位置不錯，在半山上影到對面教堂，只是我們7個人有少少細，可能4或5人住會比較好，車停在門口很方便。

Nice location, and spacious enough for 4 people. The amenities like the TV and washer and dryer are all relatively new and clean.

Recycling was hard to understand without the private message on Booking.com. a simple solution would be labeling the trash cans. Also, a bin for paper packaging was missing.

Siamo arrivati e non avevamo il code per entrare, la struttura non ce lo aveva mandato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per sapere il codice, altrimenti non saremmo mai entrati. WiFi non presente, abbiamo mandato un messaggio alla struttura per sapere se c'era, ed il codice per connetterci, non ci ha proprio risposto.

The room was warm and, above all, very clean. We usually take off our shoes indoors, and both the floors and the bedding were spotless. The hot water came out with consistent water pressure and a good flow. Each bedroom had its own heating as well. What was especially wonderful was the convenience of the location. Four different bus lines were available within about a five-minute walk. We visited during the aurora season with a small child, so we were worried about the cold and icy roads, but thanks to the buses we were able to go anywhere easily.

Some accommodations in Tromsø charge an additional fee based on the actual number of guests, even after you enter the number of people and see a price on Booking.com. This was also the case with this place. In France, where I live, the price is usually set per room and does not often change later depending on the number of guests, so this is something to be aware of.

Pulizia non adeguata e pentole tutte da cambiare. La posizione non centrale la rende un po’ scomoda soprattutto nella stagione invernale se sprovvisti di auto.

Everything was good except we had an unfortunate accident. My sister fell just in front of the door step due to the ice layers that were there were already there when we arrived at the property. She broke her ankle and we spent the night in the emergency room. Just a recommendation for the owner I would like to share, is to keep the wood parts in front of the door a bit cleaner or at least provide more tool and guidance on how to clean/mantain it, so that the ice doesn't accumulate there and becomes dangerous for the guests. I also messaged the owner privately but I haven't received any response. I believe this is not very professional. If someone would get injured on my property I would be worried and at least reply to check if everything is fine.

沟通需要加强，入住前一定要提前至少几天和房东沟通，房东基本不会时时沟通，入住当天我们和房东简单沟通了一下。之后再询问就是没有回复，等我们到了住处询问几点可以进，房间在哪，3个小时没有回复，实在熬不住天气太冷，带着孩子在冰天雪地的楼下门口等了一小时之后打车去市区吃饭了。等晚上再拖了2个大行李箱回来

The location is terrible — far from town and completely inconvenient. The room is at basement level, which feels uncomfortable and depressing. Cars driving past shine their headlights directly into the room through the window, making it impossible to rest properly. heater is not hot enough which is unacceptable, especially in winter weather. Overall, the accommodation is poorly designed, badly managed, and not suitable for guests, families, or anyone expecting basic comfort.

Ruim appartement, zeer gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van centrum en bushalte.

La ubicación no está en el mismo centro de la ciudad pero está cerca y el camino es muy bonito y disfrutable. Lugar muy cómodo para una familia.

Aunque el propietario era amable no tuvo mucha cercanía, parecía más bien una empresa careciendo de la hospitalidad que se le requiere a un particular, por ejm le preguntamos si habia algún super cerca y nos dijo que lo podíamos ver por Google, cosa que ya sabemos pero por tener una opinión o guía de los servicios en la ubicación del lugar.

地理位置虽然离市中心有一段距离，但走去市中心的路很好看；房屋很暖和，4个人住也不拥挤；厨房用品配备齐全，一起做了好吃的饭！

The sofa bed was very comfortable but it didn't stay in the right fixed position during the night. I recommend checking the added section of the sofa and its stability. Otherwise, all good

The location was good and the apartment was very neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay !

The location is excellent! The kitchen is good, but having a microwave would make it even better. The staff were very helpful—particularly the housekeepers who assisted us when our car wheels got stuck in the snow one morning. Additionally, my friend accidentally dropped their credit card in the accommodation, and the owner kindly kept it safe and returned it to us.

If you’re traveling in a large group (we were 7), be mindful of the hot water usage. The water tank is small (compare with other accomodation we stayed) and takes time to heat up, so some of us ended up having to shower with cold water.

The host - Tobias, was so nice, helpful and very prompt in answering all my queries. I could just message him and he will try to help and give advice. His place was lovely, spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking downtown which takes about 15 minutes in a leisurely walk. The sceneries were so beautiful. The place was also near a lake (5-7 minutes walk) which was frozen on our visit. Self check in and check out was very convenient. It was so nice to finally meet him and his pretty little daughter when we were about to leave. We had a fabulous holiday and got to see the Northern Lights twice on our tour. And doing the husky self drive was pretty awesome with breathtaking sceneries along tge way (better than our husky self drive in Rovaniemi, Finland). I highly recommend Tobias place. Also thank you Tobias for letting us leave our luggage on our last day for several hours before our evening flight.

The apartment was clean and nice. There were blankets and all the necessities needed for the stay.

Perfect location, views beautiful. Exceptionally clean. Communication with host was great. Comfortable and warm. Pretty much everything we needed. Parking for car outside, never had any issues.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The only thing that we probably missed was a microwave, but it wasn't a huge deal. It would have made things slightly easier with our fussy son.

The place is located very close to the airport. The apartment is nice and cozy with all the necessities. The host is friendly and very responsive!

I liked the general setup of the apartment and the kitchen had most things one needs (except for a microwave). As a sustainable conscious traveller I would have liked to receive information about disposable of garbage and how to dispose of recyclable waste at the start of the stay. The location is great with a direct bus to the airport or the city centre.

The apartment is not ideal for individuals who are light sleepers, like myself, due to poor noise isolation. Every step taken in the flat above is audible, and we were unlucky that the resident above us was very active during the night. I understand the owner of this flat may have limited control over the situation, but I wanted to bring this to attention for awareness.

Tobias is an excellent host, he ensured to answer all the questions that we had. Apartment had all the required amenities and more. Location is 15 minutes walking to city center.

Nice apartment, light (when the weather is good and you don't have polar night, I suppose), spacious. Very good location, you can easily walk to the centre or the lake Prestvannet. Possible to use dishwasher and washing machine.

The blinds could've been a bit darker (now that we have midnight sun), and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but okay.

I liked that it everything i needed for the week. As for utensils, plates, and most toiletries. i really enjoyed my stay there, the beds were clean and comfy. highly recommend.

Honestly not much to say but we could have used a microwave or toaster oven. Just something to reheat food quickly.

We would appreciate a hair dryer and a place to put a shower gel/shampoo in the shower cabin. Also, a microwave oven would be nice to have.
