine Information für die eigene Liegevorlieben. Wir hatten tolle Tage dort und können es empfehlen.

Fijne ruime woning, ik denk dat er in totaal 3 appartementen zijn waarmee je het zwembad deelt. Heel ruim privé dakterras bij ons appartement. Het dorpje zelf is weinig te doen, paar lekkere restaurants op loopafstand en kleine supermarkten.

Výhled u bazénu, parkování u domu a čistota! Prostorný apartmán s dobrou lokalitou k odjezdu na lodní výlet.

Postele byly lehce proležené.

Logement très confortable, très spacieux et avec une vue magnifique! Bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, linge de maison..)

Tout s’est bien passé, attention juste à bien aérer entre les visites car nous avions une odeur pas terrible au niveau de l’évier en arrivant (partie après une nuit d’aération). Il serait également judicieux de mettre un panneau pour indiquer la résidence au niveau de l’allée, on la rate facilement. De même les indications fournies pour l’arrivée pourraient être un peu + précises (il y a plusieurs boîtes à clés et plusieurs étages) évidemment on s’en sort mais cela faciliterait l’arrivée (surtout si de nuit et après 11h de vol)

Amazing sea views and pool. Superb terrace at both the front of the property and the back. Great for those who want to sunbathe but also those who want the shade. Lovely place

Large balcony with ocean view and multiple en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen area.

The pool was a bit dirty and not completely full. It is on the seaside, but the stairs to the sea lead down to a concrete jetty and very rocky and unattractive part of the bay.

A little bit of maintenance can be done to improve overall impression.

A comparison. We rented 3 different apartments in Mauritius an this one rated second. A- 2 bedroom Condo -Villa Ibiza - for €300,10* for 3 nights in Troux d'Eau douce - rate 8. B- Ocean Point Beachfront Residences - Apartment A1 - for €287,28* for 3 nights in pointe aux piments - rate 11. C- Modern Apartment by the sea - for €328,17* for 4 nights in Tamarin - rate 6. *Prices include various discounts. They all rate great on indoor and outdoor space, facilities, equipment, WiFi, private parking, etc. This apartment (2 bedroom Condo -Villa Ibiza) is beautiful and located in a quiet spot facing the ocean. Close to the pier in Pointe Maurice to catch the water taxi to Ile aux Cerfs. Shops, small restaurants and a public beach are close The driveway entrance to the apartment is a bit hidden, so we missed it the first time. The ceiling leaked in a few spots. Nothing major, but the paint was flaking in the kitchen and it was slightly dripping in one of the bedrooms. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work. Besides this we loved staying here. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, functioning air-conditioning and two balconies so you can always avoid the winds or the hot sun. The ocean and bay view across the pool was spectacular.

Nice sea view n pool, quiet surrounding and pleasant staff. This is a large, spacious apartment with 2 balconies, a large garden n parking space. A comfortable apartment with all amenities. Very private place

The view was wonderful and the facilitiies great.
