Cozy bedroom in Lucan, Dublin

Un'esperienza che ci ha riservato una piccola sorpresa: non sapevamo che la stanza fosse all'interno della casa dei proprietari. Detto questo, l'accoglienza è stata comunque piacevole.

Have stayed here multiple times. Is always kept impeccably clean and tidy. Room is modern and comfortable. Highly recommended

Was not allowed to park outside property. Mattress was OK not super comfortable. No fan given during heat wave, only a small window to open

Беше изключително чисто и много тихо. Домакина беше много вежлива и внимателна. Гарата е на 8 минути пеша. Безплатния паркинг който е посочен в обявата е на гарата.

Аз лично не бих посетила отново, тъй като стаята е в жилището в което живее семейството и имат малко дете. На мен лично ми беше изключително неудобно от това, че те отстъпват своята баня. Другия момент е, че наблизо няма ресторант или магазин от където да си купиш храна. Най- близкото заведение е на 20 минути пеша. Когато си турист и не познаваш района би било добре да не изгубиш цялата вечер в търсене на подходящо място за вечеря.

Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber. Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass man mit den Gastgebern das Haus teilt, was für uns aber kein Ptoblem dargestellt hat. Die Privatsphäre wurde auf jeden Fall respektiert, wir sind den Gastgebern im Haus nicht begegnet. Wir hatten unser eigenes Bad. Das Zimmer ließ sich nur von innen verriegeln. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert.

Hosts did our laundry for us which was much aporeciated

Only two paper cups in room. One leaked ! Hard to enjoy drinks/coffee for two people for two nights? No milk. Just could have been a little better catered for, for travellers, in regard to a few small amenities. Hosts were friendly enough , had a young family and probably busy, but just felt they need to cater better for us people travelling. Location only a short distance to train station if you’re not wanting you stay in City.

Very clean room, nice service, very quiet area.

Room a bit small. Would be helpful to have any small fridge and add any shelf in bathroom. As we were in very hot days, I would suggest to have any fan as well.

La struttura era pulita.

La struttura è segnalata come vicina il centro ma senza auto con i mezzi ci vuole un ora e un quarto, e la sera dopo le 23 dovete per forza prendere uber e partono 40/50€ a tratta. La casa è abitata dai padroni che rischiate di incontrare quando entrate o uscite anche semplicemente per andare in bagno che non sta nella vostra stanza ma bensì fuori. Sono presenti due bambini piccoli che iniziano ad urlare al mattino prestissimo. Non solo di domenica il padrone di casa al mattino si è messo a tagliare l’erba. Nel bagno non ci sono prese di corrente. Il letto è piccolo e scomodo. Come ti muovi le molle ti entrano nella schiena.

Tiszta,rendezett szoba. A vendéglátó kedves és segítőkész volt. Csendes új építésű kertvárosi rész.

A leírásból nem derült ki,hogy a szállásadó is az épületben lakik illetve,hogy a szobához a fürdő nem közvetlenül tartozik,hanem külön helységben van. Egy mini hűtőnek esetleg is mikrónak is örültem volna,ha a felszerelés része.

Il letto molto comodo e le lenzuola pulite, il bagno anche molto pulito

Il getto della doccia flebile e rotto, non si teneva fermo il doccino. Ci ha dato solo due asciugamani grandi, direi che almeno quello per le mani poteva darlo. In bagno non ci sono prese, bisogna asciugarsi i capelli in stanza. La porta della camera non si chiude dall'esterno e soprattutto la moquette rende tutto "poco pulito". La finestra in stanza non si apriva e l'aria era un po' viziata.

Ottima posizione, ci vuole un po' per arrivare al centro di Dublino, ma basta prendere la linea G2 e si arriva senza fare scali. La stanza era molto accogliente, moderna, piccolina, ma compatta. Un suggerimento, dato che non tutti lo sanno, bisogna prendere l'adattatore poichè la spina è uguale al modello inglese. Il letto era comodissimo, abbiamo dormito una meraviglia. Il bagno era molto comodo, con acqua calda, forse per alcuni eccessivamente, ma, per quanto riguarda il mio parere, era perfetta. Omo e la sua famiglia sono stati incredibili, ci hanno concesso privacy, libertà e sono stati sempre disponibili per offrirci suggerimenti.

Come già detto, la stanza era piccolina, ma alla fine l'abbiamo usata solo per dormire. Il bagno, come si può intuire ed immaginare, non ha il bidet e questa è stata una grande scomodità. La posizione non essendo certamente quella ideale per spostarsi velocemente al centro di Dublino potrebbe essere un ostacolo o un punto debole della struttura. Nel complesso, però, abbiamo passato 4 giorni e mezzo con molta comodità e disponibilità.

Accueil froid, lit cassé et non confortable, ma femme est tombée malade à cause de l'attente de la propriétaire à l'extérieur pendant 2 heures alors qu'il faisait très froid, ce qui a gâché notre séjour, pas de chauffage dans la chambre malgré le froid ni dans la douche. La télévision sans aucune instruction pour trouver les chaînes, serviettes insuffisantes et emplacement chers et trop loin du centre, on devait prendre le train pour y aller. Adaptateur non fonctionnel vu les prises murales en Irlande ne sont pas compatibles avec nos chargeurs de France, nous étions obligés d'acheter un adaptateur , franchement 50€ largement suffisants pour ce type de chambre ,et non 100€ que nous avons payés.

Nie spodziewałam się, że jest to pokój w domu zamieszkanym przez rodzinę z dziećmi. Rodzina była bardzo miła, pomocna i bezproblemowa, natomiast przyjechaliśmy do pokoju późnym wieczorem i stresowaliśmy się, że możemy budzić dzieci wieczornym wyjściem na zwiedzanie, późną kąpielą.

The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean. Everything was great except that we didn’t have a proper locker on our door, just a latch. It doesn’t look reliable or safe.

Il bagno privato non è in camera, devi attraversare il corridoio e quindi potresti incontrare altre persone, non si chiude a chiave dall’esterno così come la camera, quindi non abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri effetti personali fin quando non siamo stati sicuri che non saremmo più usciti. Essendo una camera in un appartamento è molto rumorosa e siamo stati svegliati da dei bambini che erano nella stanza accanto.

El baño era de uso individual pero no estaba dentro de la habitación.

Habitación muy acogedora dentro de la vivienda del anfitrión y en primera planta con escaleras. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Con detalles como café y unos snacks que agradecemos mucho. Ideal para visitar Dublín ya que la estación de tren está muy cerca y se puede aparcar allí gratis.

Unterkunft in Privathaushalt mit Kind und Baby. Daher stets recht laut, wenig erholsam. Kein Parkplatz am Haus, mehrere Minuten Fußweg, dennoch unbeachtet Parkplatz in merkwürdiger Gegend.

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Camera curata e pulita, così come anche il bagno privato. Ottima posizione, in un nuovo quartiere per "famiglie" molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Stazione a 5 minuti a piedi, con treni per Dublino (raggiungibile 15/20 minuti) e grosso parcheggio.

The location was perfect for us (we were on the way to Galway and didn’t need to reach the city centre). The house was clean and completely new, really “cozy” according to its name. The host was so kind waiting for us for a late check-in around 10 pm.

La casa su due piani è recentissima e pulitissima. Host cortese.

La camera è al piano superiore dove ci sono anche le camere dei proprietari. Il bagno, privato, è nel corridoio. Ci sono due vie parallele praticamente identiche e anche i numeri civici si ripetono, quella della casa è la seconda. Il parcheggio è a 5 minuti a piedi. Sarebbe utile una mappa per raggiungerlo senza problemi. In Google Maps indicando la strada in auto ci ha fatto saltare l'entrata e per tornare indietro ci sono voluti 3 km. Non ci sono ristoranti in zona, bisogna prendere l'auto o, come suggerito dall'host, farlo consegnare e mangiare in camera.

Alles sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Man mietet sich hier quasi als Untermieter in das private Haus der Gastgeber ein und bewohnt 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Bad) der oberen Etage. Der Bahnhof ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt, nach 2 Stationen ist man mitten in Dublin.

Man kann das Zimmer nicht von außen verschließen

Camera molto carina e pulitissima. Il bagno è privato e si trova all'esterno della camera. L'unica pecca è che la camera non si può chiudere a chiave. La struttura è vicinissima alla stazione di Clondalkin Fonthill; prendendo da li il treno, in 20 min, si arriva alla stazione di Dublino. Basta organizzarsi con gli orari dei mezzi e il collegamento è ottimo!

Free parking was advertised but it was a few minutes drive to get there and the car was to be left in a railway station car park. This was isolated and I was worried about parking there.

Excellent location, close to the train station, very modern quiet and nice neighbourhood. The room and the bathroom were immaculately clean , the host was very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

Si bien era un baño exclusivo para nosotros, no estaba en la habitación.

Bardzo czysto, wszystko nowe. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie poza standardowymi godzinami. Gospodarz odpowiadający na bieżąco na wiadomości. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem od stacji kolejowej, gdzie też jest duży darmowy parking.

Nie jest to jakiś duży minus, jednak fajnie, jakby w łazience była jakaś półka, na którą można sobie odstawić kosmetyki lub inne rzeczy

Camera comoda, check in e check out molto semplice e immediato. Ben collegato al centro nonostante la distanza.

Extremamente limpo e cheiroso, ar condicionado na temperatura otima e o checkin foi tardio e a pessoa nos recebeu mesmo sendo tarde, sem problemas. Bem silencioso.

Não tem chave na porta do quarto, o que nos deixa inseguros de qualquer pessoa entrar quando não estivermos dentro. O banheiro é privativo, mas fica fora do quarto e o colchão é bem mole. As opções de ônibus sao poucas e a parada não fica muito perto.

The host was nice and was able to let us in late at night.

I did not know the layout of the place. It said private bathroom so I assumed it was attached to the room. This was not the case. It was in the hallway. I did not know that the hosts live in the place. I did not read the reviews, but I think this information should be put in the description.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Etwas außerhalb von Dublin, jedoch für uns perfekt. Eigener Parkplatz für Mietwagen war vorhanden. Zimmer sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung mit kleinen snacks. Eigenes schönes großes Badezimmer. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen auf dem Zimmer wurde gesorgt. Einchecken wie auschecken unkompliziert und einfach.
