There was nothing wrong with the property in general, but it was absolutely overpriced. It is a nice, renovated, and clean place, but with this price (84€/night) I expected some amenities. However, the place is absolutely basic. The apartment is located in a semi-basement, there are no real windows, the couch was sagged, no coffee table, no bedside tables, cheapy plastic dining table, cheapy chairs and utensils, no full-length mirror, and just a bottle of water to offer. No sense of luxury at all. Quiet neighborhood though. So, all and all, there is no value for money, but if you don’t have any other option, it’s fine.

Appartement propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour un city trip d'un jour ou deux pour une personne ou un couple.

Il est en demi-sous-sol. On entend le bruit de la rue, mais c'est une rue calme. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de lumière naturelle.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και εύκολη πρόσβαση στην περιοχή που ήθελα. Εξαιρετική καθαριότητα και ήσυχη περιοχή. Μόνο μείον είναι ότι το διαμέρισμα είναι ημιυπόγειο με ένα μοναδικό παράθυρο στο πεζοδρόμιο το οποίο δεν ένιωθα ασφαλής να ανοίξω ούτε το εξώφυλλο να μπει φως.

Είχε δυο κλιματιστικά τα οποία άναβαν όλο το βράδυ στο ζεστό και δεν ζεστάθηκε ο χώρος Έχει καλοριφέρ τα οποία δεν δουλεύουν Οι πορτες δεν ήταν ασφαλείας ειδικά η πίσω που έβγαινε σε ακάλυπτο χώρο Είχε μηχανή γαλλικού χωρίς φίλτρα και χωρίς καφέ Το θερμοσίφωνο μας είπαν 25 λεπτά είναι αρκετά αλλά θέλει 1 ώρα να ζεσταθεί το νερό

Κρεβάτια μικρά,υπόγειο χωρίς να το ξέρουμε πολύ λίγο,φτωχο κλπ

Δεν επαρκεί η θέρμανση από τα aircondition ειδικά στο χώρο σαλόνι κουζίνα . Το ζεστό νερό τελείωσε πολύ γρήγορα .

I loved the location—just a stone's throw from central Athens. The owners provided precise and detailed instructions for getting into the apartment. And it was spotlessly clean! The owners thought of everything down to the last detail! Everything you need (iron, ironing board, dryer, washing machine capsules, coffee, water, toiletries in the shower) was in the apartment.

Περίμενα από τις 12πμ τον κωδικό για την θυρίδα. Είχα μιλήσει την ίδια μέρα της άφιξης τηλεφωνικά. Θα με ενημέρωναν δεν έγινε ποτέ. Πήγε 4μμ που ήταν το check in και περιμέναμε από έξω στην σκάλα 2 ώρες για να μας στείλουν κωδικό για την κλειδώθηκε. Φυσικά αφού δύο ώρες έκανα αμέτρητα τηλέφωνα και sms για να καταφέρουμε να μπούμε στις 6 μμ. Απαράδεκτη κ απίστευτη ταλαιπωρία. Μέσα ο χώρος καλός αν εξαιρέσεις ότι είναι ημιυπόγειο κ αποπνικτική υγρασία στο χώρο. Θα πρέπει απαραίτητος να βάλουν αφυγραντηρα. Σχέση τιμής του καταλύματος υπέρ εκτιμημένη. Ένα παράθυρο μόνο στην κρεβατοκαμαρα θεα το πεζοδρόμιο με πόδια να περνάνε.

Είναι ημιυπόγειο οπότε δεν είχε και καλό σήμα

Πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχη τοποθεσια

The apartment was very clean and felt almost brand new — recently renovated with bright white tiles and modern finishes. Even though it's a semi-basement, it was surprisingly bright and pleasant to stay in.

I had a medical appointment and accidentally left the key inside the clinic. Unfortunately, I was one of the last people there, and when I returned to get the key, the clinic was already closed and wouldn't open again until 6:30 the next morning. When I contacted the host, they said they'd check about spare keys, but the only solution offered was to send a locksmith — and if the key was lost, I would have to pay €250 to replace the lock. I was surprised there was no spare key available. If two people are staying at the apartment, it doesn't make sense to have only one key. This situation caused a lot of stress during my stay, and I think better planning around spare keys would really help future guests. Also, just something to note: you can hear everything from the next room, and there's a shared switch for the water heater in a small space between the two rooms, which both sides can access — not a big issue, but something to be aware of.

The overall was good and very value for the price very clean

It just needs a table at the sofa

The apartment was very clean , perfectly located and had all the necessary equipment .

Check -in time was a bit too late ( 4 pm)

The apartment is clean, the materials are luxurious. Parking lot, curbside.

The convertible seat is a little uncomfortable.
