Reviewed Aug 24, 2026A localização era excelente, próximo do centro histórico, restaurantes, etc. A pousada era muito agradável, o pessoal da limpeza foi muito atencioso e simpático. Nos auxiliaram sempre que precisamos. O anfitrião sempre atencioso, respondia rapidamente aos questionamentos. O apartamento era bom, apesar de um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas. os preços em Cartagena não são muito baratos, mas o alojamento apresentou bom custo-benefício, se comparado à outras opções.

La cama y las almohadas no eran muy cómodas. Indicaciones un poco confusas. No sabíamos el nombre exacto del edificio y eso dificultó identificarlo y encontrarlo.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Este alojamiento tiene una ubicación ideal para disfrutar de Ciudad Amurallada en Cartagena, está cerca de todos los atractivos turísticos, cerca hay una tienda donde venden lo básico, y hay un par de lugares para desayunar a unos pasos de este lugar.
Los vecinos son muy ruidosos, fueron noches un poco complicadas pues hubo demasiado ruido toda la noche, a pesar de que no está ubicado en una zona de mucho movimiento por las noches el ruido es demasiado molesto.

Solo hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, luego sales al baño y es un horno. Nos cambiaron la habitación de última hora por problemas con el aire acondicionado, no nos compensaron en nada por tener una habitación más interior. Y el edificio estaba vacío cuando estuvimos, pensamos que nos podrían haber ubicado en un sitio mejor. Las instalaciones ( suelos, ducha, baño)son antiguas.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Cartagena's nightlife. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with anything I needed. I especially appreciated the privacy during my stay — it was easy for the guests to come and go without any hassle, and I was never disturbed. The location is excellent, just 10-minute walk away from the clock tower square. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy Cartagena while staying in convenient location.
The listing gives the impression of a private apartment, but in reality it is more similar to a hostel. It is a house with a central courtyard and several rooms located on both the ground and upper floors. Unfortunately, the rooms are very worn down and need of significant maintenance. There were broken floor tiles, stained and damaged walls, old furniture, damaged electrical outlets, and some windows were missing glass panes. Several rooms also lacked reliable hot water. Sound insulation is virtually nonexistent, so noise from other guests and common areas can be heard very clearly. In the mornings, the courtyard became quite busy and noisy, making it difficult to sleep or relax. While the property offered a reasonable level of privacy during the nighttime hours, daytime privacy was limited due to the constant activity in the shared areas. The place may be suitable for travelers looking for a very basic budget stay, but it does not match the expectations of a private apartment and would benefit greatly from renovation and improved upkeep.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Après 1 nuit où nous avons été extrêmement déçus par le studio qui ne correspondait pas aux photos et aux descriptions, notre hôte à su repondre rapidement à nos demandes. Nous avons déménagés au même étage de l'immeuble dans un studio propre, bien équipé où tout fonctionnait bien. Nous avons apprécié le service laverie à disposition. Très bon emplacement dans la ville.
Énorme déception à notre arrivée. Mais dès le lendemain matin, après réclamation, tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Again you get what you pay, apartment is really simple, so i cannot complain for this. Consider bathrooms need an improvement they look not very taken care of. Wifi is great when it works but it goes off very often. I consider that inproving the bathrooms, painting the rooms, and maybe fixing the wife will rocket your apartment and you could charge more.
