En revanche l’odeur de la cigarette froide dans les chambres étaient très désagréable même les draps sentaient c’était vraiment pas top. /!\ pas de lit bébé non plus à disposition donc également si vous avez un enfant pas top !

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Do hotelu dotarliśmy bardzo późno, około 2:00 w nocy, ale zameldowanie w eleganckiej recepcji przebiegło błyskawicznie. Bardzo miłe panie nas przyjęły, a uprzejmy pracownik osobiście zaprowadził nas do pokoju na 5. piętrze. To, co zrobiło na nas największe wrażenie: Inteligentny system sterowania: Przy łóżku znajdował się elegancki, szklany panel z przyciskami, który był niesamowitym ułatwieniem. Można było z niego sterować światłem w całym pokoju (w łazience, toalecie czy na korytarzu) oraz automatycznie rozsuwać i zasuwać zasłony, nie wstając z łóżka. Prawdziwy „wypas”! Technologia i ładowanie: Przy każdym łóżku własna lampka oraz komplet gniazdek: tradycyjne, zwykłe USB oraz nowoczesne USB-C. W szufladach czekają nawet kable do telefonów, a telewizor i internet działają bez zarzutu. Serwis sprzątający na 6+: Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty. Codziennie wymieniana pościel oraz komplet ręczników (do rąk, twarzy i ciała). Każdego dnia dostawaliśmy też nowe kapcie jednorazowe, szczoteczki do zębów oraz uzupełniane kosmetyki (płyny do kąpieli, szampony). Okolica spokojna wszędzie restauracje gdzie można dobrze zjeść do centrum max 5 min Komfort i wyposażenie: Pokój przestronny, z osobną toaletą i łazienką oraz fajną toaletką. W pokoju czekał świetnie zaopatrzony barek (woda, Cola, Red Bull) oraz przekąski. Hotel dba o każdy detal i komfort gościa od pierwszej minuty pobytu. Jeśli szukacie miejsca z klasą, nowoczesną technologią i świetną obsługą – szczerze polecam!

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025It was our first visit to yiwu, but as soon as we got to the hotel, we were recieved with a nice warm cup of tea, and as much as we don't speak Chinese, the front desk team was always happy to guide and translate for us at all times, breakfast was wonderful too, we spent most evenings chilling at the warm lobby and looking at the street. We enjoyed our stay 10/10.

Due to these circumstances, I had to check out early and pay for the stay. However, I have not received any refund so far.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2025The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. We never had our requests turned down and were addressed very quickly and politely. The location is not bad at all, you are only 15-20minutes away from the city centre and the cheap taxi rides make it easier.
