A warning to guests: Simply the worst experience I've had in hundreds of bookings on here. The parking is NOT as simple as claimed. Only after paying do you get a message vaguely mentioning parking in certain slots to avoid clamping. These were all taken, and the hosts were totally rude disinterested in helping me. I spent two hours late in the evening finding a solution. Neighbours told me the hosts are 'a known problem'. The listing is inconsistent and misleading - only one of the rooms has a private bathroom. The shared bathroom is in terrible condition and constantly damp. The basin doesn't drain. The bedroom ceiling light didn't work. Old and dated linens. The general finish of the apartment is tired, v noisy and poorly maintained. Awful service and awful owners.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026La gentillesse du propriétaire au telephone. L'emplacement pratique avec la gare de tramway à 20mn a pied et le train à 6mn. Joli environnement, parc, canal. Épiceries et boulangerie très proches.
La propreté : beaucoup de poussière et saletés dans les coins. Douche très sale : mauvaise évacuation. Le bruit des installations : chasse d'eau, aération salles de bains, chauffe eau.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Nuestra habitación era muy ruidosa porque estaba justo al lado de un cuartillo con una especie bomba de presión que hacía mucho ruido cada vez que se abría un grifo o se tiraba de la cisterna del WC en la casa. Tampoco estaba muy limpio. Había polvo y pelos en los rodapiés, manchas en el suelo. Diría que llevan tiempo sin hacer una limpieza a fondo.

À mon arrivée, la propreté était décevante : j’ai trouvé des cheveux dans le lit, des poils dans la salle de bain et le ménage semblait insuffisant dans l’ensemble. j’ai découvert une punaise de lit après avoir été piquée à plusieurs reprises. J’ai contacté l’hôte immédiatement, mais aucune autre chambre n’était disponible. J’ai finalement quitté le logement en fin de matinée après avoir trouvé une solution. J’espère que le problème sera traité rapidement afin que cela n’arrive pas à d’autres voyageurs.

The apartment is nice and spacious, with everything you need for basic cooking. There is also a supermarket very close by that is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

L'annonce pour l'appartement mentionne qu'il comporte une cuisine commune mais ne précise pas que la salle de bain est également commune pour tous les locataires des 3 chambres. L'accès à l'immeuble nécessite de téléphoner quand on arrive sur place; ce qui n'est pas très pratique. Enfin, bien que le quartier semble calme à première vue, nous y avons entendu des cris d'enfants jusque tard le soir et avons été réveillés au petit matin par le jardinier de la copropriété.

Il n était précisé que la cuisine était partagée avec 3 co locataires. L annonce n est pas claire ,il faudrait indiquer : appartement avec 3 chambres , une salle de bain commune et wc pour 2 chambres et une chambre avec salle de bain et WC +cuisine salle à manger salon , balcon commun aux 3 chambres ...

El baño estaba atascado y costaba tirar de la cisterna. La ducha no regula bien el agua y sale caliente todo el tiempo, casi nos quemamos! El baño estaba sucio, salían pelos de la ducha!

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, alle wichtigen Infos gab es vorab. Wenn man außerhalb vom Zentrum unterkommen und in der Nähe vom Flughafen sein will, bietet sich die Unterkunft an. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein tolles Café (Baked&Botteled). Bett war bequem!
Das Badezimmer war extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Und die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Hinter dem Nachttisch fand ich ganze Haarbüschel, es war sehr staubig.

The apartment and bathroom was filthy. Smell of urine in bathroom and the shower was filthy. Bedroom dirty and grubby and skirting boards and window area filthy also. We didn't even sleep under the bed clothes, we lay on top of them. Hospital appointment was not until 9 am but we left the apartment at 7.30 am as it was just horrible and we wanted out.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The booking experience was seamless. The communication with the property owners was timely and informative. The check in process, using phone contact, was clear and straightforward. The facilities were standard and more than acceptable.
The apartment is located quite a way from the city centre in what is essentially a modern residential area. Fortunately, it is well served by public transport, or it is possible to take a long but pleasant walk to reach it along the canal. I only stayed one night, and the room was ideal for my requirements, but the shared nature of the other facilities might be somewhat problematic for a longer visit.

La propreté de la salle de bain. Bois vermoulu. Douche capricieuse ce qui pose pb qd on est savonné et que l'eau ne coule plus. Heureusement le propriétaire nous avait donné la solution. Ouverture du robinet, secouer la douche... Le pb est donc connu mais visiblement pas pris en compte !!! Nous avons passé une nuit avant d'aller à l'aéroport et nous n'en aurions pas passé plus. A déconseiller

Spacious kitchen, lounge bathroom and circulation space. Monolithic outside of apartment block hides a surprisingly beautiful central garden courtyard. Wasn't sure how to get to it but didn't try.
Walked a fair way from Ashtown station (as mentioned in App) only to discover there was another station much closer. (Can't recall name). When the toilet refills the sound in pipes is quite noisy. Not fault of host of course.

Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit en Irlande avant de reprendre l'avion au lendemain nous avons marché une vingtaine de minutes vers un super pub avec une superbe ambiance et très jolie décoration.
La tuyauterie très bruyante quand on tire la chasse d'eau ou se sert de l'eau.

The linen needed a bleaching, a couple of stains on sheets and pillowcase. The toilet wasn’t flushing until we sort of fixed it. The walls were pretty thin so we could hear the 2 other apartments movements. Could have used a fan.

Dušas neveikė sklandžiai. Jis buvo sugedęs, bėgo tik karštas vanduo, nesireguliavo. Ant plintusų sluoksnis dulkių, spintoje irgi. Pagalves reikia keisti, jos praradę formą.

Tous se passe par whatsapp, j'envoie un message de remerciement pour dire que je suis rentré en remerciant, aucun message en retour. Douche qui fonctionne mal, propreté à revoir, un oiseau mort sur le balcon (pas récent) pas de rideaux occultant à la fenêtre. Besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement dans cet appartement. J'ai fait 6 logements avant celui-ci pour notre voyage. Heureusement que ce n'était pas le premier, sinon je repartais direct lol.

toujours très agréable d'arriver dans un logement ou l'on a oublié de faire la chambre (photos jointes). nous sommes arrivés à 20h40 !, nous appelons le gérant pour lui signaler le problème à 20h50, il arrive à 21h20 en s'excusant , nous avons pu profiter de la chambre à 21h50. petit bonus , je défie quiconque de régler le température de la douche , accrochez vous le réveil va ètre chaud. impossible d'avoir de l'eau autre que bouillante, donc douche inutilisable.

The bathroom and kitchen were a disaster. Most of the dishes put away were dirty, the pans were filthy and the shared area was always dirty from previous people using it. The bathroom was the same story. Hair everywhere, people leaving their stuff behind, full trashcan for days. I am aware it is a shared space but the owner should make more effort in maintaining it. As a conclusion to our stay, the key box where the key was supposed to be picked up and left was missing the day of our check out, with no new instructions from the owner to us, nor the confused guests wanting to check in looking for them.

Très excentré du cœur du Dublin, mais c'est également la logique même du produit. Le coût répond à ce défaut.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, gute Verbindung an Bus und Bahn in die Stadt, aber auch reichlich Parkplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Unterkunft selbst, gibt es alles was man braucht, sogar Hygieneartikel im Bad.
Etwas schwierig und verwirrend die Schlüsselbox zu finden, ebenso war die Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend, vor allem in der Küche. Vermutlich liegt das jedoch an den anderen Mitbewohnern, da man Geschirr etc. selbst spülen muss.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Wir haben hier eine Nacht als Stop-over nach der Anreise verbracht. Flughafennähe, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und dank vorab geschickter, bebilderter Anleitung war das Einchecken auch zu später Stunde eigenständig möglich. Die Umgebung ist eine relativ ruhige Wohngegend, ein Aldi ist in der Nähe und ein nettes kleines Café Marmalade bot gutes Frühstück und sehr guten Kaffee. Die Innenstadt kann man mit Bus & Bahn erreichen, wir haben Uber benutzt.
Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen

De rest. Oud, niet heel schoon en het ergste, we hadden een kamer met badkamer geboekt en er kwam geen druppel water uit de douche, de beheerder die eerder nog bereikbaar was reageerde niet op het bericht dat de douche het niet deed dus 3 dagen niet kunnen douchen.
