Non è la prima volta che visito questo hotel. Ho richiesto la camera a un piano alto e sono stato accontentato. La struttura è estremamente accogliente. Il personale gentile. La colazione ottima. La piscina sul tetto con vista panoramica sulla città è straordinaria. L'hotel è in una zona elegante di Atene, molto vicino alla metro di Panormus.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Elke avond komen ze langs of je nog Nespresso cupjes wilt, of thee of wat dan ook. De zonnebedjes en zwembad waren fantastisch. Bus voor de deur en metro dichtbij die naar het vliegveld gaat.

La TV no tenía nada en español, solo una cadena pueblerina desconocida.

A dolgozók nagyon figyelmesek, kedvesek. Minden szuper volt. A medence is fantasztikus. A reggeli választékos. A szobák szépek, a felszereltség is nagyszerű. Csendes szobák.

View was amazing. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was delicious too.

Found out when we checked in and only 1 adult and 1 child were allowed per room. Had to add an additional $150 that I was not expecting to pay. I was going to pay for an additional bed, but wasted my money on another room.

Gute Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal in der Empfangshalle, am Frontdesk eher zu kühl. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Kommunikation/ Missverständnisse bzgl. eines Parkplatzes für einen Mini-Bus/ Van, der angeblich reserviert und im Preis enthalten war und dann separat bezahlt werden musste führte zu unangenehmen Diskussionen. Im Frühstücksraum wirkte es durch zu viele Gäste auf zu wenig Raum sehr stressig.

We had a really nice room and bathroom. The pool area was amazing, with great service. All the food we ate at the hotel was fantastic (we only had pool snacks).

The door in our bathroom was broken. They tried to move us for maintenance but tried to put us in a worse room. On the last day, some of the staff were very rude and tried to limit access to our bags (we just wanted so we could to get changed before the airport). This was only the last day, so maybe it was just an off day.

O pequeno-almoço é excelente, com uma enorme variedade e produtos sempre frescos. A piscina no rooftop é fantástica e proporciona uma vista magnífica sobre toda a cidade. A comida servida no restaurante do rooftop é igualmente excelente, sempre bem confecionada e preparada com ingredientes de grande qualidade. Destaco ainda a simpatia, o profissionalismo e a atenção de toda a equipa do hotel, que tornaram a experiência verdadeiramente excecional.

At President Hotel, you’re in for a genuinely wholesome hospitality experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for the number of guests they accommodate, and the bathrooms were equally generous in size. The location was the icing on the cake. The hotel sits right at the intersection of two of Athens’ main avenues, making it incredibly convenient for getting around—whether it’s a quick taxi ride straight into the city centre or an easy journey to the airport when it’s time to leave. And finally, the rooftop restaurant and pool were the cherry on top, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Athens atmosphere from above.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gehobener Service und außerordentliche Freundlichkeit! Alles hat super gepasst, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, immer hilfsbereit, ein Hotel der alten Schule mit moderner Ausstattung! Man hat uns immer die Tür aufgehalten, die Koffer wurden hochgetragen, ich kann es nur empfehlen und wenn wir noch mal nach Athen kommen, gerne wieder dorthin. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, gegenüber Cafes, ein Kiosk und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe rechts die Straße runter ca. 200 m. Bis 23.30 hat die Küche oben offen, echt super und der Pool hat eine 360 Grad Aussicht.

Vielleicht vorher über den Liegenservice informieren, aber das hat ja alles bestens geklappt und der Pool könnte gerne die ganze Nacht offen sein, wird um 19 Uhr geschlossen, ist aber wohl eine Regel vom Land Griechenland, weil es woanders auch so war

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und einer großen Auswahl beim Frühstück. Besonders schön ist der Rooftop-Bereich mit Pool, Restaurant und einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Auch der Lobby- und Lounge-Bereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass es vom Hotel keinen direkten Zugang zur Tiefgarage gibt und man dafür kurz nach draußen gehen muss. Die Garage selbst ist aber sehr gut, geräumig und sicher. Auch die nächste Metrostation ist nicht direkt beim Hotel, sondern etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt – bei der Athener Sommerhitze können sich diese 10 Minuten durchaus etwas länger anfühlen. 😄

- solides Buffet - schöner Pool und Aussicht (10€ mind. Bestellwert an der Bar um die Liegen den Tag zu nutzen) - relativ ruhig (Zimmer hinten zur Seitenstraße raus) - gute Lage (sicher, viele Läden, nah an der U-Bahn)

- das Badezimmer hatte viele Macken und war etwas schmutzig - das Zimmer roch nach Zigarettenrauch und Chemie (ging weg wenn die Klimaanlage kurz an war) - stinkende Baustelle vor dem Essenssaal

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any issues we had. Rooms were cleaned every day. We really enjoyed the roof top pool, the view of Athens from there was amazing! We managed to get an adjoining room with our children so that we had a good amount of space. Breakfast was very generous with a wide range of both hot and cold options.

We had an issue with our air conditioner which stopped working over night. As we were there in August, it got very hot. However, the staff were very quick to respond. The room had a safe but this was very small, so could only fit our passports in there. The hotel has two restaurants which we visited the first night of our arrival. The food was nice but not authetic Greek food. The pool was very refreshing but also quite deep, not ideally suited for young children.

Roof terrace and breakfast were very nice. It's a very convenient location, but you might need a 5 euro taxi to get to the Parthenon.

Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή.

Στις παροχές γράφατε οτι θα είχε παντόφλες αλλά τίποτα. Για εμένα θεωρώ απαράδεκτο ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο να γράφει ΄΄με θέα στην πόλη΄΄ και να εννοεί τον ακάλυπτο της απέναντι πολυκατοικίας. Το πάρκινκ έπρεπε να ήταν δωρεάν για τους πελάτες. Τα ασανσέρ δεν θα έπρεπε να είναι σύμφωνα με τις νέες προδιαγραφές και΄΄αθόρυβα΄΄.;Καίτοι μεγάλος μπουφές δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένος διότι ότι πήρα στο πιάτο μου στίς 8.00 ω ήταν κρύο.

Good central location fantastic view from the pool area.

I am Greek so there was no need for Athens sightseeing and we only had one night. I especially booked this hotel for the swimming pool, so that we spend a few hours before our boat. When I arrived the pool was fully booked so we could not go. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. Given the size of the hotel they should do something to accommodate more guests in that area. We cannot pay and not be able to enjoy all the facilities.

Great experience! Clean hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Athens. I was also given a complimentary room upgrade, which I really appreciated. Great value for money, and the on-site parking is a big plus, even though it comes at an extra charge. I would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of choices for breakfast. Location is not central. There is buses & tram station to get into the centre or 1/2 hour walk. Staff and reception went above and beyond to assist.

The hotel, facilities, room, and breakfast were amazing for a summer holiday with my family. The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooftop swimming pool was simply fabulous. We didn’t want to leave the hotel!

The penthouse service was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel experience. The staff seemed to be a bit lost and would take a long time to serve us or even bring the menus.

Το air-condition πρέπει να δουλεύει 24ωρες το 24ωρο για να είναι άνετη η θερμοκρασία μέσα στο δωμάτιο, το παράθυρο αναγκαστικά κλειστό λόγω θορύβου με αποτέλεσμα η ατμόσφαιρα στο δωμάτιο να είναι ξηρή. Τη 2η μέρα διαμονής το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε όλη μέρα, οι κάδοι γεμάτοι. Αργά το απόγευμα μας έδωσαν πακέτο πετσέτες μόνο σώματος έλειπαν προσώπου Δώσαμε τις χρησιμοποιημένες πετσέτες και τα σκουπίδια του κάδου Για το καλάθι της τουαλέτας ούτε συζήτηση... Προφανώς λόγω ημέρας (Κυριακή) και μεγάλου φόρτου εργασίας Επιπλέον παρά το γεγονός ότι ζητήσαμε early check in στις 13:00 το οποίο δεν ήταν εφικτό δεν ενημερωθηκαμε ποτέ ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν έτοιμο στις 15: Just good enough 00

Prachtig hotel met beveiligde parking en nabijgelegen metro naar het centrum van Athene en vele andere bestemmingen. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi groot zwembad met aangename ligzetels en gratis handdoekenservice. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt in mooie grote ruimte. Mooie ruime kamers met dagelijks onderhoud.

Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk! Fijne kamers, goede bedden. Soepele communicatie. Het ontbijt was heerlijk: groot assortiment en lekker.

Jammer genoeg waren er geen zakjes borrelnootjes of chips in de minibar. Verder hebben niks te klagen!

Très bel Hotel décoré avec gout et a 8 min a pied de la station de metro, idéal pour visiter Athenes. Personnel très agréable, chambre très propre et calme.

Nous avions réservé pour la piscine qui s’avère payante si on veut un bain de soleil, et aucune ombre car pas de parasols, seuls deux sièges a l’ombre. Autant dire qu’intenable en Aout.

Parfait hôtel pour une halte ou quelques jours à Athènes, les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel. La piscine sur le rooftop est superbe avec la vue sur Athènes et le restaurant du rooftop très bien également.

Πολύ άνετο στρώμα. Μεγάλη ποικιλία στο πρωινό. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση σε δωμάτιο των επάνω ορόφων, με δωρεάν πρωινό χωρίς να το ζητήσουμε.

Το ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο δεν έκανε καλή ψύξη.

It was an extremely nice and polite staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. All the facilities are in great condition. Roof top bar and pool is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Ho prenotato una stanza facendo mesi prima la richiesta di avere un piano alto con una bella vista sulla città. Lo staff mi ha risposto che sarebbe stato lieto di esaudire questa mia richiesta. All’arrivo ci avevano assegnato una camera piccola al 2• piano. Con la vista sulla facciata di un palazzo orribile. Quando l’ho fatto presente alla reception mi hanno risposto che per le camere ai piani alti c’era un sovrapprezzo di 40€ al giorno. Anche se Hotel molto bello non ci tornerò mai più solo per il trattamento e farò una recensione molto negativa sullo staff e su chi gestisce le prenotazioni. GLI ADDETTI ALLE PULIZIE ECCEZIONALI E CORTESI ✨ erano il punto forte infatti abbiamo lasciato la mancia.

Blattes et cafards dans la chambre !!!!!!! Mais dès le problème signalé ils nous ont changé de chambre et heureusement! Manque de communication envers les clients : pour la piscine : un jour pas besoin de payer les transats et un autre jour ils nous disent qu’il faut payer pour s’installer… que tout le personnel accorde leurs violons pour que le client comprenne.

Όσοι δούλευαν στο ξενοδοχείο, από τη κοπέλα που καθάριζε τα δωμάτια, μέχρι τον τεχνικό και οι νεαροί που βοηθούσαν με τις βαλίτσες, ήταν απίστευτα εξυπηρετικοί. Ο πρωϊνός μπουφές ήταν πλούσιος. Υπήρχε ναυαγοσώστης στη πισίνα.

Όταν φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιό μας πολύ αργά το βράδυ το κλιματιστικό δεν δούλευε καλά. Με τη θερμοκρασία στους 20 βαθμούς ζεσταινόμουν. Το τηλέφωνο στο δωμάτιο δεν δούλευε. Έστειλαν αμέσως τεχνικό, που δεν μπορούσε να λύσει μόνος του το πρόβλημα (ήταν αργία). Ο τεχνικός κοίταξε όμως το κλιματιστικό και διαπίστωσε ότι το φίλτρο ήταν βρόμικο και το καθάρισε, και υπήρξε άμεση διαφορά. Όταν πλυθήκαμε το νερό δεν έφευγε γρήγορα και χρειαζόταν να κλείνω το νερό κάθε λεπτό για να μην πλημμυρίσει το μπάνιο. Πιστεύω ότι με τη τιμή που πληρώνει κάποιος για τη διαμονή θα έπρεπε να καλύπτεται η ξαπλώστρα γύρω από τη πισίνα, και όχι να πληρώνουμε 10 ευρώ ανά 4 ώρες.

There is this fabulous bakery and patisserie across the street. It’s close to the metro and some good restaurants near Panormou Station.

Our toilet was broken for the entire duration of our stay. It was never fixed. The elevators are extremely old, small, loud, and rickety. You were never sure if you were going to get to your floor. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. A good vacuuming would go a long way.

Il parcheggio è solo per auto e non per moto, nonostante gli abbia chiesto con mesi di anticipo il parcheggio e dopo che mi avevano risposte affermativamente, all'arrivo l'amara sorpresa
