Sehr schönes, modernes kleines Hotel mit direkter Strandlage. Kaffeepulver, Tee, Wasser gibt es in jedem Zimmer. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Man muss am Vortag Bescheid geben, was man frühstücken möchte. (Western/Singhalesisch). Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Safe vorhanden. Der Pool könnte etwas größer sein.

Everything was fantastic! Great location next to the ocean and beach, large and clean rooms, and a lovely pool area. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful especially manager Rajitha, making sure we had everything we needed or even more. We also loved the room view, the comfy bed, and the ideas to organize activities for guests. Breakfast ok. Would definitely come back!

A few areas of improvement for the future: After an overnight flight, we were hoping for some flexibility with an early check-in, especially since the hotel did not seem fully occupied. Finally, please pay more attention to the quality and cleanliness of the towels, as their appearance was a bit disappointing.

Pretty disappointed, given the price I was expecting more. Rooms with no curtains, ac that smelt of mould that haven’t been cleaned. Unfinished balcony ledge. The manager was also very pushy with trying to get me to use services of the hotel. Power kept going off. Dogs barking throughout the night.

The room was compact yet beautifully designed, offering great comfort. The pool in the front garden was a relaxing highlight, complete with loungers right in the pool area for ultimate chill time. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond— a hotel employee even drove us via tuk-tuk service to the turtle farm and herbal garden, which was a thoughtful touch. Food was exceptional and the sea views were absolutely breathtaking.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating of any requests. They provide a good breakfast and a complimentary tuk tuk service which is very nice. The property is located on the beachfront which is lovely.

The towels and bedsheets definitely need replacing as they were stained when we checked in, for the price of the stay this to me is almost unacceptable. The location is quite far from the main town of hikkaduwa. Finally, the pillows are just way too firm making them quite uncomfortable in my opinion (I guess this is personal preference though)

Location was perfect by a silent beach, not too far away from the restaurants and shops. Free tuktuk to downtown was great. Wonderful views from all the rooms.

The service was fluctuating. We had 4 rooms with our group for five nights. Every morning someone missed some item that had been ordered for breakfast. Also the breakfast was served usually very slowly. The room service bills must be checked since there were items that we had not ordered. The welcome drinks and fruits delivered to our rooms were also invoiced although we taught it was a free welcome gesture.

Kleines Hotel direkt am Strand. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Frühstück inklusive, kostenlose TukTuk-Hinfahrt inklusive (leider nicht für die Rückfahrt nutzbar). Ideal für entspannte Tage.

Jeden Abend muss das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag ausgewählt werden, kommt aber fast nie wie bestellt – dadurch wirkt das Ausfüllen des Formulars unnötig. Das Personal ist grundsätzlich freundlich, der Service jedoch sehr langsam. Das Badezimmer ist extrem feucht, was teilweise zu Kakerlaken führt. Der Pool ist nicht einladend. Die Strandliegen wurden nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen aufgestellt – einmal wegen eines kleinen Sees am Strand verständlich, am nächsten Tag war der Strand jedoch trocken, trotzdem mussten wir wieder mehrfach nachfragen.

Right on the beach, nice pool on ground floor, one on level 1 was about 18 inches deep and 1 metre wide - ok to sit in but cant really swim in it - I did try though. Room and bed is comfy, clean and I had a sea view ground floor room so I could be in bed and look out at the sea. Note the sea at this point of the beach isn't really safe to swim in due to currents and surge, but there is a red flag to remind you of this. Staff were great, though you do have to ask for room to be cleaned, but we found this pretty normal in Sri Lanka - don't expect it - ask for it. They offer a free tuk tuk to get you into town and you get your own one back. It's only a couple of minutes to town but having this service really makes a difference. There's a small supermarket about 2 minutes walk - recommend getting stuff there rather than in town - the price difference is quite something. We only had breakfast but that was ample amounts and nice. Lovely hotel.

Die Lage ist super ruhig und an einem nicht überlaufenen Strandabschnitt. Der Meerblick ist wirklich schön. Einmal pro Tag kann man sich kostenfrei ins Zentrum ins Zentrum bringen lassen.

Das Hotel hat leider keinen Charme. Es wirkt alles sehr kühl und distanziert. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse wirklich nicht gut! Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Prei-Leistung passt hier leider gar nicht. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Pobyt w BK Beach Boutique Hotel był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Spędziliśmy tam 3 noce i wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje bardzo czyste, komfortowe i zadbane. Jedzenie absolutnie pierwsza klasa — świeże, pyszne i pięknie podane. Zdecydowanie jedna z najlepszych kuchni, jakie mieliśmy podczas podróży. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, a sam hotel ma spokojny, butikowy klimat idealny na wypoczynek. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie i z czystym sumieniem polecamy to miejsce.

Keine Kaffeeauswahl, Bar ab 9 pm leer und nicht besetzt, zu teuer bei 180 Dollar pro Nacht. Plus 10 Prozent VAT war bei der Buchung nicht erkennbar. Kostenloser transfer zum Flughafen bei längerem Aufenthalt wird nicht durchgeführt.

Absolut großartiges Hotel, tolle Lage, mega sympathisches Personal alles in allem perfekt. Ich werde definitiv wieder zurück kommen

Wir haben das Hotel am Ende unserer 4 wöchigen Rundreise als besonderen Abschluß gebucht. Fragen wir mit dem positiven an, Die Zimmer waren schön, mit einem Kühlschrank. Jedes Zimmer hatte am Strand 2 Liegen und es gab Strandhandtücher. Auch im Bad gab es kleine und grosse Handtücher. Der Strand vor dem Hotel war schön, in Laufweite nette Strandrestaurants.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 3 im EG. Da hat es laut gebrummt, was vor allem nachts störend war. Nach unserer Beschwerde, kamen Handwerker, das Brummen war danach nicht weg, nur anders. Nach 2 Nächten durften wir ins Zimmer 1, ohne Brummen umziehen. Das Frühstück musste man am Tag vorher bestellen, mit Uhrzeit. Es war wenig abwechslungsreich und recht lieblos gerichtet. Da hatten wir in Sri Lanka wesentlich bessere Frühstück in günstigeren Unterkünften. Die Zeit war auch eher unbedeutend, den obwohl reichlich Personal da war hat nur ein junger Mann bedient, die anderen waren freundlich lächelnd mit Ihrem Handy beschäftigt, also konnte es auch mal ne halbe Std gehen bis das Frühstück kam. Die Dusche hatte keine Duschwand, das erwarte ich bei dem Preis und das Wasser wurde nach 5 min lauwarm. Der Meerblick ist im EG auch wenig vorhanden. Man sieht auf den Frühstücksbereich und in der Mitte ein bißchen ans Meer. Wir hatten eine Portion Pommes, um diese zu bezahlen musste extra abends der Manager kommen. Das anwesende Personal durfte nicht kassieren Die Pommes kosteten 1500 Rupien, beim bezahlen kam noch irgend ne Steuer drauf und dann waren es 1860 Rupien. Das gehts mir nicht ums Geld sondern ums Prinzip. Alles in allem stimmt für uns das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Wir haben pro Nacht 130 Dollar gezahlt. Übrigens auch zu zahlen gleich bei dr Ankunft beworben man das Zimmer gesehen hat.

Place seemed a bit understaffed. Staff not really around. Had to wake someone up to serve us breakfast which we’d pre booked at 730 and was then cold. Free tuktuk into town stops at 830 and will only take you less than 5 k so wouldn’t take us to restaurant which was 5.8k away! Didn’t offer to book us one which we’ve experienced elsewhere. Expensive for what it was but that might be area.

Kein Wasserdruck, duschen war eine Herausforderung - langsames Personal, Frühstück hat 1,5 std gedauert, weil alles in Einzelschritten nachgebracht wurde - nur Männer (auf Sri Lanka wohl üblich) - keine Sauberen Handtücher alle hatten Flecken.

They really need to invest in new linens. All towels and sheets were stained. Pillows were hard and flat. Breakfast was standard but they need to offer real coffee and espresso.

Excelente hotel que por su tamaño (9 habitaciones) proporciona una atención y exclusividad muy altas. El desayuno, que se selecciona el día anterior existiendo opciones europeas o locales, es estupendo con zumos naturales y todo lo que se necesita para empezar bien el día. La playa tiene tumbonas propias con toallas proporcionadas por el hotel. Es estupenda, poco concurrida, perfecta para dar paseos y disfrutar de las puestas de sol. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño con una terraza excelente. La limpieza es muy buena. La cama es cómoda y el aislamiento acústico permite un completo descanso. No está en el mismo Hikkaduwa, lo que lo considero otro punto fuerte por ser más tranquilo. El hotel proporciona de forma gratuita servicio de tuk tuk de ida en un radio de 5 km. Por último, lo más reseñable aparte de todo lo anterior es el excelente equipo humano que está continuamente pendiente de cualquier cuestión que se necesite, atentos, profesionales y muy amables. En definitiva es una opción altamente recomendable si te alojas por esta zona.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem sehr ruhigen Strandabschnitt etwas ausserhalb von Hikkaduwa. Sie bringen dich dafür kostenlos mit dem Tuktuk in die Stadt.

Charmantes Boutique-Hotel direkt am wunderbaren, langen, feinsandigen Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war grossartig und ausreichend, man konnte es am Vortag selber auswählen und als Bestellung aufgeben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt. Wir haben nur einmal am Abend vor Ort gegessen, das war hervorragend.

Hotel avec Chambre de taille moyenne mais agréable, bien équipée, avec balcon donnant sur les cocotiers et la plage. L'hotel propose un service de TUKTUK FREE et pour le coup, c'est vraiment très agréable. Petit déjeuner assez copieux, donné sur la terrasse au pied d la plage. Nous y étions durant le typhon. L'hôtel profite encore d'une belle belle plage, il est agréable comme son environnement direct : plage propre, absence de plastique. C'est un endroit avec un bon rapport Q/P sur cette plage qui pour d'autres endroits (ressautant ou hotel) n'existe plus!

Peut être améliorer la partie terrasse et un peu le ménage mais je suis exigeante, alors çà ne compte pas.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, hat einen netten Pool und liegt direkt am Strand. Baden ist dort nicht möglich aber zum entspannen stehen Liegen und Schirme bereit.

Zum ersten und einzigen Mal in Sri Lanka haben wir uns nicht Willkommen gefühlt. Abgesehen davon, dass das Personal ungeschult und chaotisch war, hat uns der Rezeptionist, auf die Bitte hin ins Zentrum gebracht zu werden (mit dem kostenlosen Tuk Tuk Service), angelogen - Der Fahrer sei gerade nicht da. Wir konnten aber sehen, dass dieser im Nebenraum saß und offenbar gerade keine Lust hatte. Auf Nachfrage sprang dann ein Kellner als Fahrer ein welcher eindeutig nach Alkohol roch. Der Rezeptionist und der Fahrer waren auch davor - selbst gemessen an Wiener Kellnern - unfreundlich und arrogant.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand ist schön mit guten Lokalen. Auch den Pool mit seinen Liegen haben wir gerne genutzt. Wenn man möchte, wird das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Die Unterkunft war ausreichend sauber. Das kostenlose Tuk Tuk Service hat auch gut geklappt. Wir waren zum Essen immer auswärts, da die Preise im Hotel sehr hoch sind.

Das Personal ist freundlich, aber macht den Eindruck, nicht geschult zu sein. Etwas unaufmerksam und nicht sehr vorausschauend. Das Frühstück wird am Vortag ausgewählt, was in Ordnung ist, aber wir haben an allen drei Tagen nie das bekommen, was wir bestellt hatten :-) … Und es gibt nicht für jedes Zimmer einen Sonnenschirm am Strand, weshalb wir am ersten Tag an einem anderen Hotel eine Liege mieten mussten. Das Wellnessangebot war während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen, was wir erst vor Ort erfuhren.

Das Hotel ist erst wenige Jahre alt und liegt etwas außerhalb von Hikkaduwa - ca. 2 km vom „Stadtzentrum“ entfernt (für mich eher ein Vorteil) und dafür direkt an einem sehr schönen Strand. Architektur und Ausstattung, Einrichtung der Zimmer, des offenen Frühstücksraums und auch die Außenanlage mit Pools, Palmen, Büschen und Begrünung ist sehr schön. Es ist sehr klein - bei voller Belegung 18, max. 20 Gäste. Das ist sowohl Vor- wie auch Nachteil. Wer abends dort essen möchte muss das mittags bereits anhand einer Liste bestellen und fest zusagen. Meine Sache ist das nicht, mittags schon zu entscheiden, was ich abends essen möchte. Andererseits - die Lage…- kaum 100 m die Straße entlang ist kleines, sehr schönes Café und Restaurant mit Namen „A2“ - sehr lecker, nette Betreiber und Angestellte.. wunderbar..

Der zum Frühstück gehörende Kaffee ist unterirdisch.. Das Frühstück muß am Tag vorher auf einer Liste „angekreuzt“ werden. Teilweise sind die Sachen sehr lecker (zB Omlett, Rührei usw..) teilweise weniger. Die Anschaffung einer guten Kaffeemaschine könnte das Frühstück insgesamt von 0 auf 100 verbessern… Einer der Desk Manager ist sehr nett und kundenorientiert, spricht gut englisch - wenn er nicht da ist ist eine Verständigung mit den restlichen Mitarbeitern fast nicht möglich.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem tollen strandabschnitt in der Nähe von Hikkaduwa. Der Strand von Hikkaduwa hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, deshalb waren wir froh das wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Es war alles sehr sauber und Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch toll. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war auch sehr nett!

Die Lage und die Größe des Hotels ist super. Die direkte Strandlage ist perfekt. Man hört die Hauptstraße kaum bis gar nicht, da die Zimmer zum Strand hin sind und man nur das Rauschen des Meeres hört. Das Frühstück war super und sehr vielfälltig, vor allem, dass wir direkt auf den Strand schauen konnten, hat es perfekt gemacht. Wir bekamen einen der besten Kaffees in Sri Lanka. Das Personal war sehr nett. Cool wäre es, wenn es am Morgen oder am Abend Yoga- oder Meditationstunden geben würde, direkt am Strand 😊 das wäre traumhaft.

Der Preis ist für dortige Verhältnisse relativ hoch, aber wir haben es trotzdem wirklich sehr genossen.

Das Boutiquehotel liegt direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick im 1. OG. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker (man muss am Vortag auswählen, das ist aber problemlos). Alle im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Posto molto curato e moderno. I ragazzi all’ingresso sono disponibili e molto ben organizzati. Soprattutto sono plastic free, e crea una bella connessione con la natura intorno.

L’hotel è di alto livello potrebbe pensare di aggiungere il servizio lavanderia per gli ospiti.

We are in Sri Lanka for the first time. There were questions and difficulties, like everyone who is travelling to a previously unknown country. And a great sense of gratitude is caused by people who help you adapt quickly and feel that everything is fine. For us, the BK Beach Hotel Hikkaduwa became such a place. It's an amazing place with amazing people who made our first days unforgettable. The guys organised a great and comfortable transfer from the airport, answered all the questions that arose during their stay, always went to meet and helped us with advice. Separately, I would like to mention the assistant manager of Naveen, a real professional and a wonderful responsive person. And an employee of Nipun organised a wonderful greeting for my girlfriend on her birthday, which we celebrated at the hotel The hotel itself is beautiful in everything. The rooms and premises are clean, neat and very stylish. Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony, where it's so nice to sit in the evenings! The staff constantly cleaned our room and changed linen and towels. The air conditioner and fan work perfectly, the plumbing and furniture are new, the bed is soft, Wi-Fi is fast, the pool is clean and has a perfect temperature. And the breakfasts are delicious, on the beautiful sand terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel staff approach their work with love, they put their soul into the hotel and you can see it at first glance We will definitely come to this beautiful hotel when we return to Sri Lanka again, because the BK Beach Hotel Hikkaduwa is the benchmark of what the real quality of hotels should be. If I had the opportunity to give 20 points, I would have given it without hesitation Thank you guys, you are the best!!!!

The people here are friendly. Turtle Beach is close by, and there's a supermarket just 100 meters away.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff who always want to help. The free tuktuk rides were very convenient and we loved lounging by the pool everyday. The breakfast and food in general was great too!

The location is not the best, a little far from everything, hence the tuktuk rides, and the beach was not very swimmable at this location so we would go to other beach clubs to spend the day. Another thing that was massively disappointing is that they marketed that there will be a masseur available everyday and the massage prices were good so we were all very excited but he never came on the 5 days we stayed there so that was a huge disappointment on our end.
